Eater LA reported in February 2024 that Leah Ferrazzani, owner of Semolina Artisanal Pasta, had turned the Lincoln Avenue pasta shop into an Italian American deli with fresh pasta by the pound, sandwiches and market shelves. The address Eater cited was 1978 Lincoln Avenue in Pasadena.

Ferrazzani’s own homepage now leads with the sandwich side of the operation, describing the project as an Italian deli sandwich shop with California sourcing, local farmers and artisans, and a lunch order flow.
