As a Technical Artist focused on Tools/Pipeline, you’ll employ your expert-level knowledge of 3D tools and problem-solving skills to build tools, maintain pipelines and provide technical support for artists on their most critical missions. You will critique work, mentor fellow Rioters and foster the long-term growth of an ambitious group of artists.

As a Senior Tools & Pipeline Technical Artist on League of Legends, you’ll be an integral contributor towards high quality tools, pipelines, and systems used in the development of all forms of assets used to bring champs and skins to life in the League of Legends universe. You’ll be collaborating with engineering, art, and rendering partners to set and execute on targets for high quality developer experiences within the League engine, and advocate for new tools and processes on behalf of teams that will be authoring player-facing content and moments. 

This role is uniquely positioned to ensure Riot’s future-facing success by developing and enforcing processes used by Riot’s partner studios to deliver content at volume.

Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to new and existing tools and pipelines used for the development of characters, materials, and rigs for League of Legends.
  • Work with art teams to evaluate current development processes and craft plans to evolve existing systems to meet higher industry standards.
  • Advocate on behalf of artists and designers for the continual, holistic improvement of content and data pipelines.
  • Work with engineers to form and execute on plans for the maintenance of data at scale used for shipping thousands of pieces of content to players. 
  • Form working relationships with producers and developers to advise and assist in development direction and risk assessment setting for multiple content types.
  • Create and consolidate documentation for using our tools, systems, and processes.

Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of professional experience as a technical artist in games or related industries with exposure to the development of character pipelines.
  • A deep understanding of processes and techniques used by art teams to execute on high-quality, genre defining characters and creatures. 
  • A high level understanding of Python development, and the Python programming ecosystem, such as linting, coding standards, and best practices. 
  • A broad understanding of all aspects of content creation beyond Characters, such as VFX, Lighting, Rendering, and other disciplines in the art development space.
  • A collaborative attitude towards helping developers locally and remotely solve problems while working to improve the League development experience holistically.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Previous experience developing and maintaining character pipelines at scale for a live-service title.
  • Past hands-on exposure to building content or tools for DCC apps such as Substance, 3dCoat, ZBrush, Marmoset, Adobe products, and other industry-leading tool suites.
  • Expertise using custom in-house engines, scripting systems, and CI/CD development processes that are common in AAA development.
  • An eye for industry-leading UI and UX within the tools space. 
  • Experience in sculpting, modeling, rigging and animation and understanding of the related workflows is also valuable.
  • Possess a working knowledge of League Of Legends from the perspective of a player.
  • Experience writing C++, C#, or other strongly-typed programming languages. 
  • Mini-plus: Language skills in Mandarin Chinese or Vietnamese.

The Safety Enforcement Team’s mission is to fairly and consistently remove violative content, educate Reddit users as well as internal teams on Content Policy, and use technology to improve enforcement at scale. We’re looking for our first ever AI Operations Specialist to join a founding team on a greenfield initiative that will  influence the safety and experience of hundreds of millions of users and shape how Reddit approaches automated safety for years to come. 

As a Senior AI Enforcement Analyst, you won’t just follow a playbook. You will be tasked with authoring it! This is a rare opportunity to be a founding member of a team that is fundamentally changing how Reddit thinks about safety. You will architect the automation of enforcement and shape how policy intent is translated into live model behavior across Reddit’s safety systems. 

This is not a technical role. We don't need more people to build the engines; we need the specialized "pilots" who know exactly where and how to fly them. We are looking for senior Trust & Safety operators with strong AI literacy who understand how to leverage automation responsibly at scale and bridge the gap between high-level policy intent and production enforcement systems. You will own the evolution of our AI-driven enforcement quality, ensuring systems remain effective, ethical, and resilient as policies, products, and adversarial behavior evolve.

If you’re excited by the challenge of making LLMs understand the messy, beautiful nuance of Reddit’s niche communities, this is your role.

Responsibilities:

  • Own Automated Enforcement Quality: Serve as a strategic owner for enforcement outcomes across AI-driven systems. You will diagnose underperformance and make go/no-go recommendations on when models are ready for production.
  • Translate Policy Into Models: Act as the primary “policy-to-model” translator. You’ll craft prompts, define evaluation criteria, and curate high-quality datasets (“golden sets”) that teach models to distinguish between contextual debate and policy violations.
  • Guide Model Evolution: Monitor enforcement performance over time, identifying concept drift, policy changes, or emerging threats that require retraining, prompt updates, or evaluation redesign.
  • Surface Blind Spots: Develop monitoring strategies for niche communities, edge cases, and emerging behaviors to ensure enforcement systems reflect Reddit’s diversity and complexity.
  • Safeguard Model Integrity: Flag risks, escalate incidents, and recommend rollbacks or mitigations when automated systems fall below quality or safety thresholds, in partnership with ML and Product stakeholders.

Qualifications: 

  • 5-7+ years of experience in Trust & Safety, with hands-on exposure to automated or scaled enforcement systems.
  • AI-Literate with an understanding of how LLM-based and classifier-driven enforcement systems behave in production, including their strengths, limitations, and failure modes. You can evaluate errors, interpret metrics, and connect model behavior back to policy intent. 
  • Familiarity with AI safety concepts such as evaluation design, data quality, labeling strategies, and continuous improvement loops, applied through an operational lens.
  • Experience in SQL and/or Python is preferred. Overall, you should be able to use data to investigate issues, assess tradeoffs, and inform decisions—not just report outcomes.
  • Ability to move fluidly between technical discussions with ML partners and strategic alignment with Policy, Legal, and Product leaders.
  • Experience with content moderation, scaled enforcement programs, policy interpretation, and real-time incident response in complex environments.

Compensation and Benefits

To support Flex First, we calibrate pay to a competitive value according to working location. Compensation is aligned according to three tiers within the United States:

  • National: A baseline tier that applies to most of the geographic territory of the United States.

What We're Looking For:

We’re looking for a Senior Staff Machine Learning Engineer to join our Feed Relevance team, which is responsible for the end-to-end systems that power personalization and ranking for the main Reddit feeds. This is a critical role that blends hands-on development with technical leadership, focusing on building scalable, extensible, and highly performant personalization systems. You will also partner with Infra and Platform teams to inform the direction of our core infrastructure, building for the future of ML at Reddit.

The Compute Platform team is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to work at the intersection of infrastructure and software development. As one of the world’s busiest websites, our platform is central to Reddit’s operations, focusing on high-level orchestration for multi-cloud deployments and intra-cluster challenges. Required Qualifications:

We are looking for a Senior Signals Specialist to join our Technical Solutions team and serve as a trusted technical partner for advertisers implementing and optimizing their ad signals.

In this role, you will work closely with priority advertisers to assess their technical stack, onboard them to conversions API and pixel-based solutions, and ensure high-quality signal capture through rigorous testing and QA. You will also support non-priority advertisers through reactive troubleshooting, partnering with sales and cross-functional teams to diagnose and resolve signal-related issues efficiently. This is a hands-on, client facing role for someone who enjoys translating complex technical concepts into practical solutions that unlock performance outcomes.

Please note that this role is required to work in person from our LA office 1-2 days per week.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as the technical subject matter expert for advertiser signal integrations, including CAPI and pixels
  • Lead technical discovery calls to understand advertisers’ tech stacks
  • Guide advertisers through end-to-end CAPI onboarding, including implementation, configuration, and validation
  • Perform QA and debugging to ensure accurate, complete, and deduplicated event data
  • Advise on best practices for event design, data mapping, and measurement strategy
  • Troubleshoot signal issues
  • Diagnose discrepancies related to data loss, event mismatches, deduplication, and attribution gaps
  • Provide clear, actionable guidance to advertisers and internal stakeholders to resolve issues efficiently
  • Partner with sales, product, and engineering to unblock advertiser issues and surface recurring signal gaps
  • Identify trends in advertiser challenges and contribute feedback to improve tooling, documentation, and workflows
  • Help shape internal best practices and playbooks for signal implementation and support

Required Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of experience in ad tech or related roles
  • Hands-on experience with CAPI, pixels, and partner integrations
  • Strong understanding of ads signals including events, attribution, and data pipelines
  • Experience working directly with external clients in a technical or consultative capacity
  • Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues across frontend systems
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences
  • BA/BS Degree

The Team or Role

Tinder is investing in bringing people together beyond the screen. Our Tinder Events initiative creates curated, in-person experiences that give people new ways to connect — and we're looking for someone to help us scale it.

The Sr. Manager, Partnerships & Operations will lead the local partnerships function within Tinder's Events team. Discord's Privacy team handles the user-facing side of privacy at scale — processing complaints, supporting investigations, and preparing materials that feed into regulatory engagements. In this role, you'll work from established playbooks to manage a steady volume of incoming privacy requests, support the team's investigation workflows, and serve as an escalation point for the BPO contractors who handle initial queue triage. You'll report to our Senior Manager, Privacy and work closely with a privacy contractor and the DPO on the team's day-to-day operations.

This is a high-execution role. You don't need to be a privacy expert, but you do need to be organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing a consistent volume of case work — including some that supports engagements with regulators.

This is a 5-month temporary position.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Handle privacy complaints submitted by users, working from established intake and response workflows.
  • Support investigations into user claims by gathering relevant account information, summarizing findings, and preparing documentation for escalation to senior team members or outside counsel.
  • Serve as the escalation point for BPO contractors handling initial queue triage, reviewing flagged items and determining next steps.
  • Assist in preparing supporting materials for regulatory inquiries and responses to data protection authorities.

The Internal Identity & Access Management (I2AM) team is responsible for critical production infrastructure that provides a foundational notion of Identity and strong authentication and authorization controls across Pinterest. Our backend is primarily written in Golang, Python with some C++ while our frontend tools are written in React and TypeScript. We’re looking for a software engineer who will help us build robust tooling to define and evaluate access controls across production infrastructure. A security background is not necessary but ideal candidates will have familiarity with the problems or related spaces, such as Infrastructure or Identity.

What you’ll do:

  • Contribute to the technical roadmap for identity and authorization controls for users, services and AI Agents.
  • Design, implement, and maintain mission-critical features that will help us deliver robust IAM infrastructure and libraries to our customers.
  • Leverage Agentic AI to improve systems and least privilege, while applying judgment and verification to ensure correctness and quality. Improve code quality and system performance using AI Coding Agents.
  • As member of the Infrastructure Security team, build performant and resilient AAA (Authentication, Authorization, Auditing) platform controls into various high-traffic services including our AI Agents, online/offline data platforms, databases, service mesh. (Envoy) and other critical infrastructure components.


What we're looking for:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 2+ years of software development experience.
  • Experienced in developing features end to end, with preferred experience developing them in distributed systems.
  • Experience with critical evaluation and verification of AI-assisted work (e.g., testing, source-checking, data validation, peer review).
  • Demonstrated ability to prototype and use AI tooling to improve reliability and quality of day-to-day workflow and system performance.
  • High integrity and ownership: you protect sensitive data, avoid over-reliance on AI, and remain accountable for final decisions and deliverables.
  • Experience in some of the following areas is a strong plus:
    • Identity, Account Security, Authentication/Authorization (OAuth, SAML, RBAC) protocols
    • AWS or other public cloud infrastructure, containerization such as Kubernetes 
    • Infrastructure provisioning tools (Terraform, Puppet, etc.)
    • Familiarity with networking protocols (Application layer)

Senior Machine Learning Engineer, GenAI Security

The GenAI Security team within Reddit’s Security, Privacy, Assurance, and Corporate Engineering organization protects Reddit’s GenAI usage across employee tools, internal agents, and production user-facing systems. Our mission is to secure and protect Reddit’s AI traffic and GenAI adoption by default.

We are building zero-trust, defense-in-depth systems that verify identity, permissions, data access, and semantic intent across AI workflows. A core part of this work is developing practical, high-quality ML models that detect and prevent security risks such as prompt injection, jailbreak attempts, sensitive data exfiltration, unsafe model behavior, anomalous usage, and unauthorized agent actions.

We are looking for a Senior Machine Learning Engineer to lead model development for GenAI Security and help establish strong ML practices across SPACE. This role owns the full machine learning lifecycle: problem definition, data ETL, feature engineering, model training, model evaluation, deployment, experimentation, prediction, monitoring, debugging, and retraining.

What You’ll Do

  • Build and improve security-focused ML models for Reddit’s GenAI traffic, including guardrail models, semantic classifiers, anomaly detection models, and other neural network based security signals.
  • Own model development end to end: define the security problem, assemble and label datasets, build ETL pipelines, engineer features, train models, evaluate quality, deploy to production, monitor performance, and retrain from production feedback.
  • Use modern deep learning architectures, including neural networks, transformers, sequence models, embeddings, and model distillation where they are the right practical fit.
  • Design rigorous evaluation suites for adversarial examples, hard negatives, long-context inputs, structured payloads, tool calls, multi-turn workflows, and real production traffic.
  • Improve model precision, recall, latency, cost, calibration, and operational reliability for high-impact production surfaces.
  • Build repeatable MLOps workflows for SPACE, including training pipelines, model lineage, artifact management, holdout evaluation, dashboards, rollback paths, and retraining loops.
  • Partner closely with ML Infrastructure, LLM Gateway, DevX, Ads, Answers, Safety, Privacy, Compliance, and other Security teams to bring security models into real production workflows.
  • Work pragmatically with Reddit’s evolving ML platform, using existing infrastructure where possible and building focused tooling when needed to keep model iteration moving.
  • Translate security goals into measurable model outcomes and help partners understand tradeoffs between risk reduction, latency, false positives, and product impact.
  • Provide technical direction to other engineers and serve as a go-to ML expert for GenAI Security and broader SPACE model needs.

Who You Might Be

  • 5+ years of experience building, training, evaluating, and deploying production ML or deep learning models.
  • Hands-on experience with modern ML frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or similar.
  • Strong practical understanding of the full ML lifecycle: problem definition, data ETL, feature engineering, training, evaluation, deployment, monitoring, debugging, and retraining.
  • Experience building data pipelines and working with large-scale datasets.
  • Experience designing rigorous model evaluations, including precision/recall/F1, false positive analysis, threshold tuning, calibration, holdout sets, regression tests, and production-quality validation.
  • Experience shipping production-quality software, preferably in Python and/or Go.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to explain model behavior, risk tradeoffs, and technical decisions to cross-functional partners.

Required Qualifications:
