The Team

Tinder’s FP&A team sits at the center of the business, translating product innovation, marketing investment, and member behavior into financial outcomes. We partner closely with Product, Marketing, Corporate FP&A, and senior leadership to drive clarity on performance, inform strategic decisions, and shape the future of Tinder’s business.

The Role

We are seeking a Senior Finance Manager (FP&A) to lead subscription modeling and performance analysis for Tinder’s core business. This role serves as a critical partner across Product, Marketing, and Corporate FP&A, owning the financial narrative for subscription revenue.

The Compute Platform team is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to work at the intersection of infrastructure and software development. As one of the world’s busiest websites, our platform is central to Reddit’s operations, focusing on high-level orchestration for multi-cloud deployments and intra-cluster challenges. You will build the APIs, controllers, and SDKs that automate the lifecycle of our global fleet, while simultaneously solving for performance, resource packing, and hardware management (including GPUs) across various cloud providers.

We operate as a team of generalists; you will be expected to handle software development, system design, and operational support. Your work will directly impact hundreds of millions of users by improving the availability and efficiency of the foundational platform that runs all of Reddit.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver software solutions in Go to improve the availability, scalability, and latency of Reddit’s compute infrastructure.
  • Develop Kubernetes controllers and operators to automate cluster management, workload scheduling, and the reconciliation of complex system states.
  • Build core tooling and SDKs that codify network configurations, managed services, and compute capacity tracking across a multi-region fleet.
  • Optimize intra-cluster performance by developing reactive schedulers and detecting node-level characteristics to inform availability.
  • Collaborate across the organization to provide technical feedback and automate critical development workflows and infrastructure operations.
  • Participate in an on-call rotation (approximately one week every 8-9 weeks) to ensure the stability of our global scale systems.

Required Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of experience developing internet-scale software with a heavy focus on infrastructure and distributed systems.
  • Proficient in Go with a proven track record of building and managing Kubernetes services at scale.
  • An expert in Linux internals, including a solid understanding of multi-tenancy primitives like cgroups and namespaces.
  • A contributor to the open-source community, ideally within the infrastructure or CNCF domain.

  • Develop and maintain global revenue recognition policies, SEC disclosure and related SOX controls to reflect changes in our business, GAAP or SEC guidance.
  • Serve as the subject matter expert and primary contact for all technical revenue recognition matters, collaborating with Sales, Product, Engineering, IT, Finance, and Customer Support to align processes with business objectives and regulatory requirements and ensure compliance with Pinterest’s revenue recognition policies.
  •  Responsible for technical accounting research and memos to document revenue recognition conclusions and other technical accounting positions in support of key financial disclosures related to revenue.
  • Train cross-functional teams on revenue recognition and related topics, ensuring clarity and consistency across the organization.
  • Responsible for informing and training the revenue accounting team of new revenue accounting arrangements to ensure accurate bookings in the general ledger and reviewing results for accuracy. 
  • Partner with Order Management, collections, payment & risks and accounting teams to proactively identify risks, address contract nuances, and implement best practices.
  • Serve as the primary liaison and main point of contact with internal and external auditors to facilitate efficient audit processes and respond to technical queries on revenue.
  • Analyze revenue trends and metrics to generate actionable insights that inform strategic decision-making and support business growth.

What we’re looking for:

  • Our PinFlex future of work philosophy for this Accounting organization requires this role to visit a Pinterest office for collaboration up to 2 times per month. 
  • Deep technical expertise in ASC 606 and related accounting guidance and external disclosure guidance  along with the ability to research and evaluate complex accounting rules and contract structures, assess and evaluate developing accounting issues or changes in rules or regulations to ensure the company is prepared for any such changes in advance; Internet advertising experience preferred.
  • Impeccable verbal and written communication skills—able to distill complex accounting concepts for a variety of audiences, including senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.

The Team or Role

Tinder is investing in bringing people together beyond the screen. Our Tinder Events initiative creates curated, in-person experiences that give people new ways to connect — and we're looking for someone to help us scale it.

The Senior Manager, Partnerships & Operations will lead the local partnerships function within Tinder's Events team. Discord's Privacy team handles the user-facing side of privacy at scale — processing complaints, supporting investigations, and preparing materials that feed into regulatory engagements. In this role, you'll work from established playbooks to manage a steady volume of incoming privacy requests, support the team's investigation workflows, and serve as an escalation point for the BPO contractors who handle initial queue triage. You'll report to our Senior Manager, Privacy and work closely with a privacy contractor and the DPO on the team's day-to-day operations.

This is a high-execution role. You don't need to be a privacy expert, but you do need to be organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing a consistent volume of case work — including some that supports engagements with regulators.

This is a 5-month temporary position.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Handle privacy complaints submitted by users, working from established intake and response workflows.
  • Support investigations into user claims by gathering relevant account information, summarizing findings, and preparing documentation for escalation to senior team members or outside counsel.
  • Serve as the escalation point for BPO contractors handling initial queue triage, reviewing flagged items and determining next steps.
  • Assist in preparing supporting materials for regulatory inquiries and responses to data protection authorities.

  • Optimize Marketing ROI: Build and refine Media Mix Models (MMM) and Multi-Touch Attribution (MTA) systems to mathematically quantify the incremental impact of marketing spend.
  • Bridge B2B & B2C Growth: Design unified frameworks to optimize marketing aimed at both new advertisers (driving revenue) and new users (driving engagement), identifying synergies where brand awareness for one fuels growth for the other.

Minimum Qualifications:

The GenAI Security team within Reddit’s Security, Privacy, Assurance, and Corporate Engineering organization protects Reddit’s GenAI usage across employee tools, internal agents, and production user-facing systems. We are building zero-trust, defense-in-depth systems that verify identity, permissions, data access, and semantic intent across AI workflows. We are looking for a Senior Machine Learning Engineer to lead model development for GenAI Security and help establish strong ML practices across SPACE. This role owns the full machine learning lifecycle: problem definition, data ETL, feature engineering, model training, model evaluation, deployment, experimentation, prediction, monitoring, debugging, and retraining.

What You’ll Do

  • Build and improve security-focused ML models for Reddit’s GenAI traffic, including guardrail models, semantic classifiers, anomaly detection models, and other neural network based security signals.

The iOS Platform team sets the technical direction for iOS at Reddit. Our customers are primarily other engineers. Pinterest is looking for a methodical, systems-minded Senior Product Designer with a passion for translating complex data, workflows into clear, intuitive experiences. You’ll join the Measurement & Conversion team, partnering with PM, Eng, PMM, content design, and research to shape how advertisers measure, understand, and optimize performance on Pinterest across products like Conversions measurement, Brand measurement, and AI-driven Measurement experience.

What you’ll do:

  • Own high-impact, revenue-critical projects for Measurement, Conversions, and AI products that demonstrate the full value of Pinterest ads, from framing the problem through execution and iteration.
  • Design end-to-end workflows for how advertisers track conversions, run measurement studies, interpret performance, and take action to optimize across measurement products.
  • Simplify complex data and technical concepts (e.g., incrementality, attribution, API) through intuitive interaction patterns, visualizations, narratives, and in-product education in partnership with content design and research.
  • Shape the Measurement & Conversions UX vision so advertisers and internal teams have a clear, centralized destination for understanding performance and making decisions.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering, product management, and research to develop impactful, user-centric, and data-informed solutions.
  • Collaborate with and manage feedback from stakeholders across the company.
  • Work alongside engineers throughout the implementation and quality assurance phases.
  • Uphold and inspire a high level of design execution across the team.

 

What we’re looking for:

  • Experience designing B2B tools, ideally in advertising or other enterprise ecosystems.
  • Proven track record of envisioning, shipping, and iterating on digital ad products in close partnership with product management and engineering.
  • Portfolio that demonstrates exceptional design craft (with prototyping as a must), strong product thinking, and clear, measurable impact.
  • Fluency prototyping with AI-assisted tools such as Figma Make, Cursor, and Claude to quickly explore, pressure-test, and communicate concepts.
  • Ability to balance the needs of multiple stakeholders and lead multiple concurrent workstreams.
  • Clear, confident communication skills: you can explain complex design decisions and tradeoffs in ways that align cross-functional partners.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and a high bar for quality across flows, states, and edge cases.
  • Experience designing within and extending design systems. Deep understanding of layout, typography, color, and other core interaction and information design principles. 
  • High level of self-awareness and a growth mindset, you seek feedback and use it to grow your craft and impact.
  • Bachelor’s degree in design, a related field or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years in Product Design (or equivalent).

As an Ad Formats PM you will be responsible for the consumer experience of how users interact with our advertising product. As Marqeta’s Senior Manager, Credit Risk, you will lead our credit risk and pricing strategy, helping us launch and scale credit programs from the ground up. Senior Manager, Off-Premise & Digital Operations

We're looking for a strategic and operationally-minded Senior Manager, Off-Premise & Digital Operations to serve as a key owner for Sweetgreen's off-premise channel performance. This role spans our full off-premise portfolio (marketplace, catering, outpost, and native delivery) and sits inside our Operations Services function, the team that bridges restaurant operations and technology.

The ideal candidate is equally comfortable reading a channel P&L and building the capacity routing framework that determines which stores can absorb more off-premise volume and which ones can't. This role is a seat at the table where operational constraints and commercial decisions intersect, and we need someone who can hold that intersection with data, clarity, and credibility.

You'll serve as the senior strategic layer above our existing delivery operations and logistics functions, and as the primary cross-functional connector to Marketing, Technology, Finance, and Restaurant Operations. This is a high-visibility role with real decision-making authority across some of the fastest-moving parts of our business. This role is based in our Los Angeles Support Center.

Key Responsibilities:

Operational Routing & Capacity

  • Build and own the store-level routing model for all off-premise volume, including the fleet-wide capacity zone framework (green / yellow / red) that drives store activation decisions, digital configurations like order capacity settings, and commercial decisions like promotional eligibility and co-marketing investment.
  • Use the zone framework to make real-time and forward-looking decisions: which stores are activated for which channels, how volume is redirected away from constrained locations, and how different store formats are held to different performance thresholds.
  • Serve as the primary off-premise strategy partner to our field operations leadership, aligning on market-level activation decisions, surfacing capacity constraints before they become problems, and translating fleet-wide routing logic into decisions that make sense at the market level.

3rd-Party Platform Management

  • Own the operational side of the relationships with DoorDash, Uber Eats, EzCater, and others, including contract execution support, co-marketing investment input, operational SLAs, and platform uptime.
  • Drive algorithm optimization across platforms: prioritize prep time, order accuracy, capacity configuration, on-time performance, and other operational levers in partnership with platform reps and our Technology & Marketing teams.
  • Understand how each platform's ranking mechanics translate to real order volume for Sweetgreen and sequence improvement efforts accordingly.
  • Ensure campaigns and promotional mechanics are matched to real store capacity before they go live. When they're not, you're the person who says so and owns the fix.

Native Delivery, Outpost & Catering

  • Serve as the operational owner of the native delivery, outpost and catering channels, representing the needs of restaurant operators in how these channels are designed, configured, and scaled.
  • Own delivery fulfillment end-to-end: partner selection, SLA management, order accuracy, on-time performance, and cost per delivery.
  • Lead the technology roadmap for these channels, including evaluating and selecting platforms (order management systems, routing tools, tracking capabilities, fulfillment integrations) that improve fleet-wide operational performance. You're the person who defines what operators need from these tools and drives the business case for investment.

Reporting & Technology

  • Own the off-premise performance reporting layer for field and executive audiences, covering channel-level P&L, on-time metrics, capacity utilization, and fulfillment performance. You define what the business can see and act on across all off-premise channels, and you're accountable for the accuracy and usefulness of that information.
  • Partner with our Data and Platform teams to evolve existing reporting infrastructure, identifying gaps, noisy signals, and where cleaner measurement would change how decisions get made.
  • Act as the product manager for off-premise operational tooling: write business requirements for engineering teams and vendors, prioritize based on operational impact, and own the feedback loop between field needs and technical delivery.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience in operations, strategy, channel management, or a related field
  • Strong analytical foundation with a modern toolkit: you know how to build from first principles, and you're comfortable using AI to work faster and more effectively
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to drive cross-functional initiatives across Marketing, Technology, Finance, and Field Operations
  • Clear, confident communicator who can translate operational constraints into commercial framing and advocate effectively without direct org chart authority
  • Experience in a high-growth consumer, tech, or startup environment where you owned a performance metric end-to-end is strongly preferred
  • Familiarity with how marketplace or platform businesses work, including ranking mechanics, algorithm-driven demand, and the operational levers that affect visibility and conversion, is strongly preferred
  • Direct experience with DoorDash, Uber Eats, EzCater, or similar platforms from the brand or operator side is a major plus, but not a requirement

The Role:

The Encompass Administrator Team is responsible for all configuration and customization of the company’s Loan Origination System (LOS) and to assist with the management of ancillary systems and services that are integrated with Encompass. Data Integrity & Reporting

  • Generate and maintain reports and dashboards focused on key workforce metrics, including scheduling, time & attendance, headcount, and compliance, to provide actionable insights.

  • Conduct regular audits of data across all integrated systems to proactively identify and resolve discrepancies and root causes, ensuring data integrity and preventing payroll issues.

  • Fulfill ad hoc data and reporting requests from stakeholders in HR leadership, Finance, and Operations, delivering outputs that are thoroughly documented and reproducible.

Qualifications

Required

  • Platform Expertise: 4–6 years of hands-on experience configuring and administering People Technology platforms, including HRIS, Workforce Management (WFM), or both.

  • System Fluency: Strong preference for fluency with at least one enterprise HRIS or WFM platform, such as UKG Pro, Workday, or Legion.

  • Process & Workflow Analysis: Proven ability to map workflows and conduct process analysis collaboratively with business stakeholders, not in isolation.

  • Integration Knowledge: Working knowledge of various integration patterns: flat-file, API-based, or using an Integration Platform as a Service (iPaaS) like Workato, Boomi, or similar tools.

You will focus on end-to-end UX for Riot’s esports owned-and-operated sites, as well as how esports content and features are experienced across the broader Riot ecosystem.In this role, you’ll be responsible for designing scalable, high-impact fan experiences such as Pick’Em and Crystal Ball across all Riot esports. You’ll partner closely with Product, Engineering, Research, and Visual Design to translate complex requirements into clear, intuitive experiences that support both near-term product delivery and long-term ecosystem growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Leading UX design across multiple fan-focused workstreams, focusing on user flows and interaction design
  • Synthesizing Riot’s existing body of player knowledge and insights from Design, Research, and customer support to shape experience principles, define opportunity spaces, and guide product investment
  • Mentoring early career designers as an active member of Riot UX 
  • Partnering with Research to plan and execute customer outreach, or orchestrating your own customer outreach activities
  • Delivering appropriate level of design artifacts for the team (e.g. strategy, research results, journey maps, flows, wireframes, and/or prototypes)
  • Communicating data-informed vision and design rationale to drive shared alignment and collaboration across teams and stakeholders
  • Actively participating in the Riot UX community, seeking and providing feedback on your work and processes

Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years experience designing digital experiences, products, and platforms as a User Experience Designer or Interaction Designer
  • Proficient with Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch or other industry-standard design and prototyping tools
  • Experience designing and releasing consumer web experiences (responsive desktop + mobile)
  • A professional portfolio with examples of your past work.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Experience with Figma 
  • Familiarity with or experience designing web experiences for eCommerce, creator platforms, progression systems, or the entertainment industry (movies, TV, video games, music, etc.)

As the Head of Product Internal Communications & Product Team Internal Comms Lead, you’ll play a pivotal role in defining, aligning, and amplifying the stories of Riot’s product organization. This role will serve two primary functions:

  1. Head of Product Internal Comms: You’ll develop and own the narrative arc for Riot’s product portfolio each year, connecting the dots between our product strategy, team milestones, and player impact. You’ll build, maintain, and own the overarching roadmap for all major product comms touchpoints, ensuring that communication across Riot’s product lines feels cohesive, timely, and resonant with our mission and culture.

  2. Product Team Internal Comms Lead: You’ll lead all internal communications for a major product team, crafting and executing comms strategies that keep Rioters connected to the team’s progress, vision, and wins. You’ll be accountable for all team-wide and company-wide moments related to the product, ensuring that Rioters everywhere understand how the work of the team contributes to Riot’s broader goals, mission, and player experience.

This role is for a strong storyteller and systems thinker who can translate complex product strategy into emotionally resonant, clear, and actionable narratives for Rioters. You’ll partner closely with senior product and studio leadership, manage Riot’s internal comms product leads, and collaborate with external communications partners to ensure Riot’s product storytelling feels unified, inspiring, and authentic.

Responsibilities:

Narrative Development & Strategy

  • Build and drive the annual product communications narrative arc that connects Riot’s product strategy to our cultural and business priorities.
  • Partner closely with senior product leaders to define and articulate the stories that unite our portfolio across Riot

  • Continuously evaluate and evolve communication approaches based on Rioter sentiment and organizational needs.

Leadership & Mentorship

  • Manage and mentor other product-focused internal comms leads, fostering growth, alignment, and excellence across the discipline.
  • Build strong partnerships with leaders across Riot to anticipate needs, manage expectations, and elevate storytelling quality.

Required Qualifications:

  • You’ve been working within the comms space serving internal and/or external audiences for at least eight years; ideally your experience indexes deep into communicating about organizational change.
  • Must have at least 8 years of message-crafting experience for global audiences.
  • Proven experience developing and executing large-scale internal communication strategies for complex organizations.
  • Experience managing and developing communications professionals, including coaching, performance development, and guiding comms teams through complex, fast-moving work.
  • Demonstrated success leading narrative strategy and communications planning across multiple business units or product lines.
  • Strong executive presence and ability to influence at the senior leadership level.
  • You have a broad comms toolkit that you use to master any communication task at hand. 
  • You exercise great discretion as it relates to confidential and sensitive information.
  • You’re an excellent partner and know how to work cross functionally to get the job done.
  • You know how to measure the impact and resonance of your work. 
  • You have a strong understanding of current trends in the internal comms space, with the experience to back it up.
  • You're tilt-proof, and can flexibly respond to sensitive situations in an assuring manner.
