Spacca Tutto plans August 2026 launch in Pacific Palisades, holds September job fair

Chef Nancy Silverton’s Italian-American steakhouse Spacca Tutto will open in Palisades Village in August 2026, with a two-day hiring event on Sept. 4-5 to staff the 3,000-sq-ft dining space.

Nancy Silverton, the James Award-winning chef behind Osteria Mozza and Chi Spacca, is set to bring a new Italian-American steakhouse to Rick Caruso’s Palisades Village. The project, called Spacca Tutto, will open in August 2026 at 15225 Palisades Village Lane, Pacific Palisades, and is being billed as a collaboration between Silverton, Caruso and filmmaker-turned-restaurateur Joseph “McG” Nichol, according to Eater Los Angeles.

The restaurant will translate the meat-centric ethos of Chi Spacca into a broader Italian-American menu that includes a wide-cut steak program, seasonal salads, seafood, and signature small plates like Focaccia di Recco. Silverton says the bar will feature a “fun twist on a corn dog” and the wine list will showcase 250 Italian and domestic selections. Design firm Avroko is shaping a 3,000-sq-ft interior with a 1,500-sq-ft patio, piano bar and natural-light dining room, all slated for a fall 2026 debut on the Palisades Village website (source).

Spacca Tutto will draw heavily from Silverton’s acclaimed Chi Spacca, offering American steakhouse classics alongside Italian staples. The menu promises a “broad selection of cuts, breeds and ages” of beef, seasonal vegetable dishes, and seafood, while the bar will serve smaller bites and inventive cocktails. The wine program, as reported by Eater, will feature 250 Italian and domestic wines, giving diners a robust pairing slate.

The space, designed by Avroko, spans roughly 3,000 sq ft of interior dining with a 1,500 sq ft patio and bar that includes a piano. Caruso’s team has rebuilt Palisades Village after the 2025 fire, taking the structure down to the studs and treating the wood before re-opening. The restaurant’s location on the second-floor Swarthmore Room places it at the heart of the revitalized village, positioning it as a flagship dining destination for the Pacific Palisades community.

A two-day job fair was held on Friday, Sept 4 2026 (10 a.m.–4 p.m.) and Saturday, Sept 5 2026 (9 a.m.–3 p.m.) at the Swarthmore Room, 15225 Palisades Village Ln, to recruit the opening team. According to the posting on Culinary Agents, the fair sought servers, supervisors, maître d’, hosts, bussers, line cooks, prep cooks, dishwashers and more, offering hourly wages from $18 to $35 and free parking for applicants.

The hiring push underscores the restaurant’s role in reviving Palisades Village after the fire, creating local jobs and adding a high-profile culinary anchor to the area. Caruso believes the steakhouse will “give you a feeling of wanting to eat there every night,” and the influx of staff will support the broader economic rebound of the Pacific Palisades retail and entertainment complex.

Spacca Tutto represents a rare convergence of LA culinary prestige, Caruso’s real-estate vision, and new-job creation in Pacific Palisades. Its August 2026 debut will add a high-end Italian-American steakhouse to a neighborhood still healing from the 2025 fire, while the September hiring event signals a commitment to local employment and community revitalization.
