The Director of Digital Off-Premise & Catering owns how sweetgreen shows up for guests who are not walking into our restaurants. Sitting on the Commercial Leadership team, this role owns a single off-premise P&L spanning three connected businesses: catering and B2B workplace programs, third-party marketplace channels including DoorDash, Uber Eats, and Grubhub, and the partner ecosystem that supports both, including ezCater and Fooda. The Director leads a small team across catering and marketplace, sets the multi-year roadmap for how off-premise scales across our restaurant footprint, and is accountable for revenue, margin, and guest experience in every channel where someone orders sweetgreen on third-party platforms. This role partners across Operations, Merchandising, Marketing, Culinary, Finance, Tech, and Legal to remove friction, and is sweetgreen's most senior voice with our largest digital and catering partners. This role is based in-person a minimum of 4 days per week at our Los Angeles Support Center.

You will:

• Own the off-premise P&L and channel strategy: Set the annual and multi-year growth strategy across catering, B2B, and marketplace, own revenue forecasting, pricing, promotional investment, and margin performance, and bring a clear point of view on the non-obvious tradeoffs between visibility, volume, and profitability to executive leadership

• Set marketplace strategy across all platforms: Define sweetgreen's multi-year positioning on DoorDash, Uber Eats, Grubhub and ezCater, own the marketing budget and the promotional architecture that drives incremental volume without structurally eroding margin, and set the brand and quality standards our storefronts are held to

• Grow and own the partner portfolio: Serve as the senior relationship owner with platform and workplace partner teams, negotiate commercial terms alongside Legal and Finance on commissions and contracts, and source and launch new B2B partnerships while deepening existing relationships

• Lead catering operations and sales at scale: Direct daily catering operations to execute flawless deliveries, partner with Restaurant Operations and Logistics on the labor models, order flow, packaging, and service standards that let catering scale without disrupting the in-restaurant experience, and build the lead generation and sales enablement engine that wins and retains enterprise and local B2B accounts

• Set the measurement standard: Define the KPIs and the evaluation methodology sweetgreen uses to judge off-premise success, and translate performance into evidence-based calls on incrementality, cannibalization, and brand halo for executive leadership

• Partner with Marketing and Culinary to grow demand: Co-develop segmented acquisition and retention strategies for corporate and consumer customers, and shape menu, packaging, LTO, and merchandising decisions so every off-premise storefront reflects sweetgreen's quality standards and brand voice

• Lead the team and the operating system: Develop and lead a high-performing team across catering and marketplace, hold agency partners accountable through your team, and build the cross-functional forums that keep off-premise moving

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $125,000-$180,000. About the Role

We are looking for a Staff Product Manager to lead Reddit's Builder Ecosystem product strategy. This person will define the roadmap for how Reddit moves from a developer-only ecosystem to a broader builder ecosystem where AI-assisted and no-code creation become first-class parts of the platform.

The role spans developer growth, creator onboarding, AI-assisted building, app quality, ecosystem incentives, platform capabilities, app marketplace strategy, operational tooling, feature adoption, and new builder categories.

This is a high-ambiguity platform role with direct business, product, and community impact. We are seeking an experienced Oracle ERP Fusion Technical Developer to join Discord’s Business Systems team. In this role, you will own technical incident resolution, report development, integrations, system enhancements, and technical delivery across our Oracle Fusion ERP environment. You will partner closely with Finance, Accounting, Business Systems, and integration teams to ensure operational stability, scalable solutions, and successful delivery of business-critical initiatives.

What you'll be doing

• Provide L2 (Incident and Problem Management) and L3 (Bug Fix and Enhancement) technical support across the Oracle Fusion ERP environment.

What you should have

• 5+ years of hands-on Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP technical development experience.
• Strong expertise in Oracle BI Publisher (BIP), OTBI, and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
• Experience developing integrations, extensions, reports, extracts, and technical solutions within Oracle Fusion.
• Experience with Oracle Visual Builder, REST/SOAP APIs, and FBDI and HCM Data loader processes.

We are seeking an experienced Oracle ERP Fusion Functional Analyst to join Discord's Business Systems team. You will use your artistic eye and experience with dynamic lighting, form, and color to tell concise and evocative stories. By working with a team of dedicated illustrators, visual designers, writers, animators, and game developers, you will help decide and illustrate each character’s unique place in our universe.

As a Senior Illustration Artist on the Riftbound team, you will play an important role in delivering high-quality card illustrations. Working closely with the Art Director and cross-disciplinary partners, you will help plan, brief, and deliver card art across multiple future sets, ensuring each illustration supports the creative vision, gameplay needs, and production standards. You will create clear art briefs and provide thoughtful, actionable feedback to external artists, guiding artwork from early concept through final, print-ready delivery. Drawing on a strong understanding of illustration fundamentals and visual storytelling, you will help maintain a consistent quality bar for Riftbound and contribute to creating memorable imagery within the League of Legends universe. Additionally, while working within the constraints of physical trading card production, you will apply your knowledge of print processes, color management, and readability to help ensure artwork reproduces beautifully and consistently at scale. You will collaborate closely with designers to ensure art reinforces gameplay goals, and with visual designers to ensure illustrations complement frames, typography, and other graphic elements. As a Principal Game Designer on an unpublished R&D product, you will help shape and evolve the future of gameplay through hands-on design leadership in early-stage development. You are a gameplay generalist with deep expertise in combat and controls, and you know how to translate strong player empathy into responsive, satisfying, and strategically rich gameplay experiences.

You will personally drive some of the team's hardest design problems across combat, controls, targeting, camera, and gameplay feel.
