The Team or Role
The Revenue team is responsible for how Tinder grows and monetizes. This includes subscriptions, Ă la carte features, pricing, and the moments that help users understand and access value.
As a Senior Product Designer, you will operate as a strategic individual contributor owning complex, high-impact problem spaces end to end. You will shape how monetization feels across the product. The goal is to make it intuitive, trustworthy, and genuinely valuable to users.
This role sits at the intersection of growth, pricing, packaging, and user trust. Your work will directly influence both revenue and user perception.
We are looking for designers who donât just design flows, but build, test, and ship ideas at speed.
You use AI-native workflows to move quickly from idea to something real. You are comfortable working close to code, and when needed, contributing directly to it. You care about reducing the distance between concept and production.
Sr. Manager, Customer Experience

We are looking for a customer experience expert to drive strategy on how to deliver best in class customer services. You will be the chief architect of the customer journey from the moment a user seeks help to the moment their problem is solved (and beyond).
You will have a strong background in customer support, voice of customer, content crafting, and knowledge management. This role will be responsible for setting and delivering the standards of customer experience throughout the operations organization.
