Los Angeles organizers Amanda and André are hosting Fundraiser por Colombia at Hello Stranger in Little Tokyo on Sunday, September 13, from 1:00 PM to 6:00 PM. The afternoon will bring together three live artists, two DJs, Colombian and Latino vendors, raffles, and community fundraising. Event updates and RSVPs are available on Partiful.

The effort is personal for André, a Colombian artist from Manizales who has family in an area affected by recent earthquakes. Organizers say early donations have reached $200 as they build support for communities in Manizales and elsewhere in Colombia.

How to Support

Organizers say all funds raised at the event will be donated to Direct Relief in support of earthquake relief efforts in Colombia. People who cannot attend can donate directly to Direct Relief.

🤙 Curator’s Note

This is the kind of Los Angeles gathering that makes a big city feel smaller: artists, DJs, vendors, and neighbors turning an afternoon together into direct support for families in Colombia. Show up if you can, donate directly if you cannot, and check Partiful before heading out as the final artist lineup and raffle details are still being added.
