Amboy alum Brian Ayala and former Howlin' Ray's chef Mario Aguilar opened the walk-up window in the old Burgerlords space on June 10, named it for Ayala's late brother, and built a five-sandwich menu on sesame focaccia from Ceor Bakery, served Wednesday through Sunday with a 1:30 AM close on weekend nights.
