Responsibilities

• Deliver against global go-to-market strategy, translating global game experiences into clear, actionable marketing plans, briefs, and milestones that teams can execute against with confidence 
• Lead execution of cross-functional campaigns end-to-end, from framing objectives and defining audiences through creative development, production, launch, and post-launch evaluation.

• Drive cross-functional coordination and operational rigor, maintaining sources of truth such as campaign roadmaps, timelines, creative trackers, and status updates.
• Ensure campaigns are delivered on time, on brief, and on budget, proactively identifying risks and dependencies and helping teams navigate tradeoffs.
• Support the development of scalable campaign frameworks and go-to-market processes that can evolve as the product grows into a long-term live service.
• Partner with Analytics and Insights to evaluate campaign performance, synthesize learnings, and apply optimizations to evolve the publishing playbook.

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in brand management, product marketing, publishing, or equivalent roles, agency or in-house.
• Experience delivering integrated go-to-market campaigns from strategy through execution in fast-moving environments.
• Strong cross-functional leadership skills, with a track record of aligning multiple teams and stakeholders around shared goals.
• Exceptional organizational and project management abilities, comfortable managing complex timelines, dependencies, and deliverables.
• Demonstrated strength in execution, able to turn strategy into action and keep work moving forward with clarity and momentum.
• Experience working on live-service products or ongoing content-driven marketing programs and with first party or third party partners to land product/brand campaigns.

ABOUT THE TEAM

The Payload Integrations team owns everything that connects to the vehicle beyond the base platform. This includes gimbals and EO/IR sensors, arming and fuzing devices, weapons payloads, radios, and other mission hardware. We build the software and interfaces that enable these payloads to reliably run on the vehicle. Nearly every customer program needs a new or modified payload, which makes this team a critical contributor to nearly everything we ship. Our work goes from the lab bench to hardware-in-the-loop testing to live flight, and it has to work in a variety of demanding operational environments.

ABOUT THE JOB

We are looking for a Software Engineer to join the Payload Integrations team. You will design, build, and maintain the software that brings new sensors, communications systems, and mission payloads onto our autonomous vehicles. You will work closely with hardware, electrical, autonomy, and systems engineering teams, as well as outside payload vendors, to turn new hardware into dependable, well-tested components of the vehicle. If you are self-motivated, hold yourself to high standards, enjoy working where software meets hardware, and do well in a fast-paced, high-autonomy environment, this role is for you.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Design and implement software integrations for gimbals, EO/IR sensors, radios, arming and fuzing devices, and other mission payloads on autonomous vehicles.
• Define and maintain clean, reusable interfaces between payloads and the vehicle software stack, to enable new payloads without changes to autonomy code.
• Work through vendor interface control documents (ICDs), implement device drivers and protocol handlers, and lead hardware bring-up in the lab.
• Build simulation, emulation, and hardware-in-the-loop (HIL) test infrastructure to evaluate payload behavior before flight.
• Support integration events, ground tests, and flight tests, and root-cause issues across software, firmware, and hardware boundaries.
• Partner with program teams to scope, estimate, and deliver payload integrations for customer projects on tight timelines.
• Contribute to the safety-critical software behind arming and weapons-related payloads, with a high bar for rigor, review, and testing.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of professional software development experience, with a focus on embedded systems, robotics, or hardware integration.
• Strong experience with Rust and/or C++, plus working proficiency in Python.
• Hands-on experience integrating hardware over common interfaces and protocols (e.g., UART/RS-422, CAN, Ethernet/UDP, SPI/I2C).
• Experience reading datasheets and ICDs and turning them into robust software implementations.

ABOUT THE JOB

You will own the Vehicle Management System for a maritime autonomous vehicle. Reporting to the Cognitive Systems Lead, you will design the supervisory software that monitors vehicle health, manages operational modes, responds to faults, and coordinates across all subsystems.

The vehicle runs multi-day missions with no operator link, so the VMS is the only thing deciding whether a degraded vehicle presses on, aborts, or surfaces. Writing that logic means reasoning about failures nobody will be awake to catch.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Own VMS architecture: health monitoring, mode management, fault response
• Design vehicle state machines and operational mode transitions
• Develop fault detection, isolation, and recovery (FDIR) logic

ABOUT THE JOB

You will lead mechanical analysis for a maritime autonomous vehicle. Reporting to the Structures Lead, you will own the structural and thermal analyses for pressure, fatigue, and environmental loading across the full design envelope.

The structure has to survive full-depth pressure cycling, marine corrosion, and fatigue over the vehicle's service life, while staying light enough to meet buoyancy and endurance targets. Those three pull against each other, and this role owns the trade.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Own structural mechanical and thermal analysis for the vehicle
• Perform structural analysis: FEA, hand calculations and buckling
• Verify structural interfaces with propulsion, buoyancy, energy, and payload systems
• Drive trade studies balancing strength, weight, corrosion, and cost

You will own actuation and control software for a maritime autonomous vehicle. Reporting to the Navigation and Control lead, you will develop control algorithms that command thrusters, control surfaces, and buoyancy systems to achieve desired depth, heading, speed, and attitude across all operating conditions.

ABOUT THE JOB

You will own reliability, availability, and maintainability for a fleet of maritime autonomous vehicles. Reporting to the Support System Lead, you will set RAM requirements, run the predictive analysis that tells the program whether those requirements are achievable, and drive the design changes that close the gap. This is a highly collaborative, hands-on role spanning the entire product lifecycle - from early concept trade studies and detailed design through manufacturing scale-up, production, and sustained field performance. You'll be the reliability champion throughout the design and development process, working closely with mechanical, electrical, and software engineering teams to ensure designs are robust. You'll also partner with manufacturing, quality, test operations, and field service teams to transition these products from engineering prototypes to production-ready systems. Your scope will span performing predictive reliability analysis and FMEAs, developing and executing qualification and production test plans, leading root-cause failure investigations from both the factory floor and the field, and closing the loop to drive continuous design and process improvements. The right person for this role brings deep technical knowledge of hardware reliability and failure mechanisms, practical experience in both design and production environments, and the ability to drive cross-functional alignment without direct authority. WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Support and review system block diagrams, interface control documents, and schematics for compliance, redundancy, and accuracy against requirements and concept of operations.
• Lead Failure Modes & Effects Analysis (FMEA) and Fault Tree Analysis (FTA) efforts, collaborating with cross-functional engineering teams to implement design improvements.

ABOUT THE JOB

You will own requirements, interfaces, and the verification plan for a maritime autonomous vehicle, and run the campaign that takes it from separate subsystem deliveries to a vehicle that works in the water. You will lead the SEIT function and direct the MBSE systems engineer supporting it.

Subsystem teams across structures, energy, propulsion, communications, and vehicle management are designing in parallel against interfaces that do not fully exist yet. This role writes those interfaces down, holds teams to them, and decides what gets tested in what order to retire the most risk per dive.

We sit between the teams in the field who operate and sustain the system alongside our customers, and the engineering teams that design it. When something unexpected happens — at sea, at a maintenance facility, in the middle of the night — we are the engineering team that answers, works out what happened, and decides how to proceed. The other part of the job is making sure it doesn't happen twice. We drive reliability and supportability improvements into the system, and keep the fleet's configuration and documentation current as it evolves. Between us we cover every engineering discipline — software, electrical, mechanical, systems.

ABOUT THE JOB

We are looking for Product Support Engineers to join the Dive-XL team, supporting the teams operating and maintaining Anduril's Extra Large Autonomous Undersea Vehicles. You will support the operational fleet on a rotating roster that extends out-of-hours, providing anything from immediate technical guidance to formal root cause analysis. Each request means assessing severity, scoping the work and doing the investigation. From there you'll direct the engineering change, maintenance activity, workaround or documentation fix that resolves it, and own its rollout across every affected vehicle. You will also work to reduce support demand through sparing strategy, reliability and supportability improvements, better diagnostics and tooling, and supportability requirements fed into new variants during design. You will need genuine depth in an engineering discipline, enough breadth to triage across the others, and the judgment to make a call on limited data.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Provide on-call engineering support to the teams operating and maintaining fielded AUVs, including outside business hours on a rotating roster
• Establish what happened from logs, telemetry, configuration and maintenance history, bound the issue to a subsystem and failure mode and define workarounds that restore capability
• Plan and lead root cause investigations to a defensible conclusion — systemic or isolated, and whether design, production, maintenance or operation induced
• Chair Material Review Board dispositions and manage fleet-wide system limitations, including whether to operate in a degraded state
• Turn fleet data into engineering recommendations and requirements, and drive those changes through the design teams
• Build the monitoring, alerting and diagnostic tooling that surfaces problems before the field reports them, and the runbooks and knowledge base that shorten every response

We are looking for a highly motivated Network Engineer to join the Anduril Industries Network Team with a focus on factory systems and operational technology (OT) infrastructure.

In this role, you will design, deploy, and maintain the network systems that support Anduril’s manufacturing environments. You will work directly within production spaces and partner with Manufacturing Engineering, Facilities, Security, and IT teams to ensure that all factory networks are reliable, secure, and aligned with ISA-95 and Purdue Model standards.  This role is highly hands-on. You will regularly conduct site walks, site surveys, and hardware installation at Anduril facilities. You will also participate in inventory management, procurement planning, and coordination of hardware for factory deployments. The ideal candidate combines strong networking expertise with practical field experience in industrial, air gapped, or manufacturing environments.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

We are seeking an Operations Leader to serve as a tactical business execution manager within HTO, reporting directly to the Deputy. This role is the operational backbone of a rapidly scaling robotic systems test enterprise — owning business and resource support, financial performance, performance metrics, and day-to-day organizational execution. You will translate strategy into action, keep the machine running, and build the connective tissue between pillar leads, program teams, and leadership.

What You'll Do

• Drive Business Metrics & Performance Reporting – Define, instrument, and report metrics that matter headcount vs. capacity, throughput vs. demand, IRAD burn rates, program fund utilization, all while pushing engineering integration keeping Hardware Test a competitive advantage for Anduril. Turn raw data into executive-ready dashboards and action items.

• Lead Financial Performance Execution & Resource Planning – Own the 6/12/24-month execution outlook across the organization. Track resource allocation and utilization. Execute around a vision to automate repetitive actions impacting execution. Build bottoms-up resourcing models that tie capability to demand signals, not wish lists. Identify gaps early and propose solutions.

• Advance Service Organization Maturity – Treat HTO as a service organization. Define what "service" means at each interface — response time, throughput commitment, quality standard — and measure against it. Build the processes that transform a collection of test teams into an integrated, customer-oriented enterprise.

• Support Aviation & Flight Operations Coordination – Partner with the Director of Flight Operations and functional leads to integrate aviation test operations into the broader business cadence. Ensure flight-test scheduling, airworthiness coordination, and range readiness are tracked, improved, and adequately priced with the same rigor as every other operational thread.

• Manage Cross-functional Handoffs & Execution – Track progress of functional support, and report on performance of critical Deputy and VP Initiatives. • Enable the PDP Milestone Process – Support pillar leads in delivering against the Product Development Process (PDP) gates — SRR through ORR. Ensure nothing slips through the cracks.

• Build Structure & Eliminate Drag – Identify what's broken, duplicated, or missing in how HTO operates. Required Qualifications

ABOUT THE JOB

Anduril’s Space Manufacturing team is seeking a Cleanroom Manager to join our team. The Space Manufacturing team is responsible for the assembly, integration, and test of ground support equipment, PCBA, unit-level, and integrated systems that are vital for our aerospace and defense operations. This role owns the day-to-day operation, readiness, and discipline of our Space Manufacturing lab spaces across three locations — our operational HQA space lab, the 3030 temporary cleanroom now being built, and the new facility (graded ISO 5–8) now being built to support development and low-rate builds of spaceflight hardware.

As the Cleanroom Manager, you will own the labs themselves: the cleanroom and contamination-control program, lab safety practices, equipment and calibration readiness, and the flow of materials and consumables that keep build and test running across all three sites. You will work closely with corporate facilities, EHS, and metrology partners to keep building systems and compliance programs serving the labs, and you will help transition work into the our new facility as it comes online. As the sites grow, you will also help hire and develop the technicians and specialists who keep these spaces running — but in the near term this is a working role: you will do much of the hands-on work yourself. This is a hands-on ownership role for someone who wants to be the person the floor relies on to keep demanding lab and cleanroom environments operating to spec, in a fast-paced, resource-limited environment. If you are someone who thrives in such an environment, then this role is for you.

WHAT YOU’LL DO 

• Own the daily operation and readiness of all three Space Manufacturing lab spaces — the HQA space lab, the 3030 temporary cleanroom (under construction), and the new facility (under construction) — including gowning/anterooms, air showers, test bays, subassembly and assembly zones, and storage, so build and test run without lab-driven downtime.
• Own the contamination-control program for each cleanroom (graded ISO 5–8): gowning protocols and throughput, continuous particle monitoring, cleanroom certification cadence, and consumables (garments, gloves, wipes) stock and flow.
• Manage lab equipment, assets, and material flow across the sites: check-in/check-out and asset tracking, calibration and metrology scheduling (in-house and vendor), preventive maintenance, tool/fixture readiness, and receiving/kitting/stores/consumables flow in coordination with supply chain and quality.
• Serve as the day-to-day lab point of contact for safety: enforce safe work practices, oversee hazardous-material and specialty-gas handling and storage in the labs, and partner with EHS on chemical handling, permits, and audits.
• Serve as the lab’s voice to corporate facilities and shared services: define what each space needs, and coordinate with facilities/maintenance and outside vendors on AHUs, environmental monitoring, compressed and specialty gases (including nitrogen purge), repairs, moves, and space changes to keep systems in spec and serviced.
• Drive lab standards and documentation: cleanroom operating procedures, gowning and contamination-control work instructions, safety procedures, and the certification/monitoring records that keep every space audit-ready.
• Lead the transition of work into the new facility as it comes online — plan space, systems, and support-staff needs for each phase, help stand up new areas, and manage the wind-down of temporary space as capability moves.
• Partner with AI&T, manufacturing engineering, and program teams to sequence work across the sites and keep WIP moving.
• Operate as a working lead: perform the hands-on lab, cleanroom, and equipment work directly while helping hire, mentor, and direct the technicians and specialists the sites need as they scale

• 5+ years operating or managing a manufacturing lab, cleanroom, or comparable controlled production environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, a technical/science discipline, or equivalent hands-on experience.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience operating or managing an ISO-classified cleanroom (ISO 5–8 or equivalent) or other contamination-controlled environment.

• Hands-on safety experience with hazardous-material and compressed/specialty-gas handling and storage, including 1+ year acting as a floor- or lab-level safety point of contact.

The Director, Production Analytics owns Production Analytics globally: every site, every product line, and every production function across Manufacturing Engineering, Manufacturing Operations, Supply Chain, Planning, and Warehousing / Material Management. The ambition is not better dashboards. It is that a division leader can tell whether they will hit rate before they miss it, and that when we argue about where to invest, the argument is settled by data rather than by whoever presents best.

ABOUT THE JOB

This is a player-coach role. You will lead the hardest analytical problems yourself, on the programs that matter most to the company, and build a team that can run several more in parallel. You will be judged on what you accomplish, not on how you operate: whether a program hit rate that would otherwise have slipped, whether a constraint got cleared because we saw it coming, whether a number leadership used to make a real decision came from this team.
We weigh approach over domain familiarity. The strongest analytics leaders we have are exceptional at how they attack a problem, even where they arrived without the functional background. Manufacturing depth is useful and listed below as preferred, but it does not substitute for analytical method, judgment about what matters, and the ability to drive a result through an organization.

What you'll do

• Apply analytics to production’s biggest problems. Hold an evidence-backed view of what is worth the company's attention and in what order, rather than working a request list. Take the hardest two or three problems in Anduril's flagship programs and build analytics into them end to end, hands-on.
• Make the various business units in Anduril decide earlier. Shift production reporting from retrospective to leading: risk surfaced two months before the gate, not status recited on the day of it. Adoption is the deliverable. A correct dashboard nobody opens has failed.
• Turn what worked into the enterprise standard. Generalize proven capabilities into supported products, standardize the definitions the work proved out, and consolidate the duplicated reporting they replace. A standard that survives contact with a program running at rate is defensible. One written in a document is not.
• Answer what it takes to scale. Own the analytical side of a ramp from low rate to high rate, and keep a current, evidenced view of the constraints that actually bind as the company grows.
• Build the team and the foundation. Lead the consolidated analytics organization and the managers within it. Build on and in the production process/team rather than beside them. Hold the line that the various business units own master data quality while the analytics team builds the tooling that makes defects visible and cheap to fix.
• Your work should produce numbers the business can trust. Where a metric is known to be wrong, it is a defect with an owner and a date, not a caveat on a slide. Fix the data before building on top of it.

Required qualifications

• 10+ years in analytics, data, or quantitative operations, including 5+ years leading analytics or data teams, and experience managing managers or clear readiness to do so.
• A rigorous, teachable approach to ambiguous problems. You can describe how you decide what to work on, how you structure an analysis, how you know when you're wrong, and how you install that method in a team.
• Genuinely hands-on. Strong SQL and a modern data stack, able to get into a dataset personally, find the answer, and defend the method. This role does not succeed as pure management.
• Demonstrated ability to identify the highest-value problem in a messy operational environment and solve it analytically.
• A track record you can point at: specific operational outcomes your work caused, with the numbers, the program, and the skeptics named.
• Experience shipping analytics as supported products with real users, and retiring what they replace.
• Able to influence business unit and functional leadership peer-to-peer without authority, and to work credibly with a program team that starts out unconvinced.

The Air Dominance and Strike Low Observable Team are advancing into the next generation of LO Technology to enhance the survivability and effectiveness of unmanned air systems. Our Low Observables engineering team is responsible for designing, analyzing, testing, and sustaining stealth features that reduce radar (RCS) and infrared (IR) signatures, ensuring our systems remain undetectable in contested environments.

ABOUT THE ROLE

This is an intern role open to engineers finishing a degree in aerospace, electrical, or mechanical engineering. Low Observables work sits at the intersection of all three: the shape of the air vehicle, the electromagnetic behavior of its surfaces, and the materials and processes used to build it.

You do not need prior stealth experience. Almost nobody arrives with it, because most of it cannot be taught outside a cleared program. We will teach you the LO-specific methods. You’ll lead the design and hands-on delivery of reliable data products, including pipelines, models, and services, that support infrastructure planning, cost attribution, and budget workflows. What we’re looking for:

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Assemble EagleEye AR headset optical components, displays, and subassemblies from blueprints and schematics using hand and power tools with strong ESD practices
• Conduct product/acceptance tests and work with integrators on validation and test procedure development
• Integrate subsystems and components to ensure system compatibility while adhering to safety protocols
• Maintain detailed records of assembly processes, calibration, test results, and quality issues

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• 3+ years of experience working on repair and rework of PCB/PCBA/PWAs and cable harnesses/assemblies manufacturing experience in aerospace, electronics, or medical industries with strmechanical and electrical assembly skills
• Deep understanding of PCBs, PCBAs, manufacturing workflow and assembly handling, subassembly building, slderin, and calibration using tools such as calipers, micrometers, and multimeters
• Soldering, crimping, assembling cables and connectors, basic hand tools and simple tools (drill press, bandsaw, etc)
• Ability to understand written test procedures, test report, documentation of test results
• Familiarity with common termination systems and interconnect solutions from Molex, Amphenol, TE, Hirose, etc
• Basic electrical understanding (able to calculate voltage drop, size wire based on amperage, Ohm's Law, etc)
• Proficient with hand and power tools including pliers, wrenches, screwdrivers, depth micrometers, and specialized test equipment

In this role, you will own automated test suite development and maintenance across Oracle ERP Cloud (Fusion) and Salesforce, with a focus on Tosca-based regression and progression testing. Anduril's Corporate Technology team is focused on building the digital twin of Anduril's operations. From these systems we build and integrate data across applications, workflows, dashboards, and metrics that drive better and faster decision-making. We call this system-of-systems “CorpOS”. This role owns the master data that the finance half of that digital twin runs on — the chart of accounts, legal entities, cost centers, vendors, customers, and the item and work-order masters that determine whether our inventory is valued correctly and our close is defensible. You will work with stakeholders from across the company to understand how Anduril functions, and implement both the policy and the tooling that keep that data trustworthy at scale.

WHO YOU ARE

• Own the architecture of master data for finance — chart of accounts and GL segments, legal entities, cost centers, suppliers, customers, and the item/part and work-order masters that feed inventory valuation and cost accounting.
• Define and enforce the policy layer: who owns each domain, who can create or change a record, what validation it must pass, and how changes are reviewed and audited.
• Build the applications and automation that make compliance the path of least resistance — request and approval workflows, duplicate detection, validation at entry, and golden-record reconciliation across ERP and the warehouse.
• Establish data stewardship practices with data owners across Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain, and Operations, and lead initiatives that measurably improve data quality, accuracy, and completeness.
• Partner with Controllership and FP&A to make month-end faster and the numbers more defensible — attacking the master data problems behind manual reconciliation, mapping spreadsheets, and restated allocations.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• 2+ years in a master data management focused role — business systems, program management, finance systems, compliance, or data governance — with proven experience in data architecture and a focus on master data.
• Exposure to finance and accounting fundamentals: general ledger and chart of accounts structure, cost centers and allocations, and why a monthly close breaks when master data is wrong. You do not need to be an accountant, but you need to be credible with them.
• Experience being hands on keyboard technical — backgrounds as a Technical Analyst or Consultant with a strong engineering background, or as a Data / Analytics Engineer, are a plus.

ABOUT THE ROLE

Anduril is seeking a Classified Platform Engineer to serve as the technical lead for our classified software team. You will design and build the platform services and user-facing applications that make multi-level classified computing possible: a virtual desktop and application broker, a policy-enforcing storage gateway, and the administrative interfaces for our access control platform. You will own them end to end, from architecture through the DevSecOps pipeline that delivers them into accredited, fully air-gapped environments, working alongside Cybersecurity, Systems Engineering, and Infrastructure Engineering.

This is a hands-on role with real technical authority. You will be the first dedicated software engineer on this team, which means you set the architecture, choose the patterns, and establish the engineering standards the rest of the team builds to. Air Dominance and Strike Structures Engineers own the full development lifecycle, from conceptual to detailed design and analysis of primary and secondary structures, ensuring high-performance, resilient, and scalable mechanical systems that meet the demands of complex, contested environments.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Design and release structural repair solutions and repair drawings for fielded and in-production Fury air vehicles, covering both metallic and composite primary and secondary structure
• Serve as the on-the-floor liaison engineer for production and sustainment, resolving build issues and protecting configuration while maintaining schedule
• Partner with MRB analysis engineers to translate non-conformance dispositions into manufacturable repair drawings and work instructions
• Author and release Engineering Change Requests/Orders (ECRs/ECOs) to improve drawings, models, and specifications based on production feedback

Your mission is simple and urgent: ensure U.S. warfighters don't get attacked by drones. You will take an existing prototype and drive it through ruggedization and into a Weapon Systems production-ready design with components and processes that can be manufactured at scale.

YOU WILL:

• Own the electrical architecture end-to-end, assessing the existing prototype, documenting tribal knowledge, and identifying EE-specific gaps across power, sensing, compute, and actuator drive subsystems.
• Build a technical roadmap that bridges the current prototype to a full Weapon Systems prototype with long-term production-intent parts and architecture.
• Help hire and lead a multidisciplinary engineering team (EE, ME, SW) capable of rapidly iterating and prototyping complex hardware systems under aggressive timelines.
• Drive design and integration of EE subsystems, including electro-optical/IR sensors, power and compute boards, actuator drive electronics, and control systems — balancing bandwidth, force, speed, SWaP, and ruggedization trade-offs.
