ABOUT THE JOB

The Staff Strategic Supply Chain Manager, PCB/PCBA (internally known as the Staff Global Sourcing Manager) is the domain expert for the PCB/PCBA commodities for Anduril Industries. This is a proactive, high-impact role in securing critical components, materials, and services that power our products. This role will be responsible for developing new supplier and new sourcing partnerships that can be incorporated into new products, as well as existing products to improve their technologies, cost, and quality. There is broad internal cross functional partnership to evaluate supplier opportunities, while ensuring commercial agreements, intellectual property, and statement of works are accurate and well established prior to pipelining.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Develop and execute commodity strategies for PCB/PCBA and subassemblies, focusing on cost reduction, quality improvement, and supply chain resilience
• End-to-end responsibility for delivering quality parts, when needed, at the right cost
• Act as the sourcing expert for PCB/PCBA and subassemblies manufacturing
• Lead RFI/RFQ/RFP and strategic sourcing process for PCB/PCBA and subassemblies
• Own the business relationship with external Contract Manufacturing and responsible for continuity of supply, risk management, cost negotiations, and NPI to MP operation execution
• Partner with the Engineering team and Contract Manufacturers to influence technical design specs and customize product and manufacturing requirements
• Perform detailed analysis of quote submissions based on cost breakdown from data. Deep dive into every element of the supply chain and make data-driven decisions based on TCO
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to support prototype requirements, execute against build milestones, and lead sourcing activities
• Influence CM’s manufacturing processes and CapEx and technology decisions
• Negotiate key agreements with suppliers to establish best-in-class pricing, quality, flexibility, delivery, payment, warranty, and service terms
• Collaborate internally, negotiate the right tradeoffs, solicit cooperation and resolve problems, and advance new supplier or product offerings
• Provide strong technical direction within the specific commodities, by evaluating and guiding product strategy throughout the product lifecycle
• Manage and lead the operations effort of developing new and adaptations of existing technologies for Anduril
• Develop & execute commercial agreements to properly reflect the expectations of project, which include fixed and variable costs, lead-times, schedules, manufacturing capacities, etc
• Conduct regular technology reviews to Executive staff and management
• Own the supplier performance management of their respective commodities, which includes key delivery, quality, cost, and innovation metrics
• Act as the primary escalation for their respective commodity

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, engineering, or related technical field
• 10+ years of experience in supply chain category management of printed circuit board assembly and electronics manufacturing, and/or sourcing engineering
• Ability to travel up to 50% of the time
• Ability to relocate, if not already local to be onsite in Costa Mesa, CA

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in electrical or mechanical engineering
• Previous experience in defense, aerospace, automotive, high tech, or related industry

About the Team

Reddit's Ads ML Efficiency team is focused on making machine learning workloads faster, more scalable, and more cost-efficient, enabling our Ads ML teams to develop, launch, and scale increasingly sophisticated models.

This role sits at the intersection of ML workloads, execution systems, and engineering leverage. The engineer will partner closely with ranking teams, serving owners, and ML Platform to identify important bottlenecks, implement targeted improvements, and connect execution and systems improvements to measurable end-to-end outcomes.

What you’ll do

• Own end-to-end performance optimization initiatives for high-impact production ML workloads, from bottleneck identification and implementation through validation and production rollout.
• Profile and diagnose ML performance bottlenecks across model execution, frameworks, runtimes, memory, CPU/GPU utilization, and infrastructure using rigorous benchmarking and measurement.
• Design and implement performance improvements involving inference execution, runtime behavior, batching, memory management, precision, compiler integration, custom operators, kernels, or other relevant techniques.
• Improve ML training and serving efficiency and scalability, optimizing latency, throughput, hardware utilization, and cost while maintaining model quality and production reliability.

What we’re looking for

• Hands-on ML performance engineering experience: Demonstrated ability to diagnose and implement meaningful performance improvements in production or production-relevant ML workloads.
• Deep expertise in at least one ML performance area, such as inference execution, ML runtimes, compiler integration, GPU/kernel optimization, memory systems, or training execution.
• Strong profiling and benchmarking skills: Ability to identify bottlenecks systematically, establish reliable baselines, and validate measurable end-to-end improvements.
• Strong software engineering fundamentals: Experience implementing, debugging, testing, and maintaining performance-sensitive systems, with proficiency in Python and relevant systems programming technologies.
• ML systems understanding: Familiarity with production ML frameworks and the performance trade-offs across model execution, runtime, memory, hardware, and infrastructure.

• Experience optimizing large-scale inference or training workloads, particularly in recommendation systems, ranking, search, or retrieval.
• Experience with PyTorch, including performance optimization using technologies such as Dynamo, Inductor, AOTI, torch.export, or custom operators.
• Experience with inference runtimes, GPU execution, or performance technologies such as TensorRT, ONNX Runtime, CUDA, Triton, LLVM/MLIR, or equivalent systems.
• Experience with hardware-aware optimization, including batching, memory management, operator fusion, mixed precision, quantization, or accelerator efficiency.
• Experience with distributed-training performance, including GPU utilization, communication, data loading, memory efficiency, or training step-time optimization.

ABOUT THE JOB

We are hiring a Project Engineer to manage our developmental test site for Collaborative Combat Aircraft. This role will serve as a linchpin, aligning test operations, maintenance, and test engineering to meet program objectives. This is a high-visibility and high-growth-potential role; the expectation is that this role will establish and set a standard for the business line to apply to future programs. To be successful, this role requires a strong leader, capable of interfacing with and coordinating across all program stakeholders from technicians to executives. Sound technical judgement and intuition for aircraft modification, maintenance, and operations are required to ensure airworthiness of aircraft and technical adequacy of engineering.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Leads test engineering, maintenance, and operations for the Victorville test site. 
• Responsible for technical adequacy, safety, and effectiveness of ground, taxi, and flight test for the site.
• Drives efficient and effective operations, balancing trade-offs between speed, rigor, and safety. Builds the team and processes needed to optimize and scale. Sets the bar for the organization on quality of work, professionalism, and safety.
• Leads technical problem solving, RCCA investigations, and troubleshooting. Comfortable with full scope of problem solving, including hands-on troubleshooting, data review, system analysis, and process review.

• Hands-on experience with test, maintenance, and/or test stands.

• Ability to quickly understand new concepts, apply them accurately, and organize, schedule, and coordinate work phases to determine the right approach.

As the Global Mobility Program Manager, Tax, you will develop the strategy and operating model for mobility tax at Anduril, spanning international and domestic assignments, cross-border transfers, business travel, and the reporting obligations that follow. In this individual contributor role, you will translate complex tax requirements into clear policies, durable controls, and practical guidance for the business, while supporting mobile employees directly through cost projections, mobility briefings, and the documentation that accompanies a move. Your technical judgment and project management skills will be essential in identifying tax implications early, keeping stakeholders informed, and ensuring compliance as the company expands into new jurisdictions globally.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Develop the global mobility tax framework, principles, governance, and service model in partnership with Corporate Tax teams.

As a Senior Software Engineer on the Core Integrations and Architecture team, you will have the chance to affect how Riot collects and uses data to improve the experience for players and Rioters. You will own the requirements verification traceability matrix for a maritime autonomous vehicle: the thread that runs from a program requirement, through subsystem allocation, to the specific test or analysis that proves it was met. Reporting to the Systems Engineering, Integration and Test Lead, you keep that thread intact while the design underneath it keeps changing.

By the time this role starts, the requirements baseline and the test campaign will both be in motion. The gap this fills is between them. When a requirement changes, someone has to know which verification items just became invalid; when a test closes, someone has to confirm it actually closed what it claimed. That is this seat.

You will own propulsion design for a maritime autonomous vehicle. Reporting to the Endurance Systems Lead, you'll lead thruster design and selection, propulsion integration, and the efficiency trades that decide how far and how long the vehicle can run.

Sentry is the primary product focus of this role and it is fielded across both business lines. ABOUT THE JOB

You will own mechanical design for payloads carried by a maritime autonomous vehicle. Reporting to the Payload Lead, you will design payload housings, mounting structures, and the mechanical interfaces that let Anduril and third-party payloads integrate into the vehicle — pressure-rated, volume-constrained, and swappable in the field. Payload bays are among the most contested real estate on the vehicle, and this role owns making them work.

Your spectrum of support will be diverse in nature and require you to leverage your technical expertise as well as leadership skills to set objectives, build cross-functional teams, and rapidly drive to completion. About Anduril Production Strategy & Operations (PS&O)

• PS&O is the strategic operations arm of Anduril's Production organization. We exist at the intersection of corporate strategy and manufacturing execution — the team that takes senior leadership's strategic priorities and turns them into operational reality. Industrial Development is one of three PS&O pillars:
  • Industrial Development: Production M&A thesis, upstream funnel management, review of vertical integration, production centric diligence
  • Industrial Integration: Post-acquisition production integration deployment to suppliers
  • Special Projects: High-priority, cross-cutting production initiatives ("up and out" strategic projects and "down and in" site deployments)

What You'll Do

• • You will be the production voice in Anduril's M&A process — the person who can look at an acquisition target and articulate whether it makes Anduril's production base stronger, weaker, or redundant. This is not a traditional CorpDev role. You won't be building DCFs or negotiating purchase agreements. You'll be developing the production thesis for why Anduril should (or shouldn't) acquire a company, running the production centric diligence that CorpDev doesn't have the domain expertise to execute, and ensuring that what we buy actually integrates into how we build things.
  • Production M&A Thesis Development: Scan the defense industrial base and work with Division leaders to evaluate acquisition targets that fill production capability gaps — vertical integration opportunities, critical supplier consolidation, or capacity expansion. Build business cases grounded in manufacturing economics (not just revenue multiples).
  • Diligence Leadership: Scope and lead production-focused diligence workstreams for active deals. Assess target manufacturing capabilities, production capacity, workforce quality, equipment condition, quality systems maturity, and supply chain health. Deliver clear go/no-go recommendations to CorpDev and Production leadership.
  • Integration Handoff: Translate diligence findings into actionable integration plans. Coordinate with Anduril’s M&A integration team on Day 0/Day 1 activities while owning the production-specific integration risks (systems cutover, supplier transition, quality system harmonization).
  • CorpDev Partnership: Serve as the primary PS&O interface to CorpDev throughout the deal process. You complement their financial and legal diligence with operational and production assessment — you are the person who can tell CorpDev "yes, this factory can actually scale to 10x volume" or "no, their quality system is a $5M fix."
  • Team Leadership: Lead a 2-person sub-team (Analyst + Production Diligence Specialist). Set diligence priorities, review work products, and develop junior team members.

What We're Looking For

• • 4–6 years of experience in corporate development, M&A, or strategic transactions — ideally at a defense prime or industrials company (L3Harris, RTX, Northrop, GD, Textron, etc.) where you've seen acquisitions from the operating company side, not just the financial side.
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing operations and what makes a production facility valuable (or a liability). You don't need to be an engineer, but you need to know the right questions to ask on a plant tour.
  • Experience structuring and running diligence processes. You've built diligence plans, coordinated expert workstreams, and synthesized findings into decision-ready packages.
  • Ability to build a thesis from ambiguous inputs. Anduril's data environment is messy and the production landscape is evolving fast — you need to be comfortable with incomplete information and iterating as you learn.
  • Comfortable navigating cross-functional relationships — you'll work across CorpDev, supply chain, engineering, quality, and division production leadership.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills. You will present to VP/SVP-level production leadership regularly.

Ideal Backgrounds (in order of preference)

• • CorpDev at a defense prime or diversified industrial: You've run acquisitions from inside an operating company. You understand how deals fit into a broader production strategy, not just a financial portfolio. You've done plant visits, managed integration PMOs, or assessed manufacturing synergies. This is the sweet spot.
  • Defense-focused PE (mid-level): Associate or VP at a fund like Veritas Capital, Carlyle's A&D group, or similar. You've done operational diligence on defense/industrial targets and understand production risk assessment. Note: this background is strong but comp expectations may be challenging.
  • Management consulting with M&A/operations focus: Post-MBA or equivalent from a firm with strong industrial practice (McKinsey, Bain, A&M). You've done commercial or operational diligence on manufacturing companies and want to move to the operating side.

What This Role Is Not

• • This is not a financial modeling role. You won't be building LBO models or running accretion/dilution analysis — CorpDev handles that.

You will design handling fixtures, select and specify ground support equipment, develop handling procedures, and ensure vehicles are moved safely between transport, storage, and water. Reporting to the Deployment Lead, you will design assist with designing L&R systems, define host vessel interfaces, and develop operational procedures that enable safe deployment and retrieval at sea across a range of conditions.

ABOUT THE ROLE

Anduril is seeking a Classified Cloud & Platform Engineer to design, modernize, secure, and sustain systems and infrastructure supporting classified computing environments. This systems engineering focused role spans government cloud environments, including DoD Impact Level 5 (IL5) and higher where appropriately authorized, classified cloud platforms, and on-premises classified systems. The engineer will develop secure hybrid connectivity, strengthen infrastructure automation, and support mission-critical operations in air-gapped, disconnected, and restricted-connectivity environments.

As a foundational member of the Cloud Networks team, you will assess inherited infrastructure, remediate architectural and operational deficiencies, and establish repeatable engineering and sustainment practices. You will partner with ISSMs, ISSOs, Cybersecurity, Network Engineering, and Software Engineering to modernize systems while preserving mission availability and meeting applicable authorization requirements.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Assess, design, modernize, and sustain classified cloud, hybrid, and on-premises infrastructure; identify architectural deficiencies, technical debt, security gaps, and opportunities to improve reliability, scalability, and operational efficiency.

2. Campaign & Production Management

• Serve as the day-to-day campaign lead and primary liaison among Product Marketing Manager, the creative and data strategy agency, DM Data Strategy, Marketing Data Science, other internal stakeholders, and print vendors.

• Serve as the lead DM representative in Credit Card business unit meetings, Marketing Data Science handoff meetings, and other recurring meetings. Prepare slides as needed, capture key decisions and action items, and distribute notes to appropriate stakeholders.

• Translate approved strategies into actionable campaign plans, creative briefs, testing plans, and production requirements.

• Manage monthly direct mail tests and creative variations, ensuring audience definitions, segmentation, data requirements, personalization, and creative variants are aligned and executable.

• Own campaign timelines and the shared production calendar, including data due dates, creative milestones, review rounds, release dates, print dates, and drop dates.

• Manage assets, versioning, production samples, dependencies, risks, and bottlenecks to ensure campaigns launch accurately and on time.

• Maintain the monthly campaign matrix, including audience targeting, creative variations, testing plans, data requirements, and other campaign details.

• Partner with Marketing Data Science to update campaign matrices and verify that targeting and personalization information is accurate before each drop.

• Lead weekly status meetings with Product Marketing Managers, including agenda development, stakeholder alignment, and action-item follow-up.

3. Compliance, Quality & Operations

• Lead the Compliance and Legal review process for direct mail materials, partnering with Product Marketing and the creative agency to ensure executions meet regulatory, disclosure, brand, and business requirements.

• Manage creative review and quality control across messaging, data, personalization, offers, URLs, disclosures, and final production files.

• Serve as the central point of accountability for ensuring every campaign is accurate, compliant, data-aligned, approved, and production-ready.

• Manage campaign production and postage costs, partnering with the DM billing team to keep campaigns within budget.

4. Performance, Insights & Competitive Intelligence

• Partner with Marketing Data Science, analytics, and the creative agency to evaluate campaign and creative test results against product and business goals.

• Translate audience, performance, and campaign data into actionable insights that inform creative recommendations, messaging, offers, personalization, segmentation, and future test strategies.

• Lead weekly Product Marketing Manager performance updates and monthly reporting, presenting results and optimization recommendations to Product Marketing and cross-functional stakeholders.

• Apply campaign learnings to improve future direct mail initiatives and inform the creative roadmap.

• Build and maintain a competitive direct mail library, monitoring competitor activity, creative trends, offers, formats, personalization, and audience strategies.

• Share monthly competitive and performance insights with the broader Marketing organization to inform future campaign and product marketing strategy.

What you’ll need:

• Bachelor's degree with 4+ years of project management experience, preferably supporting direct mail or other marketing campaigns within financial services or another highly regulated industry.

Position Summary

Anduril's real estate portfolio covers 10M sq ft of R&D labs, manufacturing hubs, and offices worldwide. As Execution & Portfolio Management Lead, you'll run our LOI and lease negotiations and manage a portion of the existing portfolio.

You'll report to the Director of Strategic Real Estate. When the Investments team reaches LOI on a new site, you'll take over and lead the negotiation through lease execution. You'll also own a set of existing sites, including renewals, in-building expansions, terminations, and the landlord relationships, and you'll work directly with the division teams who use that space.

This is a senior negotiation and portfolio strategy role, not lease administration or space planning. We're looking for someone who has led a large number of office and industrial lease negotiations and can judge which terms matter most for a given site and business need. Key Responsibilities

• Lead LOI and lease negotiations for new sites, renewals, expansions, and amendments across office, R&D, and industrial/manufacturing space, working with Investments, Legal, outside brokers, and Design & Construction.
• Standardize how Anduril leases space. Build and maintain template LOIs and lease forms, and set our standard positions and acceptable fallbacks on key terms.
• Manage a portion of the existing portfolio. Own renewals, in-building expansions, contractions, terminations, and subleases, and bring a recommendation on each well before the decision date.

• Hand signed deals off to Design & Construction for delivery, and stay involved where lease terms affect the build.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business Administration, Urban Planning, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in corporate real estate transactions, tenant or landlord representation, or real estate development or asset management.
• A record of leading office and industrial lease negotiations from LOI through execution, including renewals and expansions.
• Detailed knowledge of commercial lease terms, including TI allowances, renewal and expansion options, ROFO/ROFR, termination rights, operating expense provisions, restoration, and holdover.
• Strong financial analysis of lease options, including net effective rent and NPV comparisons, in Excel.
• Experience working with legal counsel on lease drafting and with brokers on market strategy.

The Payload Integrations team owns everything that connects to the vehicle beyond the base platform. This includes gimbals and EO/IR sensors, arming and fuzing devices, weapons payloads, radios, and other mission hardware. We build the software and interfaces that enable these payloads to reliably run on the vehicle. Nearly every customer program needs a new or modified payload, which makes this team a critical contributor to nearly everything we ship. We are looking for a Software Engineer to join the Payload Integrations team. You will design, build, and maintain the software that brings new sensors, communications systems, and mission payloads onto our autonomous vehicles. ABOUT THE JOB

You will own reliability, availability, and maintainability for a fleet of maritime autonomous vehicles. Reporting to the Support System Lead, you will set RAM requirements, run the predictive analysis that tells the program whether those requirements are achievable, and drive the design changes that close the gap. This is a highly collaborative, hands-on role spanning the entire product lifecycle - from early concept trade studies and detailed design through manufacturing scale-up, production, and sustained field performance. You'll be the reliability champion throughout the design and development process, working closely with mechanical, electrical, and software engineering teams to ensure designs are robust. You'll also partner with manufacturing, quality, test operations, and field service teams to transition these products from engineering prototypes to production-ready systems. Your scope will span performing predictive reliability analysis and FMEAs, developing and executing qualification and production test plans, leading root-cause failure investigations from both the factory floor and the field, and closing the loop to drive continuous design and process improvements. The right person for this role brings deep technical knowledge of hardware reliability and failure mechanisms, practical experience in both design and production environments, and the ability to drive cross-functional alignment without direct authority. This role demands an independent, data-driven engineer who can build reliability infrastructure from the ground up and take ownership of product performance from concept to deployment.

ABOUT THE JOB

We are looking for Product Support Engineers to join the Dive-XL team, supporting the teams operating and maintaining Anduril's Extra Large Autonomous Undersea Vehicles. You will support the operational fleet on a rotating roster that extends out-of-hours, providing anything from immediate technical guidance to formal root cause analysis. Each request means assessing severity, scoping the work and doing the investigation. From there you'll direct the engineering change, maintenance activity, workaround or documentation fix that resolves it, and own its rollout across every affected vehicle. You will also work to reduce support demand through sparing strategy, reliability and supportability improvements, better diagnostics and tooling, and supportability requirements fed into new variants during design. You will need genuine depth in an engineering discipline, enough breadth to triage across the others, and the judgment to make a call on limited data.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Provide on-call engineering support to the teams operating and maintaining fielded AUVs, including outside business hours on a rotating roster
• Establish what happened from logs, telemetry, configuration and maintenance history, bound the issue to a subsystem and failure mode and define workarounds that restore capability
• Plan and lead root cause investigations to a defensible conclusion — systemic or isolated, and whether design, production, maintenance or operation induced
• Chair Material Review Board dispositions and manage fleet-wide system limitations, including whether to operate in a degraded state
• Turn fleet data into engineering recommendations and requirements, and drive those changes through the design teams
• Build the monitoring, alerting and diagnostic tooling that surfaces problems before the field reports them, and the runbooks and knowledge base that shorten every response
• Author and distribute service bulletins, and track incorporation across the fleet to completion
• Create or approve operations, troubleshooting, incident response and maintenance publications
• Govern the as-maintained configuration and SBOM

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• A genuine interest and 5+ years of professional experience in software, electrical, mechanical, mechatronic or systems engineering on complex systems
• Demonstrated ability to independently root cause difficult, ambiguous faults from limited or conflicting data
• Hands-on experience with real hardware in an operational, field, integration and test, production or maintenance environment
• Sound engineering judgment under time pressure, including assessing the acceptability of degraded operation
• Strong coordination and communication, able to own an issue, manage stakeholders and drive it to resolution or a clean handover, and to explain a technical finding to engineers and non-engineers
• Experience with configuration management, engineering change processes, and fleet-wide change incorporation
• Experience with robotic and/or autonomous systems within the maritime environment is advantageous
• A sincere commitment to a positive, inclusive, and collaborative culture
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Secret security clearance

ABOUT THE TEAM

Anduril’s Manufacturing Automation team is seeking a Project Coordinator. The Manufacturing Automation team is responsible for the design, integration, and deployment of automated manufacturing systems across Anduril factories. You will help coordinate deployment and communication of new tools, processes, equipment, and capabilities across the company. You will help in the daily tasks that ensure projects are delivered on time and on budget, whether that is organizing a million-dollar purchase request or assembling a desk.

ABOUT THE JOB

As a Product Support Engineer at Anduril, you will be a critical individual contributor within our rapidly growing Maritime team. You will drive the development and implementation of comprehensive sustainment strategies for cutting-edge defense products, directly contributing to their operational readiness and longevity. This is an impactful role where you will take ownership of defining critical maintenance plans, shaping technical data packages, optimizing sparing, and ensuring seamless lifecycle management. Your expertise will be vital in translating engineering innovation into reliable, supportable systems for our warfighters, directly enabling Anduril’s mission to transform defense technology. You will own product support analysis and sustainment cost for a fleet of maritime autonomous vehicles. Reporting to the Support System Lead, you will build the life cycle cost model, run the analysis that determines how the fleet gets supported, and turn reliability and maintenance data into the provisioning, manning, and cost picture the program and the customer need. Sustainment is where the majority of a platform's lifetime cost lands, and this role owns understanding it before those costs are locked in by design decisions.

Your spectrum of support will be diverse in nature and require you to leverage your technical expertise as well as leadership skills to set objectives, build cross-functional teams, and rapidly drive to completion. The ability to leverage your intuition and prior experience will be key in making sure the right design, analysis, and test steps are completed to ensure success. The ideal candidate will leverage their experience executing and successfully completing prior highly optimized multi-disciplinary projects.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Develop and maintain comprehensive, ground-up sustainment plans for the specific product(s) you support
• Partner with customers, operations teams, and cross-functional engineering teams to define, implement, and continuously improve effective maintenance and repair strategies
• Ensure the availability of up-to-date maintenance procedures, specialized tools, and accurate technical manuals to support field sustainment operations
• Serve as the primary point of contact for all sustainment-related matters within your product team, proactively identifying and resolving issues
• Collaborate with design and manufacturing engineering teams during new product development phases to integrate best sustainment practices and design-for-supportability concepts early in the process
• Create and maintain a Service Bill of Materials (SBOM) and other critical sustainment artifacts (e.g., provisioning lists, support equipment lists), ensuring they establish a central, up-to-date repository for all sustainment data
• Supply the support terms of the operational availability basis, meaning logistics delay and preventive maintenance time, alongside the reliability lead who owns the reliability allocations.
• Build and maintain the life cycle cost estimate and the operating and support cost model, with sensitivity analysis and affordability reporting, and publish the estimate at program gates.
• Build and own the life cycle cost model for the vehicle fleet and its support system.
• Perform product support analysis covering provisioning, manning, facilities, and support equipment.
• Produce operating and support (O&S) cost estimates and keep them current as the design matures.
• Run cost trade studies on sustainment approaches and feed results into design decisions.
• Develop spares and provisioning plans in partnership with RAM and Maintenance.
• Define the product support strategy and supporting elements of the logistics architecture.
• Produce cost and supportability analysis for customer deliverables and program reviews.
• Establish the data pipeline that converts reliability and maintenance data into cost projections.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Logistics, Economics, Finance, or equivalent.
• 5+ years of experience in product support, sustainment engineering, or systems engineering roles within a high-rigor environment (e.g., defense, aerospace, advanced robotics, complex industrial systems)
• Demonstrated detailed and extensive technical expertise in applying mechanical or systems engineering principles to complex hardware systems
• Experience building or maintaining a life cycle cost or operating and support (O&S) cost model and presenting its results to a program or customer audience.
• Direct experience with sustainment methodologies such as Maintenance Task Analysis (MTA), Level of Repair Analysis (LORA), Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM), or developing Contractor Logistics Support (CLS) plans.
• Foundational understanding and practical application of Integrated Product Support (IPS) elements, principles, and concepts (e.g., maintenance planning, supply support, technical data management, support equipment, training, facilities)
• Familiarity with military standards, specifications, and regulatory compliance relevant to product support and sustainment activities
• Proven ability to work effectively in dynamic, unstructured environments, adapt to rapidly changing priorities, and quickly learn and master new technologies and complex systems
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to synthesize complex technical and quantitative data into clear, concise decision statements and actionable recommendations for diverse audiences (engineers, operators, customers)
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Secret security clearance.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Hands-on proficiency with professional CAD software and Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) tools for managing engineering data, changes, and configurations
• Proven track record of developing and delivering key customer-facing sustainment artifacts and contractual deliverables
• Prior hands-on experience with specific enterprise tools such as Siemens NX, Teamcenter (PLM), JIRA, or Oracle (ERP) or equivalent systems
• Direct experience with complex military systems, robotics, unmanned systems, or advanced defense technology products
• Understanding of the use of the Technical Data Package (drawings, parts lists, interface control documents, and electrical schematics)
• Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance
• Willingness and ability to travel for on-site support, field deployments, and direct customer engagements as required
• Experience with DoD product support analysis or Integrated Product Support elements.
• Familiarity with LORA, provisioning analysis, and sparing optimization.
• Background in naval or maritime sustainment cost.
• Experience with performance-based logistics or sustainment contracting models.
• Proficiency with cost modeling tools or scripting for analysis automation.
