The Cottage Spa & Boutique is a small, appointment-style beauty retreat known for custom SkinMedica facials, waxing, brows, lashes, makeup, massage, and unfussy one-on-one skincare attention. It’s for Palisades locals who want a calm, personal polish-up rather than a big resort-spa production. Note: its own site currently lists it as temporarily closed due to the Palisades Fire.
The spa’s own directions call it a Palisades “hidden gem”: Suite 15 is tucked through the building and into an outdoor hallway, with an alternate alley approach between the building and the veterinary hospital.
