About the Role

Reddit’s Ads Creative Effectiveness team sits at the heart of our creative strategy, building GenAI and predictive products that help advertisers ship high-impact campaigns. We are searching for a Staff engineer with in-depth GenAI expertise that can help us build the future of generative products for ad creative at Reddit - best-in-class image, video and copy generators that leverage Reddit’s best practices, performance-guided generations that maximize clicks and conversions, and brand safe, product preserving image/video editing pipelines.

What you’ll do:

• Advanced Generative Workflows: Architect and implement state-of-the-art pipelines for ad creative generation. You will move beyond vanilla prompting to build systems capable of product, font, logo and brand asset preservation using techniques like IP-Adapters, and LoRAs.
• End-to-End Image & Video Editing: Build editing capabilities allowing advertisers to smart-crop, inpaint, outpaint, resize, and style-transfer assets while maintaining strict brand guidelines.
• LLM/VLM Fine-Tuning: Adapt large vision-language models to understand "winning" ad aesthetics. You will build feedback loops where ad performance metrics (CTR, CVR) are used to fine-tune the generation process (RLHF/RLPF for Ads).
• Safety & Compliance Layer: engineer robust filtering and safety systems. You ensure our models never generate non-compliant, unsafe, or copyright-infringing content.
• Partner Broadly: Collaborate with Product, Sales, Policy, UX, and sibling Ads ML teams to integrate ACE capabilities into the Ad Manager UI and the ad delivery path.
• Guardrails & Safety: Embed brand-safety filters, copyright checks, and human-in-the-loop escalation paths to protect users and advertisers.

What we’re looking for:

• Deep ML Expertise: Hands-on experience with tree models, neural nets, ranking, and especially LLM/VLM fine-tuning & RLHF/RLPF for ads.

We are looking for a Senior Commercial Counsel with a strong background in negotiating complex SaaS, AI and cloud infrastructure agreements to join our team. The position will manage workloads for and relationships with several of our cross functional partners, including Engineering, Security, Privacy, Finance, Procurement and IT. This role will play an important part in supporting Pinterest’s cloud strategy across multiple platforms and helping the business efficiently scale its technology and infrastructure partnerships.

What you’ll do:

• Autonomously negotiate a high volume of complex SaaS, AI, compute infrastructure, data processing, professional services and other commercial transactions in a fast-paced environment.
• Lead legal support for enterprise-level cloud negotiations with AWS and other cloud service providers, including advising on pricing structures, committed spend models, service descriptions, renewal terms, service levels, support, audit rights, termination and exit provisions.
•  Use your knowledge of data security, data privacy, AI, intellectual property and general commercial concerns to counsel the business on risks related to their transactions and offer practical solutions for addressing such risks in supplier agreements.

What we’re looking for:

ABOUT THE TEAM

Anduril’s Electronic Warfare (EW) team is seeking experienced generalist embedded software engineers to build out the software ecosystem supporting a next-generation electronic warfare platform. As an Embedded software engineer, you’ll develop high-performance implementations of numerical algorithms, collaborate with digital systems engineers to enable maximum-performance interfaces between next-gen RF hardware and software, work with DSP and RFML engineers to rapidly deploy bleeding-edge capabilities to our customers, and collaborate with the wider software organization to deliver seamless integration of electronic warfare products with the Anduril Lattice system-of-systems suite. You will apply state-of-the-art software construction techniques to ensure the timely delivery of correct mission-critical code.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Work with digital systems engineers and systems programmers to develop high-performance hardware/software interfaces.
• Develop and maintain infrastructure and tools that enable DSP and RFML engineers to rapidly deploy algorithms and models to our assets.
• Develop high-performance implementations of numerical algorithms for generating, manipulating, and visualizing RF data.
• Develop correct, high-reliability software for controlling our electronic warfare assets, seamlessly integrated with the Anduril Lattice ecosystem.

ABOUT THE JOB
 
Anduril’s Air Dominance and Strike (AD&S) team is seeking a Mission Systems Engineer to join our team. The AD&S team is responsible for developing end-to-end “mission-ized” autonomous air systems capable of delivering exceptional warfighter outcomes to our customers.  
 
As a Mission Systems Engineer, you will be responsible for delivering mission outcomes within Anduril programs through the judicious selection, sourcing, and validation of mission relevant payloads and systems. The right person for this role will have experience in payload conceptual development, selection, integration, and validation. You will begin with mission-level outcomes and drive to solutions through appropriate modeling, domain expertise, and vendor engagement. This will require taking ownership of subcontractor and/or internal technical development efforts and working across various Anduril internal teams to appropriately integrate capabilities. ABOUT THE TEAM

Anduril’s Manufacturing team is seeking a RF Test Engineer to join our Electromagnetic Warfare team. The EW Manufacturing Team is responsible for rapidly iterating and building cutting-edge defense hardware for Electromagnetic Warfare. This responsibility includes everything in the manufacturing value-chain, including, but not limited to, Design for Manufacturability work, tool design & selection, process creation & optimization, vendor sourcing & interaction, quality planning, and work documentation associated with the hardware that the Manufacturing Engineer owns.

ABOUT THE JOB 

As a RF Manufacturing Test Engineer within EW, you will you will be responsible for ensuring that we are testing our systems to stringent standards ensuring that we are consistently shipping the highest quality products to our customers. Additionally you will ensure that we are able to meet the required throughput requirements of production. In this role you’ll need to think creatively and come up with solutions to solve difficult testing problems and push to continuously improve our methods of automation, throughput, user interfaces, and data analytics.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Maintain ownership of test activities in production and ensuring production test flow. Provide hands-on troubleshooting efforts and resolve complex electrical issues found during testing.
• Maintain test capabilities across the manufacturing value stream - from system level checkouts and acceptance testing to key component level in process validation.
• Improve and sustain existing test systems to improve automation, consistency, total cycle time, and test coverage (DfM).
• Generate test work instructions that can be easily followed by technician team in MES. Train technicians on equipment use as required.
• Develop library of common failure modes with troubleshooting guide/diagrams for fast issue resolution.
• Determine root cause of product failures and recommend appropriate corrective actions (RCCA).
• Work with Design, Quality and Manufacturing Engineering teams to support customer returns and failure analysis.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronics, Computer, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields
• 5+ years of relevant industry experience with emphasis on manufacturing test and product sustainment.
• Familiarity with Linux, Ubuntu, LabVIEW, and NixOS.
• Experience with contract manufacturers in the testing of PCBA/electronic assemblies. Thorough knowledge of PCBA testing standards and methods.

The Program Security Manager will provide embedded security support to a dynamic and robust program. The Program Security Manager must be able to understand and interpret security requirements outlined in 32 CFR Part 117, DoDM 5205.07, ICD-705 and applicable customer-specific security requirements. Must be able to work within a collaborative team environment and take independent action, analyze problems, and provide security focused solutions to Anduril and government personnel.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Provide dedicated program security support on assigned classified contracts. Security support will include personnel and physical security initiatives for program personnel, spaces, and activities.
• Ensure compliance with 32 CFR Part 117, DoDM 5205.07, and applicable customer-specific security requirements as outlined in multiple DD-254s.
• Engage and advise the Contractor Program Manager on security related initiatives by identifying issues that potentially impact business operations.
• Assist in preparation of various security plans, Concept of Operations (CONOPS), as required for the movement, transportation, delivery, storage, and operation of classified information and hardware.

ABOUT THE JOB
 
Anduril’s Air Dominance and Strike (AD&S) team is seeking a Mission Systems Engineer with an RF Aperture focus to join our team. The AD&S team is responsible for developing end-to-end “mission-ized” autonomous air systems capable of delivering exceptional warfighter outcomes to our customers.
 
As a Mission Systems Engineer, you will be responsible for delivering mission outcomes within Anduril programs through the judicious selection, sourcing, and validation of mission relevant payloads and systems. The right person for this role will have experience in payload conceptual development, selection, integration, and validation. You will begin with mission-level outcomes and drive to solutions through appropriate modeling, domain expertise, and vendor engagement. This will require taking ownership of subcontractor and/or internal technical development efforts and working across various Anduril internal teams to appropriately integrate capabilities. WHAT YOU’LL DO 

• Own RF payloads, existing or new, from concept through production as the architect.
• Select (either design or buy) antennas for payloads to integrate onto vehicles.
• Estimate installed antenna performance through simulation, then validate with chamber and/or free space radiating measurements.
• Perform co-site analysis of other installed RF systems through analysis and measurement.
• Conduct trades for communications, sensing, and effector systems to deliver successful mission outcomes working closely with the broader AD&S team
• Architect autonomous multi-function, multi-mode payload and system solution concepts, requirements, layout, interfaces, & employment
• Adapt or derive physics-based models of payload system performance working closely with subject matter experts

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS 

• Currently possesses and is able to maintain an active U.S. Top Secret security clearance
• Experience with RF chamber measurements and network analyzers
• 2+ years experience with HFSS
• 2+ years in antenna design or integration. The more the better

ABOUT THE TEAM

Anduril’s Manufacturing team is seeking a Manufacturing Test Engineer to join our Electromagnetic Warfare team. The EW Manufacturing Team is responsible for rapidly iterating and building cutting-edge defense hardware for Electromagnetic Warfare. This responsibility includes everything in the manufacturing value-chain, including, but not limited to, Design for Manufacturability work, tool design & selection, process creation & optimization, vendor sourcing & interaction, quality planning, and work documentation associated with the hardware that the Manufacturing Engineer owns.

As a Manufacturing Test Engineer within EW, you will you will be responsible for ensuring that we are testing our systems to stringent standards ensuring that we are consistently shipping the highest quality products to our customers. Additionally you will ensure that we are able to meet the required throughput requirements of production. WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Familiarity with Linux, Ubuntu, LabVIEW, and NixOS.
• Experience with contract manufacturers in the testing of PCBA/electronic assemblies. Thorough knowledge of PCBA testing standards and methods.

ABOUT THE JOB

Anduril’s Space Manufacturing team is seeking a Lab Manager to join our team. The Space Manufacturing team is responsible for the assembly, integration, and test of ground support equipment, PCBA, unit-level, and integrated systems that are vital for our aerospace and defense operations. This role owns the day-to-day operation, readiness, and discipline of our Space Manufacturing lab spaces across three locations that support development and low-rate builds of spaceflight hardware.

As the Lab Manager, you will own the facility systems, the cleanroom and contamination-control program, safety, equipment, and the flow of materials and consumables that keep build and test running across three sites. You will also build and lead your own team over time — but in the near term this is a working-manager role: you will do much of the hands-on work yourself while hiring and developing the technicians and specialists who keep these spaces running, scaling the team as the sites grow. This is a hands-on ownership role for someone who wants to be the person the floor relies on to keep demanding lab and cleanroom environments operating to spec, in a fast-paced, resource-limited environment. If you are someone who thrives in such an environment, then this role is for you.

WHAT YOU’LL DO 

• This role owns the day-to-day operation, readiness, and discipline of our Space Manufacturing lab spaces across three locations that support development and low-rate builds of spaceflight hardware — including gowning/anterooms, air showers, test bays, subassembly and assembly zones, and storage, so build and test run without facility-driven downtime.
• Build and lead the site support team — contamination-control, facilities/maintenance, and lab technicians and specialists: hire to plan, set direction and priorities, develop and mentor the team, and manage performance. In the near term, operate as a working manager — performing the hands-on facility, cleanroom, and equipment work directly while standing up and scaling the team.
• Serve as the single site point of contact for facilities at each location: coordinate building services, maintenance and repairs, moves, space changes, and outside vendors, and keep each space configured for the work it hosts.
• Own the contamination-control program for each cleanroom (graded ISO 5–8): gowning protocols and throughput, continuous particle monitoring, cleanroom certification cadence, and consumables (garments, gloves, wipes) stock and flow.
• Coordinate cleanroom and facility systems and their upkeep across sites — AHUs, environmental monitoring, compressed and specialty gases (including nitrogen purge), and building support systems — with facilities/maintenance and vendors to keep systems in spec and serviced.
• Serve as the day-to-day safety point of contact for each site: enforce safe work practices, coordinate hazardous-material and specialty-gas handling and storage, and interface with EHS on chemical handling, permits, and audits.
• Manage lab equipment, assets, and material flow across the sites: check-in/check-out and asset tracking, calibration and metrology scheduling (in-house and vendor), preventive maintenance, tool/fixture readiness, and receiving/kitting/stores/consumables flow in coordination with supply chain and quality.
• Drive lab and facility standards and documentation: cleanroom operating procedures, gowning and contamination-control work instructions, safety procedures, and the certification/monitoring records that keep every space audit-ready.
• Lead the transition of work into the new facility as it comes online — plan space, systems, and support-staff needs for each phase, help stand up new areas, and manage the wind-down of temporary space as capability moves.
• Partner with AI&T, manufacturing engineering, and program teams to sequence work across the sites and keep WIP moving.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS 

• 5+ years operating or managing a manufacturing lab, cleanroom, or comparable controlled production environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, a technical/science discipline, or equivalent hands-on experience.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience operating or managing an ISO-classified cleanroom (ISO 5–8 or equivalent) or other contamination-controlled environment.
• 2+ years working with cleanroom facility systems — HVAC/AHUs, environmental and particle monitoring, gowning and air-shower discipline, and cleanroom certification requirements.
• Hands-on safety experience with hazardous-material and compressed/specialty-gas handling and storage, including 1+ year acting as a floor- or lab-level safety point of contact.
• Experience managing lab equipment, a calibration/metrology program, and asset tracking across 50+ tools/assets (or a comparable-scale lab), plus receiving/inventory/consumables flow.
• Experience owning facilities and readiness for 2+ distinct lab or cleanroom spaces (or a multi-room/multi-building site) at once, including coordinating moves and stand-up of new space.
• 2+ years leading or mentoring a team (formal management or team-lead), with the ability to operate as a working manager — hands-on in the day-to-day while hiring, developing, and building a team.
• Strong organization and documentation discipline (able to build and enforce procedures and keep a lab audit-ready), and willing to work on-site full-time in a fast-paced hardware environment, coordinating across engineering, operations, quality, and vendors.

Testing and fleet integration are the same problem seen from two angles. A test plan written without
fleet operating experience misses the failure modes, workflows, and edge cases that matter at sea. In
this role, you’ll apply that experience directly: time spent operating unmanned or manned surface vessels
in real conditions, translated into test plans, demonstration events, and exercises that reflect how the
fleet actually operates.

You also serve as the bridge between the engineering team and the fleet. You identify gaps between our
platforms and existing fleet procedures, equipment, and concepts of employment, and feed that insight
back into design and test planning. You represent the operator's perspective in design reviews and
requirements discussions, and support direct engagement with fleet units and customers during
integration, test, and demonstration events.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Support the integration of surface platform subsystems, including sensors, navigation, propulsion, communication systems, autonomy software, and power systems, into a complete surface platform
• Develop, review, and execute test plans for development, integration, and acceptance testing, informed by hands-on fleet operating experience
• Support day-to-day test operations, including pre-mission testing, launch and recovery, vehicle tasking, and data analysis for internal and customer-facing efforts

As a Deployment and Training Lead on the Air Defense team, you are responsible for delivering, training, and sustaining a capability that meets our customers' mission requirements and exceeds their expectations. What You'll Do

• Deployment planning and execution: We execute hundreds of deployment events each year, including site installations, test and evaluation exercises, demonstrations, and training and maintenance visits. You will orchestrate these events, leading a cross-functional team that spans hardware supply, logistics, engineering, and more to do whatever it takes to achieve mission success for Anduril and our customers. Meticulous, resourceful, and detail-oriented, you will manage every step of the deployment process, from site survey to testing, pack-out, installation, training, and sustainment. You ensure every customer that receives our capability is ready to employ it from day one.

The Maneuver Dominance team is building Thunder - an autonomous attack rotorcraft built to fight alongside crewed combat aviation to deliver overwhelming mass effects deep beyond the front lines. The team in London builds the Mission System and the autonomy that makes aircraft like Thunder work.

ABOUT THE JOB

We’re looking for a Senior Weapons Integration Engineer to join the Thunder team in Costa Mesa, CA. As a Senior Weapons Integration Engineer, you will lead the end-to-end technical execution and tactical integration of kinetic stores and weapon systems onto an advanced autonomous aircraft program co-developed with our airframe partner.

You will architect critical Store Management System (SMS) trades, define digital and physical interfaces (e.g., MIL-STD-1760, UAI), and ensure the platform's mission software reliably interfaces with diverse modern armaments. Serving as the platform's weapons authority, you will interface closely with our internal autonomy teams, our partner’s airframe structures group, weapons suppliers, and government customers to synchronize mechanical bay constraints, safe separation dynamics, and fire-control architectures. You will drive integration test plans, hazard and system-level analyses, and regulatory flight safety baselines required for technical design reviews and weapon safety boards (e.g., WSESRB/NNMSB). This high-impact role is instrumental in transforming an autonomous platform into an operationally decisive, airworthy combat capability.

ABOUT THE JOB

The Head of Technical Program Management (TPM) owns the planning and execution of every complex development effort across the EW portfolio. Your team of TPMs manages new technology development initiatives within the EW business line’s Internal Research and Development (IRAD) and customer facing program portfolio. You centralize and standardize the tools, processes, and operating rhythms that allow TPMs to do their jobs and allow leadership to have clear insights across program. You own the TPM skillset within EW and are expected to build, train, and lead the TPM organization into a high performing technical leadership team here at Anduril.

We work with hardware and software engineering teams across the company, driving cross-functional collaboration across different business lines. 

ABOUT THE JOB

We are building an expeditionary force: a small group of engineers who want to do big, new, hard things and who move into unfamiliar territory as a matter of course. As Deputy Chief Engineer in Discovery, you lead the technical work on concepts nobody has proven, usually several at once. You learn whatever domain each one lives in and build the thing that tests it: the prototype, the test article, the demonstration. Analysis gets a concept to the point where it is worth building; building it is how we find out. You are the technical authority for the concepts you own: you set the approach, review the work, and decide, on the evidence, which concepts continue and which stop. The problems change; the approach does not: reason from first principles, build it, test it, and reach a solution.

You are not hired for a particular skill set. You are hired for a record of building things: taking a concept from an idea to hardware or software that works, across different areas, and getting to solutions. You are also the adversary to our own ideas. The rigor that validates a good concept is the same rigor that kills a bad one early, while it is still cheap, and you apply it to your own work first.

This is a hands-on technical leadership role on both internally and externally funded programs within Anduril's Discovery Business Line, on operationally relevant timelines.

The Tactical Recon & Strike team at Anduril develops aerial small drones (Group 1-3) and all equipment to test, deploy and operate. The team is responsible for taking products like Ghost, Anvil, Bolt and Altius from concepts to operational systems. We work in close coordination with specialist teams to solve some of the hardest problems facing our customers. We are looking for software engineers, hardware engineers, roboticists, and front-end mobile developers who are excited about creating a powerful robotics platform that can be tasked and viewed in real-time through a variety of interfaces.

ABOUT THE JOB

We are looking for an Integrated Product Support Analyst to develop the provisioning and sustainment data that will support our program throughout the entire product lifecycle. This role owns that foundation. Reporting to the Logistics Program Manager, you'll help build the program’s provisioning dataset, design the operating model that keeps it current as the aircraft matures, and ensure it flows cleanly into the sustainment team's contract deliverables. It's a foundational role with real ownership — the decisions you make about how this data is structured and maintained will shape how the program is sustained for years. The Logistics Program Manager retains deliverable accountability and the customer relationship; you own the data domain beneath it and co-author the deliverables that depend on it.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Own the provisioning and logistics data baseline. Working with cross-functional partners, establish and maintain the authoritative dataset — CAGE codes, part numbers, BOMs, MTBF and failure-rate data, unit prices, provisioning parts lists — as the trusted source the program builds its deliverables against. You bring the different inputs together into one coherent picture the sustainment team can rely on.

Build and run the operating model. Design and operate the process that keeps the dataset current, reconciled, and version-controlled as the design and test results evolve. This is yours to shape from the ground up — a rare chance to define how something works rather than inherit it.

Partner across the program. Much of this role is bringing people together. Working alongside supply chain, reliability and sustaining engineering, procurement, and design, you’ll gather the data the sustainment mission depends on. You'll build the relationships and the rhythm that make that collaboration effective and repeatable, earning cooperation through credibility rather than mandate.

Co-author the deliverables. Develop the provisioning-based CDRLs and their supporting analysis — sparing recommendations, support equipment data, parts lists — preparing the drafts and the well-reasoned rationale the Logistics Program Manager takes to the customer.

Partner with the whole Integrated Product Support team. Your data domain underpins the entire sustainment effort — spares list review, support equipment sourcing, and the clean source data that feeds the logistics engineering and technical writing teams who produce the formal LPD products (LORA, MTA) and Technical Orders. Set the tooling standard. Lead with AI-enabled tools to build data solutions quickly, using modern software to work efficiently, all while working fluently through any the government-mandated logistics tools (e.g., Power Log-J) where the contract requires it.
