As a Senior Brand Manager on VALORANT, you will independently architect end-to-end global brand strategies, lead complex campaign planning, and provide high-level creative stewardship across marquee multi-platform publishing beats.  While this role primarily anchors our core PC and Console campaign ecosystem (major Episode/Act beats, Agent launches, skinline moments, and competitive beats), you will also step in to lead or support marquee cross-platform initiatives including VALORANT Mobile in China, as well as cross-ecosystem beats.

Required Qualifications

• Experience: 5+ years of experience in brand strategy, game publishing, or marketing within gaming or entertainment, with a proven track record of full, end-to-end campaign ownership.
• PC & Console Ecosystem Focus: 3+ years directly engaging gaming audiences, with deep familiarity in live-service FPS, competitive shooters, or core PC/Console ecosystems.
• Large-Scale Campaign Leadership: Demonstrated experience leading complex, integrated marketing campaigns involving product marketing, community, social, esports, and external agencies.

Under the direction of the VFX Lead, you will use your creative and technical expertise to design, execute, and implement a wide range of gameplay and environmental visual effects. As a Tooling Engineer, you will design, validate, and implement high-quality tooling and fixtures to enable efficient and safe manufacturing of complex aircraft structures. ABOUT THE ROLE

We're looking for a Technical Program Manager to own execution for the Sand Table team—someone who will maintain our timelines, resolve dependencies, and keep everything on the rails towards final delivery. This is a high-agency role for someone who moves on things before being asked, anticipates problems before they materialize, and drives relentlessly toward outcomes. You will be the connective tissue between design, engineering, product, and key stakeholders, ensuring that our team ships high-quality, consistent releases on cadence while protecting the team's focus and momentum.

You'll manage the full complexity of delivering a real-time 3D platform that spans C++ engine development, XR hardware integration, plugin frameworks, and live demonstrations to senior government and military leaders. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• 8+ years of experience as a Technical Program Manager, Engineering Program Manager, or equivalent role delivering complex software products
• Demonstrated track record of owning execution for cross-functional technical teams and shipping on-time
• Strong technical literacy—ability to understand system architecture, software dependencies, build/release pipelines, and technical trade-offs without needing to write the code yourself
• High agency and intrinsic motivation; you move on problems before being asked and operate effectively with minimal direction

The Maneuver Dominance team is building Thunder - an autonomous attack rotorcraft built to fight alongside crewed combat aviation to deliver overwhelming mass effects deep beyond the front lines. The team in London builds the Mission System and the autonomy that makes aircraft like Thunder work.

Autonomy is only as good as the link that carries it. Thunder is a compact airframe with weapons, sensors and radios competing for the same antenna real estate, flying low and in formation, in a spectrum that is actively contested. That is the problem you would own.

ABOUT THE JOB

We’re looking for a Senior Weapons Integration Engineer to join the Thunder team in Costa Mesa, CA. As a Senior Weapons Integration Engineer, you will lead the end-to-end technical execution and tactical integration of kinetic stores and weapon systems onto an advanced autonomous aircraft program co-developed with our airframe partner.

You will architect critical Store Management System (SMS) trades, define digital and physical interfaces (e.g., MIL-STD-1760, UAI), and ensure the platform's mission software reliably interfaces with diverse modern armaments. Serving as the platform's weapons authority, you will interface closely with our internal autonomy teams, our partner’s airframe structures group, weapons suppliers, and government customers to synchronize mechanical bay constraints, safe separation dynamics, and fire-control architectures. You will drive integration test plans, hazard and system-level analyses, and regulatory flight safety baselines required for technical design reviews and weapon safety boards (e.g., WSESRB/NNMSB). This high-impact role is instrumental in transforming an autonomous platform into an operationally decisive, airworthy combat capability.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Lead contract and product profit margin analysis

As the Manager of Product Quality Engineering you will lead a team of product quality engineers and quality specialists who will work inside & outside the organization to define, develop, and execute processes that deliver high quality & reliable products. ABOUT THE JOB

The Head of Technical Program Management (TPM) owns the planning and execution of every complex development effort across the EW portfolio. Your team of TPMs manages new technology development initiatives within the EW business line’s Internal Research and Development (IRAD) and customer facing program portfolio. You centralize and standardize the tools, processes, and operating rhythms that allow TPMs to do their jobs and allow leadership to have clear insights across program. You own the TPM skillset within EW and are expected to build, train, and lead the TPM organization into a high performing technical leadership team here at Anduril.

We are building an expeditionary force: a small group of engineers who want to do big, new, hard things and who move into unfamiliar territory as a matter of course. As Deputy Chief Engineer in Discovery, you lead the technical work on concepts nobody has proven, usually several at once. You learn whatever domain each one lives in and build the thing that tests it: the prototype, the test article, the demonstration. Analysis gets a concept to the point where it is worth building; building it is how we find out. You are the technical authority for the concepts you own: you set the approach, review the work, and decide, on the evidence, which concepts continue and which stop. The problems change; the approach does not: reason from first principles, build it, test it, and reach a solution.

You are not hired for a particular skill set. You are hired for a record of building things: taking a concept from an idea to hardware or software that works, across different areas, and getting to solutions. You are also the adversary to our own ideas. The rigor that validates a good concept is the same rigor that kills a bad one early, while it is still cheap, and you apply it to your own work first.

This is a hands-on technical leadership role on both internally and externally funded programs within Anduril's Discovery Business Line, on operationally relevant timelines.

Anduril is seeking Industrial Engineering Interns to join our summer internship program. The Manufacturing Engineering organization is responsible for rapidly iterating and building cutting-edge defense hardware, including static equipment, moving ground equipment, sensors, undersea, and flight vehicles, and scaling these products in our new 5M sq ft manufacturing facility, Arsenal-1. As an IE intern, you will work alongside a team of Industrial Engineers who will provide guidance and mentorship while you work to optimize Anduril’s manufacturing operations for best-in-class quality, reliability, speed, and asset utilization. The Industrial Engineering Intern will take a data-driven approach to designing production lines and associated manufacturing processes to meet these objectives. In this role, you will work on a summer-long project where you will be required to actively collaborate with and prepare presentations to various Anduril teams including but not limited to Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Operations, Manufacturing Engineering, Analytics, and Quality.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

The intern positions will support the Supply Chain group in strategic planning, long-term supplier selection and negotiations. This position requires the ability to work with procurement, engineering, finance and legal teams and third parties such as suppliers. The position requires interest in industry dynamics, business negotiation and pricing, manufacturing processes, and risk mitigation.

Domain Areas and Key Responsibilities – The intern will collaborate and support in the development and rollout of various business solutions within the following areas:

• Demand & Material Planning – Support enhancement and optimization of our MRP system inputs/outputs/engine-logic and integration into all ERP modules, develop analytics/dashboards. Identifying material gaps and supplier risk, aid the configuration team with BOM errors, sparing contract requirements and SC master data requirements, support the Program team with right-to-left planning and supply chain milestone checkoff procedures.

ABOUT THE JOB

We are looking for an Integrated Product Support Analyst to develop the provisioning and sustainment data that will support our program throughout the entire product lifecycle. This role owns that foundation. Reporting to the Logistics Program Manager, you'll help build the program’s provisioning dataset, design the operating model that keeps it current as the aircraft matures, and ensure it flows cleanly into the sustainment team's contract deliverables. It's a foundational role with real ownership — the decisions you make about how this data is structured and maintained will shape how the program is sustained for years. The Logistics Program Manager retains deliverable accountability and the customer relationship; you own the data domain beneath it and co-author the deliverables that depend on it.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Own the provisioning and logistics data baseline. Working with cross-functional partners, establish and maintain the authoritative dataset — CAGE codes, part numbers, BOMs, MTBF and failure-rate data, unit prices, provisioning parts lists — as the trusted source the program builds its deliverables against. You bring the different inputs together into one coherent picture the sustainment team can rely on.

Build and run the operating model. Design and operate the process that keeps the dataset current, reconciled, and version-controlled as the design and test results evolve. This is yours to shape from the ground up — a rare chance to define how something works rather than inherit it.

Partner across the program. Much of this role is bringing people together. Working alongside supply chain, reliability and sustaining engineering, procurement, and design, you’ll gather the data the sustainment mission depends on. You'll build the relationships and the rhythm that make that collaboration effective and repeatable, earning cooperation through credibility rather than mandate.

Co-author the deliverables. Develop the provisioning-based CDRLs and their supporting analysis — sparing recommendations, support equipment data, parts lists — preparing the drafts and the well-reasoned rationale the Logistics Program Manager takes to the customer.

Partner with the whole Integrated Product Support team. Your data domain underpins the entire sustainment effort — spares list review, support equipment sourcing, and the clean source data that feeds the logistics engineering and technical writing teams who produce the formal LPD products (LORA, MTA) and Technical Orders. Set the tooling standard. Lead with AI-enabled tools to build data solutions quickly, using modern software to work efficiently, all while working fluently through any the government-mandated logistics tools (e.g., Power Log-J) where the contract requires it.

Notifications is responsible for several of the company’s major product surface areas that drive a significant portion of Reddit’s user growth. You will work on building a real-time notifications platform (in-app, push, email, and potentially new channels) that can surface the right content to the right user at the right time in the right context. You will also be responsible for tackling difficult challenges around reach and addressability, off-platform conversion, new inventory development, and optimization of post-click experiences within a variety of operating systems and channels to build a delightful product for user engagement and retention. This responsibility includes everything in the manufacturing value-chain, including, but not limited to, Design for Manufacturability work, tool design & selection, process creation & optimization, vendor sourcing & interaction, quality planning, and work documentation associated with the hardware that the Manufacturing Engineer owns.

ABOUT THE JOB
As a Software Manufacturing Test Engineer, you will build, scale, and maintain the software that drives our manufacturing test systems. In this role, your primary focus will be developing production software that directly tests complex hardware systems, integrates with laboratory instrumentation and DAQs, and manages the data these stations produce. You will bridge low-level hardware control with high-level test automation by writing robust, reliable production code in Python and C# targeting Linux/Unix (and ideally NixOS) runtime environments.
To ensure our hardware meets mission-critical quality and production throughput demands, every Software Manufacturing Test Engineer is expected to derive software test requirements from hardware schematics and system specifications, author automated test sequences, and deploy complete software suites to factory test racks. You will work closely with development and firmware engineers to refine test coverage as product designs evolve, resolve complex hardware-software integration failures on the floor, and ensure deterministic software deployments across our manufacturing line.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Maintain ownership of software manufacturing test activities in production, ensuring test station uptime, operator usability, and smooth factory throughput
• Develop and maintain PLC-integrated station control software — commanding industrial controllers over Modbus TCP for rig actuation, interlocks, and sensor acquisition — and maintain the tag/address index as PLC programs evolve, including tooling that imports controller tag exports and validates them against the station's expected schema
• Build hardware-free simulation environments (containerized station images, virtual CAN replay, device simulators) so test software is developed and regression-tested without occupying hardware
• Design, build, and maintain production software manufacturing test suites primarily in Python (for hardware control, test sequencing, and instrument automation) and C# (for test executives, operator interfaces, and background services)
• Integrate software manufacturing test applications directly with sensors, DAQs, programmable power supplies, electronic loads, and vehicle compute hardware

• Leverage Nix and NixOS to manage reproducible software manufacturing test environments, eliminating dependency drift between engineering development benches and production line stations
• Collaborate with hardware and firmware engineers during early-stage product development (NPI) to define software manufacturing test requirements, coverage, APIs, and pass/fail limits
• Automate software manufacturing test execution across various levels of assembly, from PCBA-level functional test (FCT) up to full-system and Environmental Stress Screening (ESS) checkouts
• Provide hands-on troubleshooting and root-cause analysis (RCCA) for complex electrical, firmware, and software manufacturing test issues found on the line
• Log parametric test data and integrate software manufacturing test stations with database systems (using SQL queries as needed) and Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) to maintain complete hardware traceability
• Develop clear operator interfaces, error-handling mechanisms, and software manufacturing test troubleshooting logs to assist technicians during hardware failures
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to optimize software manufacturing test sequences, shorten cycle times, and increase test coverage without sacrificing quality

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related fields
• 3+ years of relevant industry experience as a Software Manufacturing Test Engineer, or in an equivalent role with an emphasis on software development for hardware test automation, lab automation, or manufacturing environments
• Strong proficiency writing production code in Python for software manufacturing test automation, device control, and data handling
• Working knowledge of C# (.NET) for developing software manufacturing test applications, operator UIs, or system services

ABOUT THE TEAM

Anduril’s Air Dominance & Strike (AD&S) Manufacturing Engineering team is seeking a Staff DFx Manufacturing Engineer to drive design-for-manufacturability, assembly, and testability across our avionics, electronics, and harnessing subsystems. This role spans our full portfolio of autonomous aircraft, cruise missiles, and loitering munitions — ensuring that electronics hardware is designed to be produced at scale from the earliest stages of development.

As a Staff-level individual contributor, you will be the technical authority on DFx for electronics and avionics across AD&S. You will embed with design engineering teams during concept and detailed design, lead structured DFx reviews, and translate manufacturing constraints into actionable design guidance. This is an inherently cross-functional role: you will work daily alongside supply chain, design engineering, quality, and operations teams to ensure producibility is built into every decision, from component selection through final acceptance. Your work directly shapes whether our products can be built reliably, affordably, and at the rate our programs demand.

You will also mentor manufacturing engineers across programs and build the DFx methodology and toolset that scales with the organization.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Own and drive the DFx process for avionics, electronics, and harnessing subsystems across AD&S programs, from concept through rate production.
• Lead structured DFM/DFA/DFT reviews at key design milestones, applying a rigorous scoring methodology to identify producibility risks and drive design changes before they become production problems.
• Embed with electrical and avionics design engineering teams to provide real-time manufacturing feedback on PCBA layout, component selection, connector and harnessing architecture, and test access.
• Work cross-functionally with supply chain, quality, operations, and design engineering on a daily basis — this role is the connective tissue between what gets designed and what gets built.

• Close the loop between production floor feedback and upstream design improvements by working directly with operations and production engineering teams.
• Build and evolve the DFx toolkit — templates, scoring rubrics, lessons-learned databases, and training materials — so that DFx knowledge scales beyond any single person.
• Mentor and develop junior and mid-level manufacturing engineers on DFx principles and review techniques.
• Travel to production sites, suppliers, and partner facilities as needed (<10%).

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• 12+ years of experience in manufacturing engineering, process engineering, or producibility engineering with a significant focus on electronics, avionics, or electromechanical assemblies. A
• Master’s Degree can replace 2 years of work experience.
• Deep working knowledge of electronics manufacturing processes: SMT placement and reflow, wave and selective soldering, conformal coating, potting and encapsulation, cable and harness fabrication, and electromechanical box-build.
• Demonstrated experience leading DFM/DFA/DFT reviews and translating findings into measurable design improvements.
• Proven ability to work cross-functionally across design engineering, supply chain, quality, and operations — and to be effective without positional authority.
• Ability to read and critically evaluate electrical schematics, PCB layouts, harness drawings, and mechanical packaging for producibility.

ABOUT THE JOB

We are looking for a experienced PLM Software Engineer with strong Teamcenter expertise to join the ArsenalOS PLM team. As a PLM Software Engineer on ArsenalOS, you will be architecting and implementing mission-critical Teamcenter customizations, integrations, and solutions that enable engineering teams to design, manage, and deliver complex hardware products at scale.

This is not a traditional "maintain legacy PLM" role. We want builders. As a member of ArsenalOS PLM, you will help architect and develop next-generation Engineering Backbone from the ground up — integrating CAD, ERP, MES, manufacturing, and engineering systems into scalable modern platforms. We’re looking for a Senior Director to join the finance team supporting Air Dominance & Strike (AD&S), one of Anduril’s largest and fastest-growing divisions. This is a high-visibility financial leadership role responsible for owning the P&L for Anduril’s Autonomous Air Power business line within AD&S. This role is responsible for leading and developing a high-powered team that partners with business to drive product and program profitability.

The successful candidate will operate at both the strategic level — architecting sustainable financial models and shaping the division’s capital allocation — and the operational level — embedding with division and business line leaders to drive day-to-day financial rigor. This role will interface cross-functionally with senior leadership across finance, operations, production, engineering, growth, program management, and supply chain to shape and execute on the business line’s long-term business objectives.

ABOUT THE TEAM

AD&S is fundamentally reshaping the way future peer to peer conflicts are fought by developing next generation collaborative combat aircraft (like our unmanned fighter jet Fury), advanced effects (like our air-breathing cruise missile Barracuda), and the autonomy software that powers these weapons. The team is responsible for taking products from initial concept to full-rate production at-scale. Anduril's Air Dominance & Strike (AD&S) Manufacturing Engineering team is seeking a Senior DFx Engineer to drive design for manufacturability, assembly, and cost across our avionics, electronics, wiring, and harnessing subsystems. This role spans our full portfolio of autonomous aircraft, cruise missiles, and loitering munitions — ensuring that design decisions account for how hardware will be built, by whom, and at what cost.

You will bring specialty expertise in at least one of the following domains: avionics, wire harnessing, electronics (PCBA), or electrical systems. Your primary focus areas are manufacturability, assembly, and cost — the three lenses that determine whether a design can be produced at rate, by a qualified supplier, at an affordable price point. WHAT YOU’LL DO 

• Execute DFx analysis across avionics, electronics, wiring, and harnessing subsystems for AD&S programs, with a primary focus on manufacturability, assembly, and cost.

• Collaborate with quality engineering to ensure DFx findings flow into inspection plans, acceptance criteria, and supplier quality requirements.
• Close the loop between production floor feedback, supplier performance data, and upstream design improvements.
• Contribute to the DFx toolkit — templates, scoring rubrics, cost models, lessons-learned databases, and training materials — so that DFx knowledge scales across the organization.
• Travel to production sites, contract manufacturers, and supplier facilities (~20%, depending on business needs).

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in manufacturing engineering, producibility engineering, or DFx with a significant focus on electronics, avionics, wiring, or harnessing — with specialty expertise in at least one of these domains.
• Strong working knowledge of electronics and/or harnessing manufacturing processes: SMT placement and reflow, wave and selective soldering, conformal coating, potting and encapsulation, wire harness fabrication (cut/strip/crimp/solder/mold), and electromechanical box-build.
• Experience participating in or leading DFM/DFA reviews and translating findings into measurable design improvements that reduce cost and improve producibility.
• Experience supporting contract manufacturer evaluations — including facility assessments, process capability reviews, or production readiness evaluations.
• Understanding of cost drivers in electronics and harnessing production, with exposure to should-cost modeling or cost analysis.

Every Propulsion Test Engineer is responsible for the full lifecycle of engine testing. About the Team

Anduril's Electronic Warfare (EW) division builds next-generation electronic warfare platforms — hardware-enabled, software-defined systems that are fielded, operational, and scaling fast. The EW team operates at a tempo the defense industry isn't used to: delivering novel system configurations into active operations in days, not months, securing major contract awards in under 24 hours, and earning unanimous fielding recommendations from government evaluators. • Experience with synthesizer and LO design including PLL loop filter optimization, phase noise analysis, and spur management.

Coordinate with Anduril's Corporate Finance, FP&A, Accounting and Government Operations teams to ensure Fury's financials roll up cleanly and that program-level decisions align with company-level objectives. Recruit, develop, and lead a growing team of program finance analysts and cost estimators as the program scales.

ABOUT THE TEAM

The Autonomous Airpower business line, within Anduril’s Air Dominance & Strike division, is building the unmanned fighter jet Fury. Fury is a high-performance, software-defined combat aircraft designed to be produced at scale and operated in contested environments. The Fury product and related programs sit at the intersection of rapid hardware development, cutting-edge autonomy, and a production ramp that in many ways looks more like a tech product launch than a traditional defense acquisition. This role puts you at the financial helm of one of the most consequential programs in modern defense.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Daily partnership with Senior Leaders within AD&S to bring first class financial expertise and support to the business.
• Manage the processes for financial forecasting and budgets, and oversee the preparation of business line, product and program level financial reporting.
• Own the financial oversight and management for a portfolio of large, complex, and mission-critical programs
• Manage and scale a dedicated team in line with the needs of the business by developing and hiring best-in-class talent and implementing best practices and tools to ensure a well-controlled yet flexible finance organization.
• Lead the development of executive-level reporting and present financial insights to senior management.
• Evaluate financial performance by comparing and analyzing actual results with forecasts, highlighting trends and analyzing causes of unexpected variances.
• Work with senior AD&S and corporate finance leaders to identify and implement ways to improve business performance and finance systems, tools and processes.
• Get deep in the operations and support the team in creating bottoms-up, data-driven models to understand segmentation, pricing optimization, scenarios, and financial returns of our products and investments.
• Own performance dashboards, alerting, and investigation into KPI health. Assess the impact of financial decisions on KPIs while developing strategies which drive demonstrable impact against these metrics.
• Develop deep relationships with our customers (both internal and external) and oversee customer program reporting, monthly invoicing, and monthly financial status reporting.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA or relevant professional certification (CPA, CFA) is a plus.
• 15+ years of finance experience working for Big Tech, Defense, Large Manufacturing, or Government contracting, with 3-5 years in a senior leadership position.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, financial modeling and data analysis tools, and experience with financial reporting tools and ERP systems (i.e. Oracle Fusion, Oracle EPM, Anaplan, Foundry).
• Demonstrated track record of owning problems end-to-end in a finance function.

ABOUT THE TEAM

Anduril's Air Dominance & Strike (AD&S) Manufacturing Engineering team is seeking a DFx Engineer to support design for manufacturability, assembly, and cost analysis across our avionics, electronics, wiring,and harnessing subsystems. This role spans our full portfolio of autonomous aircraft, cruise missiles, and loitering munitions — and is an excellent opportunity for an early-career engineer to develop deep expertise in how design decisions impact producibility, supplier selection, and unit cost.

Working under the guidance of Staff and Senior DFx Engineers, you will learn to evaluate designs through the lenses of manufacturability, assembly, and cost — the three factors that determine whether hardware can be produced at rate, by a qualified supplier, at an affordable price point. You will work alongside subject matter expert (SME) manufacturing engineers and design engineers, building the technical judgment and cross-functional relationships that make DFx effective.

You will also gain hands-on exposure to contract manufacturer evaluation and qualification — visiting supplier facilities, participating in process assessments, and learning how to match supplier capabilities to production requirements. This is an inherently cross-functional role: you will work daily with supply chain, quality, operations, and program teams in addition to ME and DE. You will grow quickly here — our programs move fast, the hardware is real, and the impact of your work shows up on the production floor and in the cost model.

WHAT YOU’LL DO 

• Support DFx analysis across avionics, electronics, wiring, and harnessing subsystems for AD&S programs, working under the guidance of Staff and Senior DFx Engineers, with a focus on manufacturability, assembly, and cost.
• Participate in structured DFM/DFA/DFC reviews at key design milestones, learning and applying the scoring methodology to identify producibility and cost risks and recommend design changes.
• Work with SME manufacturing engineers and design engineers to provide manufacturing and cost feedback on designs, learning to translate constraints into actionable recommendations.
• Support the evaluation and qualification of contract manufacturers — participating in facility reviews, process audits, and capability assessments under the guidance of senior team members.
• Help build and maintain should-cost models and cost-driver analyses for electronics and harnessing assemblies.
• Help develop and maintain DFx standards, guidelines, and scorecards specific to electronics manufacturing processes including SMT, wave/selective solder, conformal coating, potting, wire harness fabrication, and box-build assembly.
• Analyze designs across key lenses — manufacturability/assembly, cost structure, adherence to specification, process capability, and technology maturity — contributing to risk assessments that inform engineering and program decisions.
• Work with supply chain to understand how DFx requirements connect to sourcing strategy and supplier selection.
• Collaborate with quality engineering to understand how DFx findings translate into inspection plans, acceptance criteria, and supplier quality requirements.
• Spend time on the production floor and at supplier sites to build firsthand understanding of how electronics and harnesses are manufactured.
• Contribute to the DFx toolkit — templates, scoring rubrics, cost models, lessons-learned databases, and training materials.
• Travel to production sites, contract manufacturers, and supplier facilities (~20%, depending on business needs).

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• 5 years of experience in manufacturing engineering, process engineering, or a related role with exposure to electronics, avionics, wiring, or harnessing. Co-op, internship, or capstone project experience in a manufacturing environment counts.
• Foundational knowledge of electronics and/or harnessing manufacturing processes: SMT, soldering, conformal coating, wire harness fabrication, or electromechanical assembly.
• Ability to read electrical schematics, PCB layouts, and harness drawings with an eye toward producibility.
• Interest in understanding manufacturing cost drivers and how design decisions impact unit cost.
• Familiarity with IPC standards (IPC-A-610, J-STD-001, IPC-620) or a willingness to learn and apply them quickly.
• Strong communication skills and a willingness to engage directly with design engineers, manufacturing engineers, quality, supply chain, and operations — cross-functional collaboration is the core of this job, not a side task.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced environment across multiple programs simultaneously.
• A genuine interest in manufacturing and a drive to understand how things are actually built and what they cost to produce. Personal experience physically building or working on hardware (soldering, harness build, assembly, personal projects) is a strong plus.

ABOUT THE JOB

We are seeking a Radio Frequency Antenna Engineer to join our team in Costa Mesa, CA, focused on RF design for antennas. In this role, you will design, analyze, and optimize RF design for antenna and antenna arrays while collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet project specifications.This position requires expertise in RF antenna design and simulation tools, as well as a solid understanding of board-level schematic design and PCB circuit layout. If you have strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a passion for innovation, this opportunity is for you! Your contributions will be essential in advancing our RF antenna projects for the EW team.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Conduct detailed RF design for antennas and antenna arrays.
• Perform antenna element trade studies, including investigation, simulation, and comparisons of various designs 
• Optimize array lattice selection based on frequency range, scan range, instantaneous bandwidth, and element design.
• Design, simulate, and optimize antenna arrays.
• Develop prototypes of elements and arrays to validate models.
• Model PCB RF transitions, including interlayer transitions, matching networks, and feed structures.
• Design passive components such as printed splitters (Wilkinson, 90-degree hybrids) and corporate feed structures.
• Provide layout support and finalize array models for optimization.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• BS Electrical Engineering or equivalent
• 3+ years of RF and Antenna experience
• Experience with RF hardware design and RF component design.
• Experience with all stages of RF hardware testing from in-lab to in-field.
• Experience with test setup automation and relevant data analysis.
• Experience with Anechoic Chamber and Open Air testing
• Knowledge of Schematic Capture, PCB Design, and experience with RF simulation tools
• Some travel required
• Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance
