Air Dominance & Strike (AD&S) is responsible for autonomous robotics systems like the Fury unmanned fighter jet and the Barracuda family of advanced effects. The AD&S Mission Systems Deployment & Infrastructure team owns the path our software takes from a developer's commit to running on a vehicle in the field. That includes our CI/CD pipelines and build infrastructure, the software-in-the-loop (SITL) environments engineers rely on to test before deploying to hardware, and the on-vehicle Kubernetes infrastructure that manages software deployed on mission systems. A core part of this role is solving software delivery in environments that don't look like typical cloud deployment and getting builds securely into classified and disconnected government systems where standard internet-based delivery isn't an option. We're looking for an experienced seller to join the Restaurants & Drinks vertical of our Large Customer Sales team in Chicago. As a Lead Client Partner, you will be responsible for forming relationships with key brands and agencies while ensuring they meet their business objectives using Reddit's advertising suite.

Anduril's Electromagnetic Warfare (EW) business line builds next-generation products: hardware-enabled, software-defined systems that are fielded, operational, and scaling fast. The team operates at a fast tempo, and we are rapidly scaling development, production, and fielding. Anduril’s EW family-of-systems and roadmap is an exciting product mix of high-maturity, scaled products and next-gen EW development efforts that will change the technology landscape in this domain. 

ABOUT THE JOB 

The Head of Program Management owns the cost, schedule, and contractual performance of every active program in the EW portfolio. Your team of PMs sits at the nexus of the customer, the contract, and the delivery to ensure Anduril EW delivers what is on contract, and at the highest possible standard. You centralize and standardize the tools, processes, and operating rhythms that allow PMs to do their jobs and allow leadership to have clear insights across program. You own the PM skillset within EW and are expected to build, train, and lead the PM organization into a high performing programmatic leadership team here at Anduril.

• Build, scale, and lead a team of Program Managers responsible for cost, schedule, and contractual performance across the EW portfolio

As a Senior Staff Software Engineer on the AI Platform team, you will shape and scale Pinterest’s AI/ML evaluation platform into a unified, reliable system adopted company-wide. We are seeking a Staff Engineer to lead the App Promotion engineering team. In this role, you will own the engineering roadmap to take Pinterest’s App Install Optimization product from beta to GA, hardening the current alpha/beta experience, closing critical measurement gaps, and ensuring readiness across Ads Manager, backend services, and mobile clients. We are looking for a Treasury Analyst with 2–5 years of experience in corporate cash management and banking operations. You will run our day-to-day global treasury operations. Operating in a high-volume, multi-currency environment, you will be responsible for hands-on execution of daily cash positioning, payment processing, and bank portal administration across our banking and financial institution relationships.

ABOUT THE TEAM

We are looking for a highly skilled Metrology Specialist to program, optimize, and lead complex inspections across a wide variety of products that we design and develop. In this role you will write, debug, and optimize inspection programs across contact and non-contact systems, troubleshoot the most difficult measurement problems, and help shape how the lab does its work. As the Metrology lab grows, you will work across a range of equipment — Portable CMM, CNC/fixed CMM, CT scanner, laser tracker, and optical systems from manufacturers such as Hexagon, Zeiss, Keyence, and LK Metrology — supporting incoming quality inspections, internally manufactured components, quality investigations, and root cause analysis, while mentoring other members of the team. 

WHAT YOU’LL DO 

• Program and operate metrology equipment across contact and non-contact systems to validate that parts meet requirements. 

• Write, debug, and optimize inspection programs to improve accuracy, repeatability, and cycle time. 

• Troubleshoot complex measurement issues — determining why an inspection is failing or producing inconsistent results — and resolve process-level problems. 

• Design, build, and validate holding fixtures used on the CMMs. 

• Work closely with the Quality Engineering team to support problem-solving, root cause analysis, and product design. 

• Define best-practice inspection and reporting strategies with cross-functional teams. 

• Maintain and improve lab equipment and processes (calibration, cleanliness, best practices), reducing downtime and ensuring data reliability.

About the Role

Anduril’s Demand & Supply Planning team is seeking an exceptional Material Planner to drive material availability for cutting-edge defense hardware—spanning static sensor platforms, mobile ground equipment, and flight vehicles.
In this role, you will hold end-to-end material flow ownership across the value chain, from raw components through to finished goods. You won’t just manage tickets; you will own specific product lines and assemblies, serving as the critical link that dictates to Purchasing and Manufacturing exactly what to build/buy, how many and when.

The Director, Domestic Fulfillment is a hands-on, high-impact leadership role responsible for the operational health, performance and people development of GOAT Group’s US and Canada fulfillment network. This is not a seat-and-oversee role — it is a builder’s role. The Director will partner closely with the AVP, Global Operations to establish a shared vision for how the domestic site management teams operate individually and together, driving standardization, structure and accountability across a network at varying stages of maturity. 

The right candidate is an architect, not a firefighter. They recognize that recurring chaos is a design flaw, and they build systems that make predictable outcomes the default. They bring deep, credentialed warehouse and fulfillment expertise, the floor-level instincts to diagnose what's actually happening at a site, and the leadership presence to energize managers and associates alike. Significant domestic travel is expected. Preferred locations are Los Angeles, CA or New Jersey to maintain proximity to our west and east coast hubs.

In this role, you will:

SITE OPERATIONS & NETWORK LEADERSHIP

• Lead day-to-day operational performance across GOAT Group’s US and Canada fulfillment sites, maintaining a clear and current picture of each site’s health, maturity level and most pressing priorities.

The AD&S mission systems team is responsible for developing end-to-end "mission-ized" autonomous air systems capable of delivering exceptional warfighter outcomes to our customers.

As a Senior Mission Systems Engineer for Electronic Warfare, you will own how our Group 5 autonomous platforms sense, characterize, and act on the electromagnetic spectrum. • Own products from 0 to 1. Find a high-leverage problem, scope it, prototype it, get it in front of users and iterate until it’s something people depend on.

• Own the selection, integration, and lab-to-flight qualification of EW payloads — including vendor and subcontractor technical direction — within the power, cooling, SWaP, and mission-duration budgets of a Group 5 airframe
• Collaborate with RF, networking, avionics, autonomy, and software engineers to deconflict EW operation against the platform's own datalinks and sensors, and translate mission requirements into EW system engineering specifications traced through design, test, and flight

 
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• 10+ years experience in electronic warfare systems engineering, EW capability development, or EW systems analysis
• Expert level understanding of the algorithms underlying electronic support and electronic attack systems — including channelization, pulse deinterleaving and PDW processing, emitter classification, direction finding and geolocation, and technique generation
• Expert level understanding of EW methods of employment — how ES and EA capabilities are tasked, planned, and employed against a threat laydown, and how technique selection changes with threat mode, geometry, and range
• Demonstrated ability to build and critically review EW and RF link budgets, including ERP, receiver sensitivity and dynamic range, J/S ratio, burn-through range, and probability of intercept
• Experience translating spectrum and power availability into mission-level employment recommendations and range envelopes
• Experience with RF and EW test equipment such as spectrum analyzers, signal generators, vector network analyzers, and threat simulators
• Advanced knowledge of systems engineering processes including test case development, requirements enumeration, unit vs. system level testing
• Ability to decompose mission-level and system-level requirements into EW engineering specifications and coordinate with requirements management to ensure traceability
• Proficiency in test script development and signal analysis using common languages (Python, Bash, MATLAB)
• Must hold a U.S. Secret security clearance
• Must be able to obtain and hold a U.S. Top Secret security clearance
• Ability to travel up to 30% as needed to support various efforts

 
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS  

• Experience with electronic order of battle development, ELINT and ESM parametric data, or threat library generation and maintenance
• Experience with DRFM-based systems and digital technique generation
• Experience with electronic protection — radar warning receivers, self-protect suites, EMCON discipline, and LPI/LPD, anti-jam, or anti-spoof measures for the platform's own links
• Experience with EW modeling and simulation or campaign analysis tools (e.g., AFSIM, Suppressor, or equivalent) for effectiveness assessment and trade studies
• Experience with spectrum deconfliction between EW payloads and onboard communications, navigation, and sensor systems
• Operational or mission-planning background in EW or SIGINT — for example as an EWO, EW mission planner, or analyst supporting employment of these systems
• Familiarity with COMSEC procedures, key management infrastructure (KMI/SKL), and handling of cryptographic material
• Experience managing vendor or subcontractor technical deliverables, including COTS/GOTS evaluation, technical interchange meetings, and integration milestone tracking
• Hands on experience integrating EW payloads onto UAS or other autonomous platforms

Anduril’s Planning team is seeking a Manager of Demand & Supply Planning to join our team. The Planning team is responsible for planning material and builds to support rapidly iterating and building of cutting-edge defense hardware, including static equipment, mobile ground equipment, and flight vehicles. The Manager of Demand & Supply Planning will manage a team of Demand & Supply Planners in executing S&OP and providing in-depth analysis for our business partners. They will ultimately be responsible for sending the correct signals to Purchasing and Manufacturing on what and when to buy or build for each of the supported product lines. The addition of this role is pivotal in transforming our Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) process, empowering our operations to not only meet but exceed our financial objectives. This strategic hire will be instrumental in driving operational excellence and enhancing our ability to forecast, plan, and execute with greater precision and efficiency.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Develop and execute supply & demand plans that support the company's sales forecasts and business strategies
• Lead the Supply & Demand planning team to ensure efficient and effective execution of planning activities
• Collaborate through S&OP with various departments, including sales, operations, and finance, to gather relevant data for accurate supply forecasting
• Effectively distill and communicate complex scenarios to executives for strategic decision-making and alignment
• Manage inventory levels to meet service level targets while minimizing excess and obsolete inventory
• Monitor supplier performance, ensuring timely delivery of materials, and address any supply chain disruptions proactively
• Optimize supply & demand planning processes through continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency
• Implement and maintain planning systems and tools to improve planning accuracy and visibility across the organization
• Define Key Performance metrics for Supply & Demand Planning functions
• Prepare and present regular reports on program performance, including inventory metrics and risk assessments
• Support new product launches by coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure material readiness and timely market entry

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field (i.e. manufacturing, engineering, analytics, computer science, etc.) or business field (i.e. finance, economics, supply chain management, business administration, marketing, etc.)
• 8+ years of experience in a supply chain or production role within a fast-paced manufacturing environment with complex mechanical and/or electrical assemblies
• 3+ years of experience managing a direct team
• Demonstrated ability to completely own complex value chains from start to finish, coordinating between multiple internal and internal parties to ensure on-time deliveries and adherence to quality standards
• Experience with ERP systems such as Oracle, Netsuite, and CRM systems like Salesforce
• Ability to demonstrate a willingness to take on substantial responsibility across supply chain, logistics, engineering, and supply planning functions with a bias towards speed and accuracy
• Strong technical expertise including ability to read technical documentation, drawings, and CAD data, understanding of a variety of hardware manufacturing processes for both electronics (PCBAs, sensor hardware, etc.) and structures/mechanisms
• Ability to travel up to 25% of the time
• Ability to relocate, if not already local to be onsite in Costa Mesa, CA

• Ability to demonstrate a willingness to take on substantial responsibility across supply chain, logistics, engineering, and supply planning functions with a bias towards speed and accuracy
• Strong experience with SQL databases, including building custom queries for production and inventory metrics
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Qlikview
• Knowledge of supply chain planning systems like Blue Yonder and best practices in demand planning, inventory management, and S&OP
• Experience with lean manufacturing, continuous improvement, six sigma principles, and big data evaluation techniques
• Proactive, able to take substantial responsibility across various functions, with a focus on speed and accuracy
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. TS clearance
