The opening marks the chain's second Orange County store after Irvine, with handmade pastas, wood-fired pizzas and seasonal antipasti anchoring the menu. Curtiss climbed San Francisco kitchens like Quince and Madcap before joining restaurateur Sam Fox's team in Phoenix back in 2010.
