Anduril’s Maritime Division has assembled a diverse team of experts in software, robotics, artificial intelligence, sensor fusion, and data analysis to create software and hardware solutions that radically evolve the capabilities of our customers. ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Lead Maintenance Engineer to build and grow our Maritime maintenance operations pertaining to our products and associated equipment on behalf of our customers. The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing and managing maintenance to ensure optimal performance, reliability, and availability of our maritime assets. This position requires a highly organized and detail-oriented individual who can work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic and high-pressure environment. The successful candidate must be able to balance multiple priorities, adapt to changing requirements, and maintain a strong focus on safety and operational excellence in the Naval defense industry.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Recruit and manage a team of skilled technicians and tradespeople to maintain Dive XL autonomous underwater vehicles (AUVs).
• Establish forward operating facilities and infrastructure for test and maintenance activities.
• Develop and implement comprehensive maintenance plans and schedules.
• Guide the development of maintenance documentation, including manuals, standard practices and parts catalogues (in a tech environment).
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, environmental standards, and quality control procedures.
• Oversee preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities.
• Collaborate with the Fleet Engineering team to improve equipment reliability and maintainability.

ABOUT THE ROLE

Anduril is seeking a High Performance Computing (HPC) System Engineer to directly support our most sensitive programs. You will be a part of the team building and maintaining large scale HPC infrastructure. You will have the opportunity to work with and learn from some of the world’s best engineers and cybersecurity professionals as you help to implement cutting edge systems. You will work directly to support systems deployed across the globe in support of national security missions.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment supporting high-profile operational and research requirements.

• Architect and deploy advanced GPU infrastructure, leading the design, deployment, and lifecycle management of cutting-edge NVIDIA hardware including H100, H200, and B200/B300 systems.

• Ability to rack, stack, cable, and configure physical servers and multi-node GPU systems from end to end.

• Configure HPC and AI environments, including job schedulers (e.g., Slurm), multi-user login environments, and cluster management software (e.g., Warewulf, NVIDIA Base Command, RunAI).

• Implement and fine-tune high-speed interconnects (e.g., NVLink, NVSwitch, InfiniBand/NDR) crucial for large-scale distributed training.

ABOUT THE TEAM
The Tactical Recon & Strike (TRS) team at Anduril develops small aerial drones (Group 1-3) along with all the necessary equipment for testing, deployment, and operation. The team transforms products like Ghost, Anvil, Altius, and Bolt from initial concepts into operational systems. We work closely with specialized teams to tackle some of our customers' most complex challenges. Currently, we are seeking a technical operations engineer for the Ghost program where you will leverage your operational and technical expertise to shape and deploy a solution of maximum effectiveness and reliability. Your scope will include standing up forward-deployed operations in austere environments, ensuring the successful combat employment of Anduril products, and shaping the long-term sustainment of these products. In addition, you will be a core participant in customer demonstrations and customer trainings, and test events closer to home.

ABOUT THE JOB

As a member of the Technical Operations team for TRS, you will play a critical role in bridging product engineering and deployed operations. You will be involved in unmanned air vehicle development programs, using your technical and operational expertise to deliver reliable solutions in challenging, remote environments. The Technical Operations team also play essential role in shaping the field sustainment of these products through various test and evaluation events, customer demonstrations, and deployments.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Support military operations by executing flight operations, conducting field maintenance, providing customer field support and training.
• Tackle complex issues related to hardware, software, and networking in unstructured situations, driving them to resolution.

Anduril's Maritime Division is transforming American sea power to meet the defining national security challenges of our era and secure our future of maritime dominance.

We are scaling at an historic pace, anchored by Arsenal-2, our new software-defined shipyard being built in Baltimore County, Maryland. It's part of a new $6.6 billion investment in America's submarine industrial base.

Arsenal-2 is purpose-built to break long-standing industrial bottlenecks and scale production of critical components for the Navy's Virginia-class attack submarines to support fleet requirements. At the same time, it will build the industrial muscle to field our next-generation AUVs at scale.

We aren't waiting for the new shipyard to be completed. The work on this transformation starts right now, with development inside our new 160,000 square foot Proto-Factory in Orange County, California, where the team is already laying the foundation. As the prototyping hub for Arsenal-2, this facility gives us a multi-year head start, proving out the advanced manufacturing methods, digital workflows, and quality systems that will scale across our broader shipyard network.

ABOUT THE JOB

Maritime Digital Production builds the digital systems behind Anduril's maritime build chain: data pipelines, contextualization layers, workflow and execution tools, applied intelligence, and the interfaces between OT and IT. Everything we build has to survive production constraints, which means real crews, real equipment, and real disruption.

Raw data off the factory floor doesn't mean much on its own. A tag reading PLC4_TT_1142 tells you nothing until someone establishes that it's a temperature sensor, on a specific machine, in a specific cell, measuring a specific process step. Doing that for thousands of signals is a cataloging problem before it's an engineering one.

That's the job. You'll build the vocabularies, hierarchies, and metadata standards that give factory data meaning, working alongside data engineers and manufacturing engineers who need the structure and don't have the training to build it.
If you like building a taxonomy and want to see one used somewhere other than a library, this is that.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Develop and maintain controlled vocabularies for equipment, materials, processes, and locations across the build chain.
• Build asset hierarchies and naming conventions that structure plant-floor data into a consistent model.
• Write and apply metadata schemas for industrial data sources, documenting what each field means and how it should be used.
• Catalog data sources and maintain entries in the team's data catalog, including provenance and ownership.
• Audit existing tags and data models for inconsistency and gaps and propose corrections.
• Document standards and authoring guidelines so naming decisions stay consistent after you leave.
• Work with data and manufacturing engineers to check that the models match how work actually happens on the floor.
• Present your work to the team at the end of the session.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Must be pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Library Science, Information Science, Knowledge Management, Archival Studies, Linguistics, or a related field.
• Must be returning to school at the end of the internship to continue academic studies for at least one quarter or semester.
• Must be a U.S. Person due to required access to U.S. export-controlled information or facilities; U.S. clearance eligibility may be required depending on program.
• Ability to complete a 16 to 24-week in-person co-op in one of our offices in winter 2027.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Coursework or project experience in metadata, cataloging, taxonomy, controlled vocabularies, or classification systems.
• Attention to detail, and patience for working through ambiguity toward a consistent structure.
• Clear writing, particularly for documentation meant to outlast its author.

• Familiarity with metadata standards and modeling approaches (Dublin Core, SKOS, RDF, OWL, or similar).
• Exposure to data catalog tooling, knowledge graphs, or ontology editors such as Protégé.
• Basic scripting in Python or SQL for inspecting and transforming data.

Anduril's Air Defense team builds robots that find other robots and knock them out of the sky. At a time when air superiority can no longer be taken for granted, we provide mission critical capabilities to warfighters. From detection to tracking, identification, deterrence, and defeat, our family of networked sensors and effectors enables our customers to rapidly close the kill chain against a broad range of UAS threats. Working across product, engineering, sales, logistics, operations, and mission success, the Air Defense team develops, tests, deploys, and sustains our Family of Systems (FoS) in challenging operational environments worldwide.

ABOUT THE JOB

As a Deployment Lead on the Air Defense team, you are responsible for delivering and sustaining a capability that meets our customers' mission requirements and exceeds their expectations. You own the full lifecycle of a deployment — from planning and installation through sustainment and continuous improvement — and partner with the Training Lead to deliver training events that make end users confident operators of what you've fielded. You fulfill this responsibility through rigorous operational execution, detail orientation, proactive communication, deep mission understanding, and hard-won product expertise.
You feel ownership over the health and performance of all assets and technologies deployed to your customers and users, and ensure that the system delivers when they need it most. You contribute directly to training events as a product and mission subject matter expert, reinforce proficiency during site visits, and feed field-level insights back into the training program so it keeps pace with how the capability is actually being employed.
You represent Anduril to our customers, building their confidence and trust through your professionalism and commitment to excellence. You also represent our customers back to Anduril, communicating user feedback and lessons learned to continuously improve our product and our team in response to evolving mission needs. In this role, you will manage deployments of Anduril's Air Defense products while ensuring mission readiness to support national security infrastructure. Collaborating closely with the Program Manager, Training Lead, and Program Chief Engineer, you will play a crucial role in developing long-term deployment and sustainment operations aligned with customer priorities. As a key team member, you will engage across multiple business lines and facilitate customer interactions, making flexibility, humility, and a collaborative mindset essential qualities for success.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Deployment planning and execution: We execute hundreds of deployment events each year, including site installations, test and evaluation exercises, demonstrations, and training and maintenance visits. You will orchestrate these events, leading a cross-functional team that spans hardware supply, logistics, engineering, and more to do whatever it takes to achieve mission success for Anduril and our customers. Meticulous, resourceful, and detail-oriented, you will manage every step of the deployment process, from site survey to testing, pack-out, installation, and sustainment. No job is too small. You consistently demonstrate extraordinary judgment, grit, and composure in high-pressure situations. You anticipate every contingency, build lightweight processes, soberly assess and mitigate risk, and deliberately learn from your experiences to continuously improve.
Training support and delivery: Partner with the Training Lead on customer training events, serving as the deployment and product SME during individual and collective training. Reinforce proficiency during site visits and routine sustainment activities, capture training gaps surfaced in the field, and feed those back into the training program so curricula and materials stay current with how the system is actually being used. Your firsthand knowledge of each deployed site's configuration, constraints, and user base makes training more operationally relevant.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Advanced degree or 5+ years of experience in a technical field, preferably in the defense, national security, or aerospace domain

This is not a program management role. You are a seasoned manufacturing engineer who understands what good looks like at every stage of product development, and you will use that expertise to drive the quality and completeness of stage gate deliverables across the organization. You will work directly with Product Program Managers, Program Managers, Chief Engineers, and Manufacturing Engineering managers and their teams to prepare, review, and deliver stage gate review decks and presentations. You are the person who ensures nothing falls through the cracks between what the process requires and what the teams actually deliver.

Beyond stage gate execution, you will serve as the Manufacturing Engineering representative on ad-hoc, cross-functional projects — stepping in wherever design, quality, supply chain, or operations needs an experienced ME perspective to drive a problem to resolution. This role demands someone who builds relationships fast, earns trust across functions, and gets things done without needing to be told twice.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Own the execution of MDP and PDP stage gate deliverables for manufacturing engineering across all AD&S programs, ensuring completeness, technical accuracy, and on-time delivery at every gate.
• Work directly with PPMs, PMs, Chief Engineers, and ME managers to prepare and deliver stage gate review decks and presentations that accurately represent manufacturing readiness.
• Track and drive the closure of stage gate action items, open risks, and manufacturing readiness gaps across programs.
• Serve as the quality bar for ME stage gate content — you know what a strong gate review looks like and you hold teams to that standard.
• Coordinate across multiple programs running on different timelines, ensuring each team has the support and structure needed to hit their gates.

About The Role

As a Business Line Lead / Recruiting Manager, you are the single-threaded owner of talent delivery for a key Business Line within our Tactical Reconnaissance & Strike Division.  You combine strategic business partnership with either hands-on recruiting execution (IC track) or direct people leadership (PL track) — and in most cases, both.

This role exists at the intersection of strategy and execution. ABOUT THE ROLE

As the Manufacturing Engineering Manager for a new Autonomous Airpower aircraft program, you will build and lead the manufacturing engineering team from the ground up — from early prototyping through transition to full-rate production. This is a working-manager role: especially in the early phase of the program, you'll be deeply hands-on, driving technical program decisions, authoring processes, and making DFM calls alongside the team you're building. As the program and team scale, your focus will shift toward strategic planning, cross-functional leadership, and growing the next generation of manufacturing engineers.

This role is based in Costa Mesa, California, with a planned move to Anduril's Long Beach office when it opens. ABOUT THE TEAM

Enterprise Test Capabilities (ETC) develops, operates, and scales the shared physical test infrastructure, technical expertise, and execution systems required to validate Anduril's products across the company. The team provides specialized testing that is capital-intensive, technically complex, safety-critical, or broadly reusable across multiple programs, spanning environmental testing (thermal, vibration, shock, HALT, TVAC), battery testing (cell/module/pack characterization, abuse testing, BMS validation), propulsion testing (engine test cells, thrust/torque measurement, fuel/feed systems), aerodynamic testing (wind tunnel operations, flow visualization, force/moment measurement), and structural testing. ABOUT THE TEAM

The Test Automation Engineering team develops test systems used to ensure the quality and reliability of Anduril’s products. Chief Software Engineer, Space Ground Systems 

ABOUT THE JOB

We are looking for a Chief Engineer to join our rapidly growing space ground systems teams in Costa Mesa, Washington DC and Colorado Springs. In this role, you will serve as the technical lead on a wide breadth of emerging developments geared towards high-impact ground C2 systems focused on Space Domain Awareness (SDA), space control, and dynamic space operations. Drawing on a strong technical background in distributed backend systems, satellite command & control architecture, and mission data processing, you will drive technology developments through design, build, test, and delivery for operational ground segments. Anduril is developing fully integrated hardware and software ground systems, including Lattice for Space Ground C2, mission planning & scheduling services, and modular backend platforms, to address growing threats in space and ensure our U.S. military and allied partners maintain a decisive advantage in this contested war-fighting domain.
The Chief Engineer will develop a technical strategy and roadmap in conjunction with the Director of Engineering for Ground Systems and the Growth/Strategy leads of the Space team that effectively leverages current Anduril technologies and newly developed technologies to serve customer mission areas. This role will address pre-award demonstrations, early contract phases, and full-contract execution. Working with a multi-disciplinary engineering team, the Chief Engineer will ensure the efficient development and delivery of backend services, operator workflows, and mission data platforms for the customer.

These efforts will include leading complex, integrated ground systems for operational mission support and demonstrations to include subcontracted teammates and strategic partnerships. WHAT YOU'LL DO

Special Projects is Anduril’s production strike team. We are a small, elite group embedded directly in Production — Anduril’s largest, fastest-growing organization responsible for procuring, manufacturing, and delivering hardware to warfighters. We exist because scaling a hardware company at Anduril’s pace creates problems that can’t be solved from a conference room. They have to be solved on the floor, at the supplier, in the system — wherever the constraint actually lives.

Think of us as Anduril’s equivalent of a rapid-response taskforce: a handful of high-output operators deployed against the highest-priority, hardest problems in Production. We report into Production leadership and are handed the problems that are too messy, too cross-functional, or too urgent for the normal operating rhythm to absorb. Our mandate is simple: deliver hardware on-time, with quality, at cost — and remove whatever stands in the way of that.

ABOUT THE JOB

You will be deployed against the most critical bottlenecks in Production — whether that’s a supplier who can’t hit rate, a manufacturing line that’s bleeding yield, a system that’s generating bad data, or a process that’s adding weeks to delivery. You go where the problem is, you diagnose it, and you fix it. You work across Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Planning, Quality, Test, and any other function that touches the critical path. You are equally comfortable in an ERP system and on a production floor.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Own problems end-to-end, from root cause to implemented fix. You will be handed ambiguous, urgent, messy situations with zero prescription on how to solve them. You define the problem, build the solution, and drive it to completion. If the idea of figuring it out from scratch does not excite you, this is not the role.
• Go to the floor. Go to the supplier. Go to the warehouse. This role requires physical presence where hardware is being built, tested, stored, and shipped. You will spend significant time on production floors, at supplier facilities, and in stockrooms — not in conference rooms theorizing about what might be happening.

• Drive decisions through data, fast. You will execute rapid, scrappy analyses to get answers on short timelines — then build more scalable solutions where warranted. ABOUT THE JOB 

We are seeking an exceptional Senior Finance Manager to serve as the right hand and chief of staff to the MD Head of Finance. This high-visibility, jack-of-all-trades role pairs a strong finance, accounting, and systems background with the project-management skill to drive key initiatives end to end. With business line managers owning their individual P&Ls, you will be the connective tissue that pulls their results, plans, and forecasts into a consolidated divisional view and gives senior leadership the visibility they need. Your mandate is to build the systems, rigor, and repeatable processes that let MD Finance scale with a fast-evolving business — driving the financial systems roadmap and bringing discipline to annual and long-range planning, the monthly, quarterly, and yearly close, and the reporting packages delivered to leadership.

ABOUT THE JOB

We are looking for an experienced Corporate Paralegal to join our rapidly growing team in Orange County, California. In this role, you will be responsible for providing extensive paralegal and administrative support in a fast-paced environment to our Corporate and M&A team. This role is focused on improving and maintaining Anduril’s corporate formalities, governance, and organization across its multiple U.S. and foreign entities and keeping our team organized. This will require skills in project management, regulatory compliance, legal research, drafting and editing, and document management. The ideal candidate must possess the ability to adapt to current and future responsibilities, as well as expanded responsibilities as needed.

• Assist and support in the planning and execution of mergers and acquisitions, venture financings and stock administration, including maintaining and managing complex data rooms

This Staff SRE role sets the reliability architecture for the systems that run Anduril's business and manufacturing operations. You are not responding to tickets. You are the person who decides how production works: how services are observed, how deployments are safe, how incidents are managed, and how reliability scales as the platform grows. You own the infrastructure and mechanisms that make reliability a property of the platform rather than a function of individual heroics.

The role carries broad organizational reach. You will influence how software engineering teams across CorpTech Platform build and operate their systems, set the standards that govern production readiness, and make infrastructure decisions that affect every service in the portfolio. You bring both deep systems expertise and the judgment to know which reliability investments matter most at each stage of the platform's growth.

• Set the reliability architecture for CorpTech Platform's production environment, including observability infrastructure, deployment systems, incident management, capacity planning, and failure-domain isolation.

• Demonstrated experience designing and owning reliability infrastructure that multiple engineering teams depend on, including observability platforms, deployment systems, or incident management tooling at meaningful scale.
• Deep technical fluency across distributed systems, container orchestration (Kubernetes), cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure), networking, storage, and the failure modes specific to each layer.

We are looking for an Electrical Engineering Technician to join our rapidly growing team in Irvine, CA. In this role, you will be responsible for fabricating and assembling prototype electrical designs to support early engineering development, integration, and testing. You will work cross-functionally with part designers to understand requirements and provide technical DFM/DFA feedback for design improvements. This will require hands-on experience with building harnesses, PCBAs, and other electromechanical assemblies. The Air Dominance and Strike Aerostructures Engineering Team designs and analyzes advanced structural parts for Group 5 air vehicles and missile platforms. The team owns the full development lifecycle, from conceptual through detailed design and analysis of primary and secondary structures, building high-performance, resilient, scalable mechanical systems that meet the demands of complex, contested environments. As the M&P engineer on this team, you’ll own the materials and process side of that work: selecting materials, executing processes, and qualifying the metallic and composite hardware that our structures engineers design.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

Material & Process Ownership 

• Own material selection and compliance for primary and secondary structural parts (metallic and composite) alongside the structures engineers designing them, from preliminary design through prototype manufacturing and production
