As a Senior Software Engineer on the League of Legends Bots team, you’ll build and integrate bot systems, develop the services and tools that power them, and collaborate with global partners to bring new gameplay capabilities into League. You'll report to the team's Engineering Manager and work in a hybrid environment based at our Los Angeles office, with an expectation of being onsite 1–2 days per week.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain gameplay systems using traditional game AI, machine learning tech, and proprietary engine technologies
• Collaborate with game designers, engineers, and product partners to translate player needs into compelling bot experiences
• Improve team workflows by identifying and implementing engineering best practices
• Own complex technical initiatives from design through delivery, contribute to architectural decisions, and elevate engineering quality through mentorship, thoughtful code reviews, and technical collaboration.
• Work closely with global teams, including but not limited to Sydney and China

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience in the game industry
• 3+ years of C++ development experience in a production environment
• Interest in building and operating ML-powered applications, with a willingness to learn model inference, deployment, and integration into game systems.
• Hands-on experience in either Gameplay engineering, or AI/Bots engineering
• Strong communication and collaboration skills across disciplines
• Professional working proficiency in Mandarin for technical collaboration with international partners
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience or interest in building machine learning applications, backend services for games, or data-driven decision making
• Interest in full-stack engineering within the game development space
• Experience with Unreal, Unity, or other commercial game engines

We are looking for a Senior Data Scientist to join our marketing org. As a Senior Data Scientist you introduce greater scientific rigor into the marketing measurement and optimization processes to shape Pinterest’s user growth and marketing strategy. The results of your work will influence and drive strategic decisions for the company - identify investment opportunities for growth, understand user growth and behavior, and define metrics to grow and sustain our user base. What you’ll do:

• Deep strategic analysis to answer growth marketing ecosystem questions such as how to drive monthly active users from paid performance marketing, how to quantify the effect of paid performance marketing in new markets, how to drive user engagement and user LTV (lifetime value) from performance marketing.
• Evolve our existing systems like geo-testing frameworks and other incrementality testing frameworks.
• Build and deploy statistical and machine learning models such as propensity, forecasting, and lifetime value (LTV) models—to optimize marketing strategies and enhance audience targeting.

Own the full lifecycle of those metrics from logging requirements, metrics definition, prototype pipelines, and improvements. 

• Translate complex analytical findings into clear, actionable insights and strategic recommendations for both technical and non-technical stakeholders, including senior leadership.
• Write clear, actionable analyses that help teams uncover opportunities and identify areas of improvement to our existing strategies.

What we’re looking for:

ABOUT THE JOB

We are looking for a Technical Project Manager to join our rapidly growing team in Costa Mesa, CA. You will work with the Machine Vision team to coordinate the deployment and sustainment of new tools, processes, equipment, and capabilities across the company. You will be involved in the scoping, delivery, and impact of every machine vision project. That means routine engagement with product lines, partnering with the Machine Vision manager on the breakdown and allocation of assignments, pulling in cross-functional teams across Anduril, and staying with a system after it is installed to both measure its impact and support modifications and continuous improvement efforts. To be effective in this job you must be ambitious and high agency, organized and detail oriented, a quick learner and a concise communicator, fiscally intelligent, and humble.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Discovery and Scoping: Engage with product lines to evaluate their pain points, failure matrices, and current inspection and rework burden. Quantify the baseline (escape rate, inspection hours, scrap and rework cost) so that every deployment has a measurable “why” and a defensible return before engineering time is committed.
• Requirements and Technical Documentation: Work closely with machine vision engineers to develop the technical design documentation for a solution, including requirements, acceptance criteria, integration constraints, and the test plan that proves the system performs before it is handed to the floor.
• Scope and Expectation Management: Forecast scope creep and ensure the product line understands the capabilities and limits of a solution both now and as their design and process change.
• Schedule and Delivery Ownership: Manage delivery dates of machine vision deployments across several concurrent projects. Build schedules that respect lead times on optics and hardware, engineering capacity, and the factory downtime windows available to you. Routinely communicate hurdles, risks, and milestones to both Automation management and the product lines you support.
• Cross Functional Engagement: Own the engagement required to deliver machine vision solutions to the factory floor, working across manufacturing and quality engineering, controls, IT and infrastructure, facilities, and the product lines themselves.
• Deployment and Sustainment: Drive installation, acceptance testing, and operator training. Stand up the documentation, spares, and escalation paths that keep a system working, and feed recurring failures back into the team’s roadmap.
• Scale the Function: Turn individual deployments into a repeatable playbook of intake, prioritization criteria, documentation templates, and deployment metrics, so the team can serve more product lines without adding a coordinator for every project. 

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Must be a U.S. Person due to required access to U.S. export-controlled information or facilities
• Must be eligible for a U.S. security clearance
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, a technical field, or equivalent practical experience
• 3+ years managing technical projects or programs in a hardware, manufacturing, automation, or equipment-deployment environment

ABOUT THE TEAM

Special Projects is Anduril’s production strike team. We are a small, elite group embedded directly in Production — Anduril’s largest, fastest-growing organization responsible for procuring, manufacturing, and delivering hardware to warfighters. We exist because scaling a hardware company at Anduril’s pace creates problems that can’t be solved from a conference room. They have to be solved on the floor, at the supplier, in the system — wherever the constraint actually lives.

Think of us as Anduril’s equivalent of a rapid-response taskforce: a handful of high-output operators deployed against the highest-priority, hardest problems in Production. We report into Production leadership and are handed the problems that are too messy, too cross-functional, or too urgent for the normal operating rhythm to absorb. Our mandate is simple: deliver hardware on-time, with quality, at cost — and remove whatever stands in the way of that.

ABOUT THE JOB

You will be deployed against the most critical bottlenecks in Production — whether that’s a supplier who can’t hit rate, a manufacturing line that’s bleeding yield, a system that’s generating bad data, or a process that’s adding weeks to delivery. You go where the problem is, you diagnose it, and you fix it. You work across Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Planning, Quality, Test, and any other function that touches the critical path. You are equally comfortable in an ERP system and on a production floor.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Own problems end-to-end, from root cause to implemented fix. You will be handed ambiguous, urgent, messy situations with zero prescription on how to solve them. You define the problem, build the solution, and drive it to completion. If the idea of figuring it out from scratch does not excite you, this is not the role.
• Go to the floor. Go to the supplier. Go to the warehouse. This role requires physical presence where hardware is being built, tested, stored, and shipped. You will spend significant time on production floors, at supplier facilities, and in stockrooms — not in conference rooms theorizing about what might be happening.
• Attack cost and schedule relentlessly. Everything we do ladders up to shipping hardware on-time and at cost. You will own projects that directly reduce unit cost, eliminate schedule delays, improve yield, or increase throughput. You measure your impact in dollars saved, days recovered, and units shipped.
• Fix the systems, not just the symptoms. Anduril is a hardware business, and tracking hardware is messy. You will work at the intersection of physical operations and software systems — inventory management, asset tracking, MES, ERP, MRP — to ensure our tools and data infrastructure can keep pace with our growth. When a system is broken or a process is generating garbage data, you fix it.
• Drive decisions through data, fast. You will execute rapid, scrappy analyses to get answers on short timelines — then build more scalable solutions where warranted. You are fluent in Excel, SQL, or tools like Palantir Foundry, and you can pull data from business systems to create the insights that drive action.
• Wrangle stakeholders and drive accountability. You will lead cross-functional efforts spanning Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Engineering, Finance, Quality, and more. You run the meetings, you own the action items, you follow up relentlessly. If you don’t like being the person who drives a room full of people toward a decision, this is not the role.
• Provide structure to chaos. Hardware startups at scale are messy. You bring first-principles thinking, clear frameworks, and rigorous problem decomposition to situations where everyone else is overwhelmed. You translate ambiguity into action.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing operations, production engineering, supply chain, management consulting, or another environment where you had to physically solve hard operational problems — not just analyze them from a distance.
• You have been on a factory floor. You understand how things are actually built, how supply chains actually work, and where things actually break down. Theoretical knowledge alone is not sufficient.

Anduril’s Maneuver Dominance (MD) business delivers platforms, systems, and integrated effects in the Group 3/4/5 aviation domains. Our autonomous vehicles are the cornerstone of these capabilities, and we continually strive to push the boundaries of the possible in terms of endurance, autonomy and mission capability. The MD team develops and maintains core products and payloads, and adapts and applies those products to serve a wide variety of defense, IC and commercial customers in US and international markets. 

ABOUT THE JOB 

We are seeking an exceptional Senior Finance Manager to serve as the right hand and chief of staff to the MD Head of Finance. This high-visibility, jack-of-all-trades role pairs a strong finance, accounting, and systems background with the project-management skill to drive key initiatives end to end. With business line managers owning their individual P&Ls, you will be the connective tissue that pulls their results, plans, and forecasts into a consolidated divisional view and gives senior leadership the visibility they need. Your mandate is to build the systems, rigor, and repeatable processes that let MD Finance scale with a fast-evolving business — driving the financial systems roadmap and bringing discipline to annual and long-range planning, the monthly, quarterly, and yearly close, and the reporting packages delivered to leadership. 

This is a hybrid role — roughly half chief-of-staff support to the Head of Finance, half special projects and finance transformation. The ideal candidate is versatile and growth-minded, thrives on variety and ambiguity, and sees MD's rapid scaling as a chance to build from scratch, juggle competing priorities, and grow their scope. You will be a trusted advisor to the finance leadership team, keeping priorities aligned, operations running smoothly, and key initiatives moving. Strong communication skills and a finance or accounting background are essential; this is a polished, driven operator's role in a complex, fast-moving environment. 

WHAT YOU’LL DO 

Chief of Staff & Strategic Support 

• Serve as the right hand, chief of staff, and trusted advisor to the MD Head of Finance and leadership team — driving execution of department priorities, keeping operations running smoothly, and moving key initiatives forward.
• Enable effective decision-making by synthesizing information and consolidating divisional performance reporting — turning analysis, KPIs, and OKRs across the business lines into executive-level briefings, MBR/QBR materials, and a single, aligned view of performance against corporate goals.
• Serve as the primary liaison between MD Finance and Corporate Finance, business-unit leaders, and shared services to streamline communication and data flow.

ABOUT THE JOB 

Anduril’s Demand & Supply Planning team is seeking a Material Planner to join our team. The Demand & Supply Planning team is responsible for planning and sourcing of materials to support rapidly iterating and building of cutting-edge defense hardware, including static equipment, mobile ground equipment, and flight vehicles. The Material Planner will have material flow responsibility spanning the entire value chain from raw materials through finished goods shipped to customers. They will have full ownership of certain assemblies and product lines, and will be ultimately responsible for sending the correct signals to Purchasing and Manufacturing on what and when to buy or build. ABOUT THE JOB

We're hiring a Systems Security Engineer to own that architecture. You'll be the technical security authority on one or more space programs. You'll work directly with subsystem Responsible Engineers (REs) across flight software, avionics, RF/comms, and ground, and with Government customers, to make sure each system holds up against real threats and can prove it at every milestone.

This is an engineering role, not a compliance role. You won't run RMF paperwork or administer accreditation packages; we have ISSOs and ISSMs for that, and you'll partner with them closely. Your job is to make the system secure. Theirs is to show it.

You'll take a program from customer need to on-orbit operations. You'll turn threat intelligence and mission requirements into a security architecture, break that architecture down into requirements each subsystem team can build to, and verify that what gets built matches what was designed. Your work covers the whole system: the spacecraft bus, the payload, the command and telemetry links, the ground segment, and the supply chain behind all of them.
You'll have real ownership and a direct line to program leadership and the customer. When a trade comes up between security, schedule, mass, power, or cost, you'll be in the room making the call.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Own the end-to-end security architecture for assigned space systems, across the space, ground, link, and user segments
• Derive security requirements from customer needs, threat assessments, and applicable space security policy, then flow them down to subsystem specifications
• Design protections for command and telemetry links, including authentication, encryption, anti-replay, and key management approaches
• Define the onboard security foundation: secure boot, hardware root of trust, firmware and software integrity, memory protection, and secure update paths for systems that can't be physically touched after launch

The Air Dominance and Strike Division is one of Anduril's fastest growing, most technically complex divisions. We develop and build collaborative combat aircraft, missiles, and the software that powers these autonomous weapons. We are scaling production of autonomous aircraft across our manufacturing facilities. Manufacturing Engineering drives process development, production readiness, and the transition from prototype to rate — ensuring that what Design engineers create can be built reliably, repeatedly, and at scale.

ABOUT THE JOB

Anduril is seeking a Senior Manager of Manufacturing Engineering to lead ME strategy and execution across the Autonomous Airpower portfolio. This is not a single-program role — you will be the manufacturing engineering voice across every aircraft program in the portfolio, from early concept through full-rate production. You will work directly with chief engineers, program managers, and the growth team to shape what gets built, how it gets built, and whether it can be built on cost and on schedule.

You are the first person from the ME organization that program managers and growth leads turn to when evaluating emerging capabilities. You provide the manufacturing perspective on what is realistic and achievable — grounding engineering ambitions in production reality. You understand every phase of the aircraft lifecycle: DFM input during design, participation in design reviews, prototype and first-article builds, LRIP standup, and the transition to full-rate production. You know what it takes to go from a clean-sheet aircraft concept to hardware rolling off a production line.

You will build and lead a team of manufacturing engineers, set the technical direction for the ME organization, and represent manufacturing engineering to directors and executives. This role requires someone who has lived aircraft manufacturing — not managed it from a distance — and who can move fluidly between a factory floor conversation and an executive review.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Lead manufacturing engineering strategy and execution across the full Autonomous Airpower portfolio, spanning multiple aircraft programs in various stages of maturity
• Serve as the primary ME point of contact for program managers and the growth team on emerging capabilities — providing early-stage assessments of manufacturability, cost, schedule, and production feasibility
• Partner with chief engineers and design leadership during all phases of engineering development, from concept trades and DFM input through design reviews, prototype builds, LRIP, and full-rate production
• Build, develop, and lead a high-performing team of manufacturing engineers across disciplines — structures, mechanical systems, fluid systems, propulsion, avionics, and harnessing
• Drive cross-functional alignment between engineering, supply chain, manufacturing operations, program management, quality, and leadership to ensure production readiness across programs
• Own the ME cost and schedule position for your portfolio — developing estimates, tracking execution, identifying risks, and presenting status to directors and executives
• Represent manufacturing engineering in executive reviews, program gate reviews, and customer-facing discussions, translating production realities into clear, actionable information for senior leadership
• Establish manufacturing engineering standards, processes, and best practices that scale across programs and production sites
• Evaluate and advise on make-vs-buy decisions, capital investments, and production strategies based on deep knowledge of aircraft manufacturing capabilities and constraints
• Drive production readiness across the portfolio — MBOMs, process maturity, tooling readiness, rate-readiness assessments — ensuring programs are set up to succeed at each production milestone

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Aerospace, Manufacturing, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering
• 12+ years of manufacturing engineering experience in aerospace or defense, with significant time spent on aircraft programs
• Deep, hands-on knowledge of aircraft manufacturing across multiple disciplines — structures/composites, mechanical systems, fluid systems, avionics, harnessing, or propulsion
• Experience across the full aircraft production lifecycle: DFM, design reviews, prototype/first-article builds, LRIP, and full-rate production
• 5+ years of experience leading and developing manufacturing engineering teams
• Demonstrated ability to assess emerging programs and provide credible manufacturing cost, schedule, and feasibility inputs
• Experience presenting manufacturing status, risks, and recommendations to director-level and executive audiences

ABOUT THE TEAM

The Air Dominance and Strike Aerostructures Engineering Team is responsible for designing and analyzing advanced structural parts for Group 5 air vehicles and missile platforms. Air Dominance and Strike Structures Engineers own the full development lifecycle, from conceptual to detailed design and analysis of primary and secondary structures ensuring high-performance, resilient, and scalable mechanical systems that meet the demands of complex, contested environments.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Develop ground structural dynamics analyses for multiple air vehicles and systems to ensure structural integrity under various ground conditions
• Develop multi-variate and Monte Carlo analysis cases
• Maintain integrated multi-body dynamics models
• Generate ground loads data in accordance with specifications, such as MIL-A-8863, JSSG-2006, and other relevant standards
• Collaborate with design engineers to develop landing gear and arresting hook system internal design and optimization strategies based on dynamic analysis results
• Prepare detailed technical reports and present findings to internal teams, management, and external customers
• Develop test plans and perform landing gear and arresting hook dynamics testing
• Define instrumentation and perform data processing for ground dynamics data acquisition

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or applied physics with a focus in structural dynamics
• 5+ years of experience in a structures, dynamics, or loads related role with high ownership and accountability for hardware outcomes
• Deep understanding of statics, dynamics, solid mechanics, materials science, finite element analysis, and dynamic testing
• Proficiency in the use of multi-body dynamics software
• Proficiency in the use of FEMAP, Nastran, or similar
• Proficiency in Matlab, Python, or similar for developing analytical models, data acquisition and automation

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Reports directly to the Electrical Engineering Lab Supervisor
• Build, assemble, and modify complex cable and wire harness assemblies, including crimping contacts, soldering various connector types, and routing wires according to schematics and engineering drawings.
• Perform precision PCB rework and assembly, including surface-mount (SMT) and through-hole soldering, component replacement, and jumper wire installation under a microscope. This also includes conformal coating and staking operations.
• Execute comprehensive test plans: set up, configure, and operate test equipment (oscilloscopes, power supplies, multimeters, signal generators, etc.) to verify performance of PCBs and integrated power systems.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose failures in electronic assemblies (PCBs and harnesses) and power systems down to the component/assembly level using schematics, layouts, and wiring diagrams, and then executing necessary repairs.
• Accurately document test data, rework actions, assembly details, and failure modes to support engineering analysis and continuous improvement.
• Lab Maintenance: Maintain the lab environment to clean and safe standards, including but not limited to: EHS Compliance, Quality Compliance, Equipment Calibration, Stock Materials and Consumables.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in electronics assembly, testing and rework in an R&D or production environment.
• Strong technical literacy: Ability to read and interpret complex electrical schematics, assembly drawings, wiring diagrams, bill of materials (BOMs), and technical datasheets.
• Demonstrated proficiency in fine-pitch SMT and through-hole soldering (IPC J-STD-001 or equivalent standards). Experience with PCB rework, component replacement, and modification.
• Proven experience in building and modifying complex cable and wire harness assemblies, including crimping, soldering various connector types, and routing (IPC-620 or equivalent standards).
• Proficiency in diagnosing electronic failures to the component level using standard test equipment and documentation.

ABOUT THE JOB 

As Anduril continues to grow and tackle complex government and defense missions, we are seeking a dedicated Crisis Management Lead within our Environmental Health & Safety (EH&S) organization, with a primary focus on training, education, and exercises. This role will be instrumental in supporting the EH&S Crisis Management Manager to enhance our crisis preparedness and response capabilities by owning the training and exercise program that turns Anduril's Emergency Response Plans (ERPs), Emergency Action Plans (EAPs), and Crisis Management playbooks into real-world readiness. You will design curriculum, deliver instruction, and facilitate drills and exercises for the Crisis Management Team, site Emergency Response Teams, and the broader workforce, and maintain the training records that demonstrate compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. You will also support the development and implementation of ERPs and EAPs and the coordination of responses during live incidents, making sure every lesson learned is fed back into how we train. This position supports the Crisis Management function under the direction of the Crisis Management Manager, and partners with Facilities, Corporate Security, Operations, Engineering, the People Team, and leadership to help reduce risk and improve organizational resilience and safety performance, with training and education as the primary lever.

WHAT YOU’LL DO 

• Lead the Crisis Management Training Program: Own the design, development, and continuous improvement of the training and education program that prepares the Crisis Management Team (CMT), site Emergency Response Teams (ERTs), floor wardens, and the broader workforce to execute Anduril's ERPs and EAPs.
• Build Role-Based Curriculum: Develop, create, maintain, and update training content for CMT and ERT members, including onboarding briefs, role-specific instruction, job aids, quick-reference cards, refreshers, e-learning modules, and facilitator guides, that translates plans and playbooks into clear, actionable skills.
• Design and Facilitate Training, Drills, and Exercises: Build and run a progressive exercise program, from orientation seminars and tabletop exercises to drills and functional exercises, around customized, site-specific crisis scenarios that institutionalize response protocols and promote awareness; prepare scenario packages, inject schedules, and evaluation guides; and lead hotwashes and after-action reviews.
• Deliver Training: Serve as the primary instructor for crisis management and emergency response training, delivering engaging sessions in person and virtually to technical and non-technical audiences, from site personnel to senior leadership, across multiple sites and shifts.
• Drive Workforce Preparedness and Awareness: Develop and deliver new-hire emergency preparedness orientation, awareness campaigns, and education content so every employee knows how to recognize, report, and respond to an emergency.
• Help Ensure Regulatory Compliance: Maintain records of training completion, drill and exercise documentation, rosters, and certifications, and support efforts to ensure crisis management training and practices meet applicable federal, state, and local regulatory requirements and industry best practices, on demand and during audits or inspections.

WORKING CONDITIONS & PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

This role requires regular travel between Anduril sites to deliver training, run drills and exercises, and support assessments, and may require availability outside standard business hours to reach multiple shifts or support live incidents. The Quality Specialist is a professional who is responsible for monitoring, inspecting and proposing measures to correct or improve the incoming inspection process to meet quality standards. They are a highly motivated team player who is willing to support a fast paced team environment. They will partner across the organization and help prioritize process and product quality issues that impact the effectiveness of the incoming materials inspection process as well as provide support for end of line supplier inspection. Also, as a quality specialist, they are responsible for monitoring, inspecting and proposing measures to correct or improve the final product quality standard. WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Manages the site Materials Review Board (MRB) process
• Partner with Site Supplier Quality Engineering Organization to support Supplier Quality Control
• Assist in the root cause analysis
• Assist in the dispositioning of non-conforming material and ensure the tasks are completed in a timely manner

The Ads Retrieval ML team builds the machine learning systems that identify relevant advertising candidates for Reddit users. Retrieval sits at the heart of the ads delivery funnel: before downstream ranking and auction decisions, our models determine which campaigns and ads are eligible to compete. We work on large-scale retrieval across multiple objectives, placements, and geographies. Our work combines representation learning, candidate generation, nearest-neighbor search, behavioral and contextual signals, and rigorous offline and online experimentation.

Role Description:

We are looking for a Staff Machine Learning Engineer to provide technical leadership for the Retrieval and Targeting ML team. You will lead the design and evolution of retrieval models and modeling practices that improve relevance, advertiser outcomes, and user experience at Reddit scale. This is an applied ML role centered on retrieval modeling and end-to-end product impact. You will be expected to stay close to the technical details—from data and objective design through model development, evaluation, experimentation, and launch—while setting direction for other engineers. 

Responsibilities:

• Define the technical direction and multi-year roadmap for ads retrieval modeling in partnership with engineering, product, data science, and ads stakeholders.

As a Program Financial Analyst, you will own the financial health of one or more AA contracts end-to-end. • Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion, Oracle EPM, or equivalent program controls / ERP tooling
• Familiarity with FAR/DFARS and CAS-covered contracting environments
• Experience using Databricks, Foundry, and Claude Cowork/Code

ABOUT THE TEAM
The Air Dominance and Strike Aerostructures Engineering Team is responsible for designing and analyzing advanced structural parts for Group 5 air vehicles and missile platforms. Air Dominance and Strike Structures Engineers own the full development lifecycle, from conceptual to detailed design and analysis of primary and secondary structures, ensuring high-performance, resilient, and scalable mechanical systems that meet the demands of complex, contested environments.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Serve as the engineering authority dispositioning Material Review Board (MRB) non-conformances for metallic and composite primary and secondary structures on Group 5 air vehicles
• Perform structural substantiation analysis — static strength, fatigue, damage tolerance, and buckling — using first-principle hand calculations and finite element methods to support use-as-is, repair, and scrap dispositions
• Write clear, defensible disposition packages that restore airworthiness and meet program certification requirements
• Develop and continuously improve MRB work methods, tools, and standard dispositions to scale the process as production rates increase
• Monitor trends in recurring non-conformances and drive root cause and corrective action (RCCA) efforts with Quality, Manufacturing Engineering, and Materials & Processes (M&P)
• Coordinate directly with Quality Assurance, Manufacturing, Design, and M&P to resolve non-conformances quickly without compromising structural integrity
• Conduct trade studies to evaluate repair versus rework versus scrap decisions, balancing schedule, cost, and performance
• Provide on-the-floor engineering support during builds, including occasional travel to manufacturing and integration sites

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of experience in aerospace structural analysis, with direct experience dispositioning non-conformances (MRB, liaison, or stress engineering)
• Strong understanding of static strength, fatigue, damage tolerance, and load path analysis for metallic and composite structures
• Proficiency with finite element analysis tools (NASTRAN or equivalent) and classical hand-calculation methods
• Experience analyzing and substantiating repairs for both metallic and composite aircraft structures
• Excellent written communication skills — able to produce clear, technically rigorous disposition packages under schedule pressure
• Self-driven with strong autonomy and adaptability in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance
• Ability to travel up to 50% to vendors, production, and test sites as needed to support hardware builds and troubleshoot issues directly

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Prior MRB signature/delegated authority on a production aerospace program
• Experience with high-rate or rapidly scaling production environments
• Familiarity with military airworthiness and structural substantiation standards (e.g., MIL-HDBK-5, MIL-STD-1530)
• Experience with composite laminate fastened and bonded structure repair
• CATIA or Siemens NX proficiency
• Hands-on experience in an aircraft manufacturing or depot repair environment
• Broad experience across a range of aircraft or missile programs
