The Role

We're looking for an Analytics Platforms Architect to be the senior technical leader responsible for making Tala's data easier to trust, understand, access, and use across the company.

This is a highly hands-on technical leadership role. You'll define the architecture and technical direction for shared data and analytics platforms while also building alongside our engineers.

You'll work across Product, Analytics, Engineering, Finance, and Accounting to create infrastructure that becomes the foundation for how Tala uses data. A major focus will be building a semantic layer that gives the organization consistent, governed definitions for important business metrics. You'll also help establish how our analytics teams and AI tools safely work with that data.

This isn't an architecture role where you simply create designs and hand them off to someone else. You'll be expected to make technical decisions, write code, build production systems, and drive important platform initiatives through delivery.

Initially, this role is an individual contributor position with no direct reports, operating at a Principal/Staff-level scope. As our platform organization grows, there will be an opportunity to build and lead a team.

What You'll Do:

Own Data Platform Architecture

  • Define the technical architecture for Tala's semantic layer and shared analytics platform.
  • Establish consistent, governed definitions for business metrics across markets and teams.
  • Determine how data and metrics should be stored, modeled, accessed, and consumed across BI tools, notebooks, applications, and AI agents.
  • Make architectural decisions that balance scalability, reliability, usability, governance, and regulatory requirements.
  • Set technical priorities and sequencing for major platform initiatives and ensure they reach completion.
  • Build, Don't Just Architect

  • Design and build production data models, pipelines, services, tooling, SDKs, and other platform components.
  • Partner closely with Analytics Engineering and Data Infrastructure as a senior technical contributor.
  • Take ownership of specific platform capabilities from concept through production.
  • Identify and eliminate technical debt and architectural bottlenecks that slow down the broader data organization.
  • Establish reusable patterns and standards that make it easier for engineers and analysts to work with data.
  • Build AI-Native Analytics

  • Define how Tala's Analytics organization can effectively use AI in everyday workflows, including development, analysis, testing, documentation, and data exploration.
  • Build the context and governance layer that enables AI agents to safely work with trusted business metrics and data.
  • Establish standards and best practices for using AI across analytics and data workflows.
  • Help move AI initiatives from experimentation and prototypes into reliable, adopted tools and processes.
  • Drive Cross-Functional Data Initiatives

  • Lead technical initiatives that span Product, Engineering, Analytics, Finance, and Accounting.
  • Bring clarity to ambiguous problems and drive technical decisions to completion.
  • Unblock engineers and teams by resolving dependencies, architectural questions, and technical debt.
  • Partner with Finance and Accounting to ensure important financial and business metrics reconcile with the company's books and reporting.
  • Build strong relationships across teams and influence technical decisions without relying on formal authority.
  • Raise the Technical Bar

  • Provide technical mentorship through design reviews, pairing, and hands-on collaboration.
  • Establish engineering and data architecture standards.
  • Improve documentation and make data easier for teams to understand and use.
  • Help create a culture where governance, reliability, and usability are built into data products from the beginning.
  •

    What You'll Need:

  • Significant experience in data engineering, software engineering, analytics engineering, data platforms, or a related technical field.
  • Experience designing and building large-scale or shared data platforms and infrastructure.
  • Strong experience with data architecture, data modeling, pipelines, and production systems.
  • A track record of making complex architectural decisions and translating them into working systems.
  • The ability and willingness to write production code and build alongside engineers.
  • Experience leading technical initiatives across multiple teams without necessarily having direct authority over those teams.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to bring ambiguous or stalled initiatives to completion.
  • Experience establishing trusted, governed, or standardized business metrics is highly valuable.
  • Experience with AI/LLM-powered analytics, data workflows, or agents is a strong plus.
  • Experience working with financial, regulated, or highly sensitive data is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Our vision is to build a new financial ecosystem where everyone can participate on equal footing and access the tools they need to be financially healthy. We strongly believe that inclusion fosters innovation and we’re proud to have a diverse global team that represents a multitude of backgrounds, cultures, and experience. We hire talented people regardless of race, religion, color, national origin, gender, gender expression, sexual orientation, age, marital status, veteran status, or disability status.

    Perception Systems Engineer

    JOBS·CITY-WIDE

Anduril Industries is a defense technology company with a mission to transform U.S. and allied military capabilities with advanced technology. By bringing the expertise, technology, and business model of the 21st century’s most innovative companies to the defense industry, Anduril is changing how military systems are designed, built and sold. Anduril’s family of systems is powered by Lattice OS, an AI-powered operating system that turns thousands of data streams into a realtime, 3D command and control center. As the world enters an era of strategic competition, Anduril is committed to bringing cutting-edge autonomy, AI, computer vision, sensor fusion, and networking technology to the military in months, not years.

    ABOUT THE JOB

Anduril is seeking a Systems Engineer to support perception system development for the Maneuver Dominance, Enabling Technology team. The Maneuver Dominance (MD) Team at Anduril develops aerial robotic systems designed to operate in large coordinated teams in concert with ground maneuver forces.

Perception is what allows an autonomous aircraft to understand the world immediately around it and act on what it finds there. Delivering that is a sensing problem first. The system spans multiple sensor modalities, the apertures and fields of regard those sensors are installed into, the compute that runs them, and the calibration and timing that turn several sensors into one coherent picture of the world. It is developed once, in ET, and inherited by every MD program that needs it.

You will be a key technical leader for that system, and the center of gravity of the role is the sensing suite itself: which sensors are in the baseline and why, what the system is required to detect, at what range, and in what conditions, how that is proven, and what evidence a receiving program gets when the capability transitions onto their aircraft. You will lead this across several concurrent efforts, including in-house sensor development with partner engineering teams elsewhere in Anduril, and new sensing work as the portfolio grows. You will work with Perception Engineering leadership to set the technical objectives for the sensing suite, and own what correct means and how it is demonstrated.

This is a role with depth at its center and reach at its edges. We are hiring for someone who has demonstrated experience making sensing systems work on real vehicles, and whose judgment about where sensing is going carries weight well beyond this team.

    WHAT YOU’LL DO

    • Drive the perception system architecture and requirements baseline: decompose mission need into detection, range, field of regard, latency, and availability requirements, allocate them across sensing, compute, and algorithms, and keep them traceable through to test evidence
    • Own the sensor suite baseline and its configuration across platforms, including which modalities and part numbers are in the baseline for each aircraft variant, where they are installed, and the interfaces to the programs and airframes that carry them
    • Set and defend the sensing performance model: detection probability and false alarm rate against target size, reflectivity, range, aspect, illumination, and weather, built up from radiometry and detector performance, and reconciled against measured flight test results
    • Drive the verification and validation strategy for perception: verification plans, bench and hardware in the loop coverage, sensor characterization test, flight test objectives, data collection needs, and the evidence package that demonstrates a capability is ready to graduate onto a program aircraft
    • Provide the technical authority at design and gate reviews, judging whether perception evidence is sufficient and coverage is complete, and holding the line when it is not
    • Lead sensor trades that resolve real forks, framing the decision, defining the criteria, running the analysis, and documenting the result so it survives the people who made it
    • Drive modularity and reuse so that perception ports across platforms, including sensor abstraction, interface stability under sensor substitution, and open mission system alignment
    • Set the sensing engineering practice that others inherit: how we model performance, how we characterize a sensor, and what constitutes proof, so that each new effort starts from an established method rather than reinventing one
    • Own perception in the air: instrument flight tests, be at the aircraft for them, and drive the analysis loop from collected data back into requirements and architecture
    • Represent Anduril externally as a technical authority on airborne sensing, including standards and industry bodies, sensor vendors and development partners, and technical engagement with customers

    REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

    • B.S. or M.S. in Electrical Engineering, Optics, Physics, Computer Science, Robotics, Aerospace, or a similar field, or equivalent experience
    • 5+ years of engineering experience on electro-optical, LiDAR, RADAR, or comparable sensing systems, including time as the technical owner of a sensing system through to fielded or flight demonstrated performance
    • Demonstrated depth in multi-modal sensor architecture and sensor selection, with a working command of the detection physics that bounds each one
    • Demonstrated experience owning system architecture and interface definition for a sensing system, including the interfaces to compute, to autonomy consumers, and to the vehicle
    • Ability to exercise extremely high ownership over a complex system across design, integration, test, and flight test
    • Demonstrated experience specifying and verifying sensing performance quantitatively, including detection and false alarm characterization, range performance analysis, and validation of a model against measured data
    • Working command of electro-optical, LiDAR, and/or RADAR system engineering fundamentals: radiometry and link budgets, detector and optics selection, noise and sensitivity metrics such as NETD and NEP, resolution and MTF, and atmospheric transmission and its effect on range
    • Demonstrated experience with the systems engineering rigor this role sits on: requirements management, traceability to verification, ICDs, and technical performance measures as a managed baseline
    • Outstanding written and verbal communication, including presenting and defending technical positions to program leadership, to engineering peers who disagree, and to audiences outside the company such as standards bodies, development partners, and customers
    • Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a US Top Secret security clearance

    PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

    • Experience with learned perception in a safety relevant system, including evaluation gates, dataset and labeling strategy, and the argument for why a model's measured performance is trustworthy
    • Experience with embedded compute and SWaP-C budgeting for airborne perception, including latency budgets end to end from photon to autonomy input
    • Experience with environmental qualification of airborne sensors, for example MIL-STD-810 and MIL-STD-461, and with airworthiness or certification evidence for aircraft
    • Experience transitioning a capability out of development and into a delivery program or product line, including the evidence handoff
    • Experience as a technical lead or principal investigator, in a matrixed or IRAD funded environment
    • Experience with requirements management tooling such as Jama, including traceability from requirement through to verification evidence
    • Participation in a standards or industry body relevant to airborne sensing or airspace integration, for example RTCA or SAE committee work

    $146,000$220,000 USD

We're developing fully integrated hardware and software systems, including Lattice for Space Missions and modular payloads, to address growing threats in space and ensure our Guardians maintain a decisive advantage in this contested warfighting domain.

    ABOUT THE JOB

As the ISSO, you will serve as the hands-on security practitioner responsible for day-to-day compliance execution and vulnerability management across assigned systems. You'll run scans, validate STIGs, manage access controls, investigate security events, and maintain the compliance evidence that supports the team's authorization portfolio.

    • Apply and validate STIGs using Evaluate-STIG, SCAP, SCC, and manual review; document all findings and remediation status
    • Configure and monitor security tooling including Security Center, endpoint protection, and Splunk SIEM — investigating security events and escalating per established incident response procedures
    • Manage user access controls by enforcing least privilege and RBAC across all systems, processing account requests, and conducting regular access reviews
    • Conduct weekly audits and security configuration reviews, monitoring for atypical usage, access anomalies, and unauthorized changes per JSIG requirements
    • Maintain all security artifacts including STIG checklists, scan results, vulnerability reports, compliance matrices, and audit logs

    • Experience managing user access controls and conducting account/access reviews
    • Currently possesses and is able to maintain an active U.S. Top Secret security clearance

    PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

    • Experience with Splunk SIEM configuration, log analysis, and alert tuning
    • Familiarity with JSIG or ICD 503 assessment processes
    • Experience working in a space systems or satellite program security environment
    • Exposure to GRC platforms such as eMASS or Xacta
    • Prior experience supporting security control assessments or ATO packages
    • CompTIA CySA+, CEH, or GIAC certifications

    Construction Systems Specialist

    JOBS·CITY-WIDE

Anduril Industries is a defense technology company with a mission to transform U.S. and allied military capabilities with advanced technology. By bringing the expertise, technology, and business model of the 21st century’s most innovative companies to the defense industry, Anduril is changing how military systems are designed, built and sold. As the world enters an era of strategic competition, Anduril is committed to bringing cutting-edge autonomy, AI, computer vision, sensor fusion, and networking technology to the military in months, not years.

    ABOUT THE TEAM

The Design & Construction team at Anduril delivers the factories, labs, offices, and secure spaces that enable our teams to design, build, and deploy advanced defense technology. Our projects span high-performance manufacturing facilities, mission-critical secure environments, and collaborative workspaces, giving our team exposure to a uniquely wide variety of technical and operational challenges. More than just delivering buildings, we are (literally) rebuilding the American defense industrial base. Our work directly accelerates how quickly critical technology moves from concept to production and into the hands of the warfighter.

    ABOUT THE JOB

The Capital Operations team sits within the broader Design & Construction organization at Anduril. We are responsible for providing the critical support needed to bring our sites to life. We do so by creating, maintaining, and executing key operational process, analytics, and tools. All the while, we are collaborating with a variety of stakeholders involved in shaping the built environment needed to enable Anduril's mission (construction managers, architects, industrial engineers, real estate planners, finance analysts, and many more). But, first and foremost, we deeply listen to what our Division Leaders need. Whether it is autonomous submarines, robot fighter jets, or AR headsets, we stay close to our end users to ensure we're fueling their success.

This is the team's Construction Systems role. You'll be the true product owner of the software platforms that run our Design & Construction organization, starting with our new Project Management Information System (PMIS), standing up projects, evolving the platform's capabilities, managing its integrations, and training our entire Project Management team who live in it every day, with room to grow into other construction tools over time.

    WHAT YOU’LL DO

    • PMIS Product Ownership:
      • Act as the true product owner for our Project Management Information System — owning its configuration, roadmap, and day-to-day operation, and continuously evolving the platform as the team’s needs grow.
      • Continued feature evolution: Configure and roll out new business processes and modules across the platform’s functional areas — portfolio and budget management, contracts and procurement, change orders, invoices and payment applications, document management and submittals, field management, and closeout.
      • Own the backlog: Partner closely with project managers, construction managers, and project controls to understand pain points and translate them into prioritized system improvements.
    • Project Setup & System Administration:
      • Stand up individual projects in the system including initial data entry, project configuration, roles, and templates so teams can start working immediately.
      • System administration: Own user provisioning, role-based access, libraries, report configuration, and data integrity across the portfolio.
      • Data migration: Build and maintain data import templates and lead the collection, import, and validation of project data for new and in-flight projects.
    • Integrations, Reporting & Data:
      • Manage integrations between the PMIS and our ERP, Airtable, and other systems, ensuring financial and project data flow accurately and stay in sync.
      • Partner on architecture: Work with Anduril Corporate Technology and other stakeholders to maintain, troubleshoot, and extend these integrations over time.
      • Reporting & dashboards: Build and maintain the reports and dashboards that give project teams and executives a real-time, centralized view of budgets, commitments, risks, and status.
    • Training & Adoption:
      • Train all Anduril Project Managers and external Owner’s Reps on the system through both group sessions and 1:1 support, and drive adoption of the platform as the single source of truth.
      • Documentation & support: Create and maintain training materials, standard operating procedures, and help resources; run helpdesk / office-hours sessions and refine materials based on user feedback.
      • Primary point of contact for user questions, troubleshooting, and escalations.
    • Implementation & Sustainment:
      • Hands-on delivery: Play an active role in bringing the PMIS from build through go-live and into long-term sustainment — helping design business processes, configure the system, test workflows, and support pilot and full-team rollouts.
      • Operating rhythm: Establish the ongoing cadence that keeps the platform reliable, secure, and continuously improving well after launch.
    • Future Systems (Growth Over Time):
      • Expand your remit beyond the PMIS to additional construction technology tools (such as scheduling software), applying the same product-owner discipline: evaluate, implement, integrate, and drive adoption across the portfolio.

    REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

    • Minimum of 6 years of experience implementing, administering, or owning enterprise project management, project controls, or construction management software (e.g., Oracle Unifier / Primavera, Procore, Kahua, e-Builder, or similar).
    • Hands-on system configuration experience: you can independently build and modify business processes, workflows, forms, reports, and user permissions — not just operate a system that others configured.
    • Experience managing software integrations with ERP or financial systems, and a working understanding of how data flows between platforms (Oracle Fusion experience is a strong plus).
    • A product owner’s mindset: you gather requirements from non-technical users, prioritize a roadmap, and translate business needs into system capabilities.
    • Strong training and communication skills: you can teach busy project and construction managers to adopt new tools through group and 1:1 sessions, and produce clear documentation.
    • Comfort operating amid ambiguity and driving a platform from implementation through long-term sustainment.
    • Willingness to travel up to 10% of the time (international travel included) for select trainings and systems configurations.
    • Must be a U.S. Person due to required access to U.S. export controlled information or facilities.

    PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

    • Experience in construction, capital projects, or an Owner’s organization (Owner’s Representative, general contractor, or corporate real estate / construction).
    • Experience with advanced manufacturing-related or mission-critical facility projects.
    • Familiarity with construction financial processes: budgets, commitments, change orders, invoices / payment applications, and cost forecasting.
    • Experience with reporting / BI tools and low-code data platforms (e.g., Airtable, Power BI).
    • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.

    • Build strong partnerships across Finance, Marketing, Product, Product Marketing, Data Science, Business Operations, and other teams to remove revenue blockers and align cross-functional execution to LCS priorities.
    • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing global organization of strategists, operators, and analysts, including people managers; create a culture of analytical rigor, accountability, collaboration, and high-quality execution.
