As a Senior Manager, Game Production on VALORANT Maps, you will lead production planning and execution for a multidisciplinary pod building the map experience. You will partner with level design, environment art, engineering, technical art, creative, product, and QA to translate product and milestone goals into clear plans and demonstrable progress. You will help the team establish and improve the workflows, technical foundations, and cross-discipline partnerships needed to develop map sustainably.  You will connect day-to-day pod execution with broader VALORANT goals: aligning on priorities, surfacing risks and dependencies early, and helping the team make informed tradeoffs as maps and their production pipelines evolve.  This role will report into the Sr. Director of Game Production for VALORANT.

ABOUT THE JOB

We're hiring a Systems Security Engineer to own that architecture. You'll be the technical security authority on one or more space programs. You'll work directly with subsystem Responsible Engineers (REs) across flight software, avionics, RF/comms, and ground, and with Government customers, to make sure each system holds up against real threats and can prove it at every milestone.

This is an engineering role, not a compliance role. You won't run RMF paperwork or administer accreditation packages; we have ISSOs and ISSMs for that, and you'll partner with them closely. Your job is to make the system secure. Theirs is to show it.

You'll take a program from customer need to on-orbit operations. You'll turn threat intelligence and mission requirements into a security architecture, break that architecture down into requirements each subsystem team can build to, and verify that what gets built matches what was designed. Your work covers the whole system: the spacecraft bus, the payload, the command and telemetry links, the ground segment, and the supply chain behind all of them.
You'll have real ownership and a direct line to program leadership and the customer. When a trade comes up between security, schedule, mass, power, or cost, you'll be in the room making the call.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Own the end-to-end security architecture for assigned space systems, across the space, ground, link, and user segments
• Derive security requirements from customer needs, threat assessments, and applicable space security policy, then flow them down to subsystem specifications
• Design protections for command and telemetry links, including authentication, encryption, anti-replay, and key management approaches
• Define the onboard security foundation: secure boot, hardware root of trust, firmware and software integrity, memory protection, and secure update paths for systems that can't be physically touched after launch
• Build and maintain threat models and attack trees for the full mission, and use them to drive design decisions
• Partner with flight software, avionics, RF, and ground REs to turn security requirements into working implementations, then review designs and code against them
• Develop and run security verification at every integration level: unit, subsystem, flatsat, spacecraft, and end-to-end with the ground segment
• Work with internal and external red teams and assessment teams to find weaknesses in our products and integrated third-party components, then drive fixes to closure
• Assess supplier hardware and software for supply chain risk and set the security requirements we put on vendors
• Own the security content at major milestones: SRR, PDR, CDR, TRR, and PSR
• Brief security architectures to Government customers, program leadership, and technical reviewers, adjusting the depth for each audience
• Partner with ISSOs and ISSMs so design decisions support accreditation instead of fighting it late in the program
• Help build out reusable security patterns, reference architectures, and tooling across Anduril's space programs

REQUIREMENTS

• Experience designing security architectures for complex, multi-segment systems (spacecraft bus, payload, ground segment, RF/comms links)
• Ability to decompose system-level security architecture into subsystem-level requirements that engineering teams can actually build and test against
• Hands-on understanding of threat modeling and the ability to translate threat intelligence into concrete design decisions
• Experience working across disciplines — flight software, avionics, RF/comms, ground systems — and enough technical depth in each to hold your own with the subsystem REs
• Familiarity with the full system lifecycle from requirements through verification and on-orbit operations

In this role, you will be responsible for assembly, integration, and testing of mechanical and electrical components in a R&D environment. • Follow detailed blueprints, schematics, wiring diagrams, and CAD models to assemble electronic and electro-mechanical systems

• Lead the Crisis Management Training Program: Own the design, development, and continuous improvement of the training and education program that prepares the Crisis Management Team (CMT), site Emergency Response Teams (ERTs), floor wardens, and the broader workforce to execute Anduril's ERPs and EAPs.

The Ads Retrieval ML team builds the machine learning systems that identify relevant advertising candidates for Reddit users. Retrieval sits at the heart of the ads delivery funnel: before downstream ranking and auction decisions, our models determine which campaigns and ads are eligible to compete. We work on large-scale retrieval across multiple objectives, placements, and geographies. Our work combines representation learning, candidate generation, nearest-neighbor search, behavioral and contextual signals, and rigorous offline and online experimentation.

Role Description:

We are looking for a Staff Machine Learning Engineer to provide technical leadership for the Retrieval and Targeting ML team. You will lead the design and evolution of retrieval models and modeling practices that improve relevance, advertiser outcomes, and user experience at Reddit scale. This is an applied ML role centered on retrieval modeling and end-to-end product impact. You will be expected to stay close to the technical details—from data and objective design through model development, evaluation, experimentation, and launch—while setting direction for other engineers.

What we’re looking for

ABOUT THE TEAM

Anduril's Autonomous Airpower (AA) business line develops and manufactures next-generation unmanned aircraft for U.S. and allied air forces. The AA program finance team is embedded with engineering, program management, and operations to ensure that every dollar of contract value is planned, executed, and reported with discipline. We are building a modern program controls function from the ground up: fast-moving, data-driven, and tightly integrated with the technical teams actually building the aircraft.

ABOUT THE JOB

As a Program Financial Analyst, you will own the financial health of one or more AA contracts end-to-end. You'll partner daily with Program Managers, Engineering Leads, and the broader Finance/Accounting organization to build and maintain bottoms-up forecasts, maintain contract budget baselines, execute earned value reporting, and drive margin performance. This role sits at the intersection of FP&A and Program Controls — you will spend as most of your time managing financial models Excel as you will working strategically with cross-functional partners. The Air Dominance and Strike Aerostructures Engineering Team is responsible for designing and analyzing advanced structural parts for Group 5 air vehicles and missile platforms. Air Dominance and Strike Structures Engineers own the full development lifecycle, from conceptual to detailed design and analysis of primary and secondary structures, ensuring high-performance, resilient, and scalable mechanical systems that meet the demands of complex, contested environments.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Serve as the engineering authority dispositioning Material Review Board (MRB) non-conformances for metallic and composite primary and secondary structures on Group 5 air vehicles
• Perform structural substantiation analysis — static strength, fatigue, damage tolerance, and buckling — using first-principle hand calculations and finite element methods to support use-as-is, repair, and scrap dispositions
• Write clear, defensible disposition packages that restore airworthiness and meet program certification requirements

You will own the Cognitive subsystem for a maritime autonomous vehicle, owning navigation and control, the vehicle management system, communications, and protective systems. The Air Dominance and Strike Low Observables Team are advancing into the next generation of LO Technology to enhance the survivability and effectiveness of unmanned air systems. Our Low Observables engineering team is responsible for designing, analyzing, testing, and sustaining stealth features that reduce radar (RCS) and infrared (IR) signatures, ensuring our systems remain undetectable in contested environments.

ABOUT THE ROLE

This is an early career role open to engineers with a degree in aerospace, electrical, or mechanical engineering. Low Observables work sits at the intersection of all three: the shape of the air vehicle, the electromagnetic behavior of its surfaces, and the materials and processes used to build it.

You do not need prior stealth experience. Almost nobody arrives with it, because most of it cannot be taught outside a cleared program. We will teach you the LO-specific methods. What we are looking for is strong engineering fundamentals, comfort picking up unfamiliar analysis tools, and the judgment to tell a real result from a bad one.

You will be paired with an LO engineer and start on a scoped piece of a live program, not a training exercise.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

• Run broadband Radar Cross Section (RCS) analysis on components and full air vehicles, and learn to judge when a prediction can be trusted
• Support the design and development of Low Observable unmanned air systems, from early configuration trades through detailed design
• Build and improve the analysis tools, scripts, and validation workflows the team runs on
• Model LO materials and treatments, and help select and optimize them for specific components
• Support manufacturing and validation planning, including tolerances, inspection methods, and what is actually producible at rate

ABOUT THE JOB

As a Senior Program Financial Analyst, you will own the financial health of one or more AA contracts end-to-end. You'll partner daily with Program Managers, Engineering Leads, and the broader Finance/Accounting organization to build bottoms-up forecasts, maintain contract budget baselines, execute earned value reporting, and drive margin performance. This role sits at the intersection of FP&A and Program Controls — you will spend as most of your time creating and managing financial models in Excel as you will working strategically with cross-functional partners. • Identify and resolve supply issues by collaborating with Engineering, Purchasing, and Manufacturing teams.
• Lead Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) discussions for Supply Planning on designated product lines.
• Work with Business Development and Growth teams to align forecasts with actual demand plans.
• Report on and analyze supply and material health to inform key decisions for Engineering, Purchasing, Manufacturing, and Business Development.
• Develop and maintain processes within MRP systems and associated master data.
• Drive strategic initiatives towards best practices, including demand shaping, advanced modeling, and inventory optimization.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field (i.e. manufacturing, engineering, analytics, computer science, etc.) or business field (i.e. finance, economics, supply chain management, business administration, marketing, etc.)
• 3+ years of experience in a supply chain or production role within a fast-paced manufacturing environment dealing with complex assemblies.
• Complete ownership of a complex value chain, coordinating between multiple, high volume of departments and teams to ensure on-time deliveries and adherence to quality standards.
• Technical expertise including ability to read technical documentation and understanding hardware manufacturing processes.
• Experience with ERP systems such as Oracle, NetSuite, and CRM systems like Salesforce.
• Ability to travel up to 10% of the time.
• Ability to relocate, if not already local to be onsite in Costa Mesa, CA.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Master’s degree or other higher education.
• Strong experience with SQL databases, including building custom queries for production and inventory metrics.
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Qlikview.
• Knowledge of supply chain planning systems like Blue Yonder and best practices in demand planning, inventory management, and S&OP.
• Experience with lean manufacturing, continuous improvement, six sigma principles, and big data evaluation techniques.
• Proactive, able to take substantial responsibility across various functions, with a focus on speed and accuracy.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. TS clearance.
