Owning Your Page
Claim your venue, restaurant, business, or stay landing page and manage it yourself.
What “owning your page” means
CurationsLA has public landing pages for LA restaurants, venues, businesses, stays, and neighborhoods. If one of those pages represents your business, claiming it lets the team know you are the right person to manage the listing.
The public directory stays clean. Claiming a page does not buy placement, change editorial judgment, or turn the page into an ad. It gives verified owners a better path to keep facts accurate and start the right conversation with CurationsLA.
Trust line
Claiming is about verification and accuracy. Paid placement does not decide which restaurants, venues, stays, or businesses appear in the directory.
The outreach link flow
When CurationsLA reaches out through Resend, the best link should take a business owner directly to their live page — not to a generic form where they have to search for themselves again.
A good claim link can include a small URL signal like ?own=1 or #own. When the page opens, CurationsLA can scroll to the “Own this page” area, highlight the box, and make the next step obvious.
- Open the email. The owner receives a short message about their existing CurationsLA page.
- Click the CTA. The link lands on the relevant restaurant, venue, business, or stay page.
- Find the claim card. The page scrolls to the ownership module and briefly highlights it, so the owner knows exactly where to act.
- Submit the claim request. The owner shares the best contact email and context. The request enters CurationsLA review before portal access is granted.
What verified owners can do
- Confirm that the page represents the correct business.
- Send accurate updates to details, links, images, or descriptions.
- Start a support thread with CurationsLA instead of guessing who to email.
- Keep the public page useful without changing the Good Vibes editorial line.
Small UX details that help
- Use a clear CTA in outreach: “Verify your CurationsLA page.”
- Land on the exact page, not the homepage.
- Scroll to the ownership module and add a short-lived highlight.
- Use plain copy: “This verifies you. It does not publish anything by itself.”
- After verification, route owners to the portal with the same page context still visible.
