Journal & Vision Board Workshop

Channel some back-to-school energy and the focus of Virgo season with this journaling & vision boarding workshop, in the beautiful Heartbeat House courtyard!

We’ll begin with some eye-opening journal prompts to help you tap into your inner emotions and desires. You’ll then be led through creative exercises to discover your personal mantra for the season. That mantra will then be your guidepost for a vision board/journaling project where the focus will be on the journey toward your goal, not just the goal itself.

This is a workshop for everyone to explore their creativity and connect to themself — no matter their level of expertise or past experience with writing or art. You’ll celebrate your inner self and better understand your future thanks to a creative process that’s all about play and exploration on the way to making your vision a reality. And, you’ll do it all in community.

Vision board materials will be provided, but please bring your own journal and any items (photos, papers, stickers, etc) that you might want to include in your project.
