Applicant Seeks One-Year Coastal Permit Extension for 39-Unit Sunset Boulevard Project in Pacific Palisades
California Food Managers has filed to extend the Coastal Development Permit for a five-story, 39-unit mixed-use building at 17346 West Sunset Boulevard, a long-vacant Jack in the Box site whose entitlement dates to a 2018 case. The July 30 filing lists eight income-restricted units and 2,900 square feet of ground-floor retail.
