Influencer Strategist II (Global Influencer Operations)
Riot Games was established in 2006 by entrepreneurial gamers who believe that player-focused game development can result in great games. In 2009, Riot released its debut title League of Legends, to critic and player acclaim. Since then, titles including 2XKO, Riftbound, Teamfight Tactics, and VALORANT have been added, with more in development. Across all of Riotâs IP, players form the foundation of our communities, and creators are an essential part of our player strategy.
As an Influencer Strategist II focused on Global Influencer Operations, you will own the systems, tooling, and operational processes that power Riot Gamesâ global influencer partner programs. Youâll ensure that the programs can be executed reliably, scalably, and with a highâquality creator experience. Youâll participate in a community of Influencer Managers and Strategists across the many workstreams that support our global programs and key strategic projects that help support both our games and creator community.
You are the operational backbone of our partner programs; managing applications, onboarding flows, tooling requirements, perk implementation, and the dayâtoâday processes that keep our creator ecosystem running smoothly. Youâll work closely with game teams and strategy leads to translate program intent into executable workflows, and youâll surface insights from your operational vantage point to help refine future plans. Youâre a detailed-oriented person, known to thrive in a cross-functional workplace through deep collaboration and clear communication. Goals and timelines are your go-to, but you also recognize when to push and adjust as needed.

- Monitor program health and creator experience, identifying friction points, trends, and opportunities for improvement.
- Provide operational expertise to strategy leads, flagging feasibility concerns, risks, and creatorâexperience implications of proposed initiatives.
- Serve as a scaled point of contact between Riot and creators, ensuring consistent, highâquality support and communication.
- Advocate for creator needs across regions and products, grounded in your dayâtoâday operational insights.
Required Qualifications:
- 3+ years' experience working within Influencer or Partnership Management, Marketing, or Community teams, including working directly with creators
