# Prime Pizza Opens Its Torrance Shop September 14 at 3720 Sepulveda

Prime Pizza opens its Torrance location on Monday, September 14, at 3720 Sepulveda Blvd. The date is posted on the pizzeria's own homepage at [https://primepizza.com](https://primepizza.com/), where Torrance is currently the only address carrying a firm opening day. The [locations page](https://primepizza.com/locations) still lists the shop as opening soon, with no phone number or hours published yet.

Torrance becomes Prime's twelfth location and only its second in the South Bay. Until now the nearest shop was El Segundo, at 150 Pacific Coast Hwy. The same page lists eleven stores currently open across Los Angeles and Orange County, from Fairfax and Little Tokyo to Mission Viejo and Brea, plus four more marked for 2026 in Northridge, Thousand Oaks, Rancho Cucamonga and Riverside.

## What Lands on Sepulveda

The menu runs on two formats. Round pies are 18 inches and eight slices, opening at $24 for a cheese. Square pies are 18 by 12 inches, also eight slices, anchored by the $28.50 Grandma, which Prime calls its classic Brooklyn square with mozzarella, grandma sauce and olive oil. The Sicilian adds ricotta and pesto at $30.50, and the spicy pepperoni and meat lovers squares run $32.50.

Slices are sold in store, and the lunch special runs every day until 4 p.m.: two cheese slices and a drink for $10, or a slice, a salad and a drink for $14. Happy hour is Monday through Thursday from 4 to 6 p.m. on cheese pies and beer at select locations. Gluten free pies come as 10 inch rounds cut into four, and the vegan pies are built on The BE Hive cheese and meats.

A few LA names are baked into the standing menu rather than bolted on. The BBQ chicken pie is dressed with Bludso's BBQ sauce. Dessert is the churro knots, a version of the house garlic knots dusted in cinnamon sugar and served with caramel for dipping.

The back catalog reads like a tour of the city.
