                              building in public with this community. On that
                              note, I am beyond excited to share that
                              Microsoft has officially partnered with
                                CurationsLA x CURATIONS
                              to financially back the platform's
                              infrastructure and the new AI features coming
                              soon. Keep the features and design feedback
                              flowing, please ignore any mess along the way, and
                              in these times of AI vibe coding, I am reminded to

                              Alan Dunn's Très LA Group, the 23-year-old
                              catering house behind countless Carondelet and
                                Ebell weddings, has finally planted a flagship inside the
                              Pacific Design Center's Blue Building at 8687
                              Melrose Avenue. The Parisian-meets-California
                              bistro opened weekday breakfast and lunch on April
                              13 with gold-framed mirrors, checkered floors,
                              marble counters, and a weekly-rotating seasonal
                              menu running herb-roasted chicken, grilled salmon,
                              and pastry-case mornings. Dinner service
                              officially launches Monday, May 11th, with
                              weekends following soon after, and reservations
                              are already live through the cafe's own site.
                              It is the first real all-day public room inside
                              the famously trade-only PDC complex, and a
                              homecoming for a hospitality team trained at the

                              labne, fried eggplant, and saffron-rice kabobs
                              alongside Persian baklava and a full wine and beer
                              program. The flagship adds two private dining
                              rooms, an
                              expansive patio overlooking Santa Monica
                                Boulevard, and a slate of menu items crafted specifically
                              for Los Angeles. It is the brand's first
                              California room after Atlanta, Alpharetta,
                              Houston, and Washington DC, and a homecoming for a

                              market finally dropped its anchor downtown on East
                              1st Street with a cafe and bakery, a fish market,
                              and a 34-seat hand-roll bar called
                                Uoichiba. The cafe pours from 8am, the market opens at
                              10am, and Uoichiba's temaki service kicks off
                              at noon Tuesday through Sunday. Liao spent
                              thirty-five years recreationally fishing before
                              turning fish-obsessed engineer into LA's most
                              precise dry-age program. The new flagship gives

                              calls for 211 one, two, and three-bedroom homes
                              above 10,574 square feet of ground-floor
                              restaurant space and a 473-car garage. To qualify
                              for AB 2011 streamlining, the developer raised the
                              affordable component from 22 to 32 very low and
                              moderate income units, while Rios takes the lead
                              on landscape architecture. The curved-silhouette
                              tower is positioned as Wilshire's eastern
                              bookend through Beverly Hills, mirroring the $5
                              billion One Beverly Hills development rising at
